背景技术
珠子的使用非常的多,比如饰品、珠帘、吊坠及众多产品外观装饰等等,珠子本身是密封的结构,使用前需要进行钻孔,然后穿成串才能被使用,穿珠机是将珠子穿成串的设备。现有的穿珠机存在隔音性能差的问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种隔音性能好的一体式吸气型穿珠机。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种一体式吸气型穿珠机,包括有支架,所述支架上设置有料斗,所述料斗表面设置有隔音层,所述料斗上设置有进料管,所述料斗与进料管为一体式设置,所述料斗底部设置有落珠管,所述落珠管上设置有落珠杆和气管,所述气管上设置有风机,所述隔音层由按重量份数配比的醇酸树脂20-22份、正丁醇12-16份、磺酸钙10-16份、氧化铝粉8-12份、酒石酸12-18份、粉煤灰10-14份、腐殖酸钠12-16份、环氧氯丙烷10-18份、硬脂酸12-18份、纤维素醚10-12份、聚醚多元醇12-18份、顺丁橡胶12-16份、四氟化锆16-18份、偏钒酸铵16-20份和碳酸钙10-16份组成。
进一步的,所述气管的直径为6-8cm。
进一步的,所述隔音层的厚度为0.3-0.5cm。
进一步的,所述隔音层由按重量份数配比的醇酸树脂20份、正丁醇12份、磺酸钙10份、氧化铝粉8份、酒石酸12份、粉煤灰10份、腐殖酸钠12份、环氧氯丙烷10份、硬脂酸12份、纤维素醚10份、聚醚多元醇12份、顺丁橡胶12份、四氟化锆16份、偏钒酸铵16份和碳酸钙10份组成。
本发明的有益效果为:该一体式吸气型穿珠机在采用了隔音层,在各原料的相互配合作用下,其具有隔音性能好的优点,与现有的穿珠机相比,性能上具有显著进步。

参照图1-2所示,一种一体式吸气型穿珠机,包括有支架1,所述支架1上设置有料斗2,所述料斗2表面设置有隔音层8,所述料斗2上设置有进料管3,所述料斗2与进料管3为一体式设置,所述料斗2底部设置有落珠管4,所述落珠管4上设置有落珠杆5和气管6,所述气管6上设置有风机7。
所述气管6的直径为6-8cm。
所述隔音层8的厚度为0.3-0.5cm。
所述隔音层8由按重量份数配比的醇酸树脂20份、正丁醇12份、磺酸钙10份、氧化铝粉8份、酒石酸12份、粉煤灰10份、腐殖酸钠12份、环氧氯丙烷10份、硬脂酸12份、纤维素醚10份、聚醚多元醇12份、顺丁橡胶12份、四氟化锆16份、偏钒酸铵16份和碳酸钙10份组成。
