Abstract

本发明公开一种水平仪,包括底座、水平杆、滑块、竖直杆、螺纹块和转动杆,其底座与水平杆通过水平杆座、固定座孔固定连接,底座与竖直杆通过竖直杆座和转动座孔转动连接,滑块与转动杆通过滑块轴和转动孔转动连接,螺纹块与转动杆通过螺纹块轴和转动孔转动连接,通过调节旋扭,使水平仪可以测量不同的角度,适应不同的使用场合。

本发明涉及一种水平仪,尤其是能调节测量角度的水平仪。
背景技术
目前,公知的水平仪只具有检测固定角度的功能或者结构相对复杂。水平仪包括电子水平仪和机械水平仪,机械水平仪由于成本低而被广泛应用,但他们都存在结构复杂等缺点。
申请号为200810065105.X的中国发明公开了一种可读取倾斜角度数值的水平仪,最佳实施例采用环行的液面显示读取装置,并配以倾斜刻度,就可以读读倾斜角度。
申请号为201520126489.7的中国实用新型公开了一种水平仪角度量测装置,采用了磁性体与角度传感器的技术以检测以待测面是否水平或量测其倾斜角度。
申请号为201220574162.2的中国实用新型公布了一种多角度测量水平仪,包括密闭壳体,所述壳体标注有角度刻线,所述壳体与基座形成相对转动,所述基座上有凸起角度“△”指示符,所述基座与透明指管进行固定,所述透明指管与“△”指示符同处一水平线上,所述透明指管内充注有足够的液体,使得一气泡形成在指管内,当气泡停留在指管上预定的指示线之间时,表示该测量的表面符合预定角度,所述壳体与被测面接触的表面嵌有永磁体,使水平仪可以与被测量金属表面相吸附。
发明内容
现有的水平仪只具有检测固定角度的功能或者结构相对复杂,本发明提供一种能调节测量角度的水平仪。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种水平仪,包括底座、水平杆、滑块、竖直杆、螺纹块和转动杆,其特征在于:底座上设有水平杆座、固定座孔、竖直杆座、转动座孔和刻度;底座与水平杆通过水平杆座和固定座孔固定连接,底座与竖直杆通过竖直杆座和转动座孔转动连接;转动杆的两端设置有转动孔,其中一端通过滑块与水平杆连接,另一端通过螺纹块与竖直杆连接,转动杆的角度与刻度的标示相对应。
滑块上设置有滑块孔、滑块轴和刻度指示板,滑块与水平杆通过滑块孔滑动连接,还与转动杆通过滑块轴和转动孔固定连接,刻度指示板位于刻度正上方。
其特征在于螺纹块上设置有螺纹孔和螺纹块轴,螺纹块与竖直杆通过螺纹孔转动连接,还与转动杆通过螺纹块轴和转动孔固定连接。
竖直杆上设置有调节旋扭和螺纹。
转动杆还设置有圆柱腔体,圆柱腔体内部填充有液体,形成一个气泡。
本发明的有益效果是:通过调节旋扭,使水平仪可以测量不同的角度,适应不同的使用场合。

具体实施方式
为使本发明目的、技术方案更加清楚明白,下面结合附图具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示,一种水平仪,包括底座1、水平杆2、滑块3、竖直杆4、螺纹块5和转动杆6,底座1与水平杆2固定连接,底座1与竖直杆4转动连接;转动杆6的一端通过滑块3与水平杆2连接,另一端通过螺纹块5与竖直杆4连接。
如图2-4所示,底座上1设有水平杆座11、固定座孔12、竖直杆座13、转动座孔14和刻度15,滑块3上设置有滑块孔31、滑块轴32和刻度指示板33,螺纹块5上设置有螺纹孔51和螺纹块轴52。水平杆2与底座1通过水平杆座11和固定座孔12固定连接,并与滑块3通过滑块孔31滑动连接,刻度指示板33位于刻度15正上方。竖直杆4与底座1通过竖直杆座13和转动座孔14转动连接,并螺纹块5通过螺纹孔51转动连接,竖直杆4上设置有调节旋扭41和螺纹42。
如图5所示,转动杆6的两端均设有转动孔61,中间设置有圆柱腔体62,圆柱腔体62内部填充有液体,形成有一个气泡63。转动杆6与滑块3通过滑块轴32和转动孔61固定连接,并与竖直杆4通过螺纹块轴52和转动孔61固定连接,转动杆6的角度与刻度15的标示相对应。
当需要判断一个平面是否为某个度数倾斜时,例如45度,可以把水平仪放置在该平面上,旋转调节旋钮41,使螺纹块5沿着竖直杆4上下移动,从而带动转动杆6和滑块3沿着水平杆2移动。当刻度指示板33对准刻度15上的45度时,查看气泡63是否在圆柱腔体62中心,如果是,则说明此时平面为45度倾斜,如果不是,则说明平面不是45度倾斜,此时可以继续调节调节旋钮41,直至气泡63停留在圆柱腔体62中心,此时查看刻度指示板33所对准的刻度15上的度数,即可知道此平面实际的倾斜角度是多少。

1.一种水平仪,包括底座(1)、水平杆(2)、滑块(3)、竖直杆(4)、螺纹块(5)和转动杆(6),其特征在于:底座(1)上设有水平杆座(11)、固定座孔(12)、竖直杆座(13)、转动座孔(14)和刻度(15);底座(1)与水平杆(2)通过水平杆座(11)和固定座孔(12)固定连接,底座(1)与竖直杆(4)通过竖直杆座(13)和转动座孔(14)转动连接;转动杆(6)的两端均设有转动孔(61),其中一端通过滑块(3)与水平杆(2)连接,另一端通过螺纹块(5)与竖直杆(4)连接,转动杆(6)的角度与刻度(15)的标示相对应;转动杆(6)还设置有圆柱腔体(62),圆柱腔体(62)内部填充有液体,形成一个气泡(63)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水平仪,其特征在于:滑块(3)上设置有滑块孔(31)、滑块轴(32)和刻度指示板(33),滑块(3)与水平杆(2)通过滑块孔(31)滑动连接,还与转动杆(6)通过滑块轴(32)和转动孔(61)固定连接,刻度指示板(33)位于刻度(15)正上方。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种水平仪,其特征在于螺纹块(5)上设置有螺纹孔(51)和螺纹块轴(52),螺纹块(5)与竖直杆(4)通过螺纹孔(51)转动连接,还与转动杆(6)通过螺纹块轴(52)和转动孔(61)固定连接。
4.根据权利要求1至3其中之一所述的一种水平仪,其特征在于:竖直杆(4)上设置有调节旋扭(41)和螺纹(42)。
