Abstract

本发明提供了一种用于听诊器的压电薄膜结构,本发明技术方案在传统的聚偏氟乙烯压电薄膜结构中引入了铝箔层充分利用铝箔轻薄、对震动感知能力强且导电性好的优点,从而有效实现了对脉搏震颤感知灵敏性的提升。此外,本发明结构简单,易于实现,且成本较低,具有突出的规模化应用前景。

技术领域
本发明涉及传感器技术领域,具体涉及一种用于听诊器的压电薄膜结构
背景技术
听诊器广泛应用于医疗卫生领域,其原理是利用脉搏的震颤来实现对脉搏的监测进而实施诊断。现有技术的听诊器部分采用压电薄膜结构,此类听诊器能够实现将脉搏状况转换为电信号以实施监测,便于量化分析。但是由于听诊器这种装置对其所配备的压电薄膜结构灵敏度有着较高的要求,而现有技术的压电薄膜结构灵敏性有待提高,从而制约了其在听诊器上的使用效果。
发明内容
本发明旨在针对现有技术的技术缺陷,提供一种用于听诊器的压电薄膜结构,以实现更加灵敏的侦测效果。
为实现以上技术目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种用于听诊器的压电薄膜结构,包括铝箔层,聚偏氟乙烯层,基载层,其中基载层位于所述压电薄膜结构的下部,铝箔层位于所述压电薄膜结构的上部,聚偏氟乙烯层位于铝箔层和基载层中间,上述铝箔层、聚偏氟乙烯层和基载层表面紧密贴合形成整体。
本发明在传统的聚偏氟乙烯压电薄膜结构中引入了铝箔层充分利用铝箔轻薄、对震动感知能力强且导电性好的优点,从而有效实现了对脉搏震颤感知灵敏性的提升。此外,本发明结构简单,易于实现,且成本较低,具有突出的规模化应用前景。

一种用于听诊器的压电薄膜结构,包括铝箔层1,聚偏氟乙烯层2,基载层3,其中基载层3位于所述压电薄膜结构的下部,铝箔层1位于所述压电薄膜结构的上部,聚偏氟乙烯层2位于铝箔层1和基载层3中间,上述铝箔层1、聚偏氟乙烯层2和基载层3表面紧密贴合形成整体。

1.一种用于听诊器的压电薄膜结构,其特征在于包括铝箔层(1),聚偏氟乙烯层(2),基载层(3),其中基载层(3)位于所述压电薄膜结构的下部,铝箔层(1)位于所述压电薄膜结构的上部,聚偏氟乙烯层(2)位于铝箔层(1)和基载层(3)中间,上述铝箔层(1)、聚偏氟乙烯层(2)和基载层(3)表面紧密贴合形成整体。
