Abstract

本发明提供一种旋转式空气净化器,其特征在于,包括外壳、过滤装置、底座和控制面板,外壳设有空气流动的进风口和出风口,外壳的里面设有过滤装置,过滤装置位于底座的上面,底座上面设有轴承,轴承与底座固定连接,所述轴承连接中轴,中轴与轴承活动连接,中轴连接过滤装置,所述过滤装置通过卡槽与中轴活动连接,过滤装置有若干层过滤网构成,所述过滤网围绕中轴成圆柱形,外壳上设有控制面板,控制面板包括显示屏和操作面板,操作面板设有若干个控制键,通过控制键可以调节设定空气净化器的各种参数。该空气净化器结构简单,设计合理,通过将净化器的过滤装置进行旋转,增大净化器的过滤面积,提高过滤的有效性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种空气净化设备,主要涉及一种旋转式空气净化器。
背景技术
空气净化器又称“空气清洁器”、空气清新机、净化器,是指能够吸附、分解或转化各种空气污染物(一般包括PM2.5、粉尘、花粉、异味、甲醛之类的装修污染、细菌、过敏原等),有效提高空气清洁度的产品,主要分为家用、商用、工业、楼宇。空气净化器中有多种不同的技术和介质,使它能够向用户提供清洁和安全的空气。常用的空气净化技术有:吸附技术、负(正)离子技术、催化技术、光触媒技术、超结构光矿化技术、HEPA高效过滤技术、静电集尘技术等;材料技术主要有:光触媒、活性炭、合成纤维、HEAP高效材料、负离子发生器等。现有的空气净化器多采为复合型,即同时采用了多种净化技术和材料介质。
空气净化器在居家、医疗、工业领域均有应用,居家领域以单机类的家用空气净化器为市场的主流产品。最主要的功能是去除空气中的颗粒物,包括过敏原、室内的PM2.5等,同时还可以解决由于装修或者其他原因导致的室内、地下空间、车内挥发性有机物空气污染问题。由于相对封闭的空间中空气污染物的释放有持久性和不确定性的特点,因此使用空气净化器净化室内空气是国际公认的改善室内空气质量的方法之一。
当今市场上出现的空气净化产品,通常是在进气口与排气口之间的气道上设置由若干层具有不同吸附范围的吸附剂层构成的吸附装置,由吸附剂将空气中的尘杂吸附达到净化空气的目的,由于需要频繁更换,因此使用甚为不便;同时现在过滤装置通常属于固定,过滤时候的接触面积较小,使得接触不充分。
发明内容
针对上述目前过滤的接触面积较小,造成不能有效的过滤,本发明提供一种旋转式空气净化器。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种旋转式空气净化器,其特征在于,所述空气净化器包括外壳、过滤装置、底座和控制面板,所述外壳设有空气流动的进风口和出风口,所述进风口位于外壳的底下侧,所述出风口位于外壳的上侧,所述进风口位于外壳的四周,空气自下而上的进行流动,所述外壳的里面设有过滤装置,所述过滤装置位于底座的上面,所述底座上面设有轴承,所述轴承与底座固定连接,所述轴承连接中轴,所述中轴与轴承活动连接,所述中轴连接过滤装置,所述过滤装置通过卡槽与中轴活动连接,所述过滤装置有若干层过滤网构成,所述过滤装置包括铝合金过滤网、纳米银过滤网、蜂窝活性炭过滤网、光触媒过滤网和HEPA高效过滤网,所述铝合金过滤网、纳米银过滤网、蜂窝活性炭过滤网、光触媒过滤网和HEPA高效过滤网由外到里依次围绕中轴排列,所述过滤网围绕中轴成圆柱形,所述外壳上设有控制面板,所述控制面板包括显示屏和操作面板,所述操作面板设有若干个控制键,通过控制键可以调节设定空气净化器的各种参数,包括转速和时间,所述空气净化器还包括电机。
进一步,所述过滤网的厚度为30~40mm。
进一步,所述外壳的材质为高密度聚氯乙烯。
进一步,所述中轴的材质为不锈钢。
本发明的优点在于:本发明提供一种旋转式空气净化器,该空气净化器结构简单,设计合理,通过将净化器的过滤装置进行旋转,增大净化器的过滤面积,提高过滤的有效性。

一种旋转式空气净化器,其特征在于,所述空气净化器包括外壳1、过滤装置2、底座3和控制面板4,所述外壳1设有空气流动的进风口5和出风口6,所述进风口5位于外壳的底下侧,所述出风口6位于外壳的上侧,所述进风口5位于外壳的四周,空气自下而上的进行流动,所述外壳的里面设有过滤装置2,所述过滤装置2位于底座的上面,所述底座3上面设有轴承7,所述轴承7与底座3固定连接,所述轴承7连接中轴8,所述中轴8与轴承7活动连接,所述中轴8连接过滤装置2,所述过滤装置2通过卡槽与中轴8活动连接,所述过滤装置2有若干层过滤网构成,所述过滤装置包括铝合金过滤网10、纳米银过滤网11、蜂窝活性炭过滤网12、光触媒过滤网13和HEPA高效过滤网14,所述铝合金过滤网10、纳米银过滤网11、蜂窝活性炭过滤网12、光触媒过滤网13和HEPA高效过滤网14由外到里依次围绕中轴8排列,所述过滤网围绕中轴成圆柱形,所述外壳上设有控制面板4,所述控制面板4包括显示屏15和操作面板9,所述操作面板设有若干个控制键,通过控制键可以调节设定空气净化器的各种参数,包括转速和时间,所述空气净化器还包括电机。
