本发明公开了一种室内新风处理系统,包括本体,所述的本体的一端设有进风管,所述的本体的另一端设有出风管,所述的进风管上设有进风风机,所述的进风管的内设有冷凝管,所述的本体设有供氧管,所述的本体上设有氧气发生装置,所述的本体内设有金属网层,所述的金属网层上连接有静电发生器,所述的进风管设置在金属网层的一侧,所述的出风管设置在金属网层的另一侧,所述的金属网层由多根金属丝相互交叉缠绕而成,所述的金属丝由不锈钢芯层和不锈钢芯层表面的镀银层组成。本发明的目的是提供一种除尘效果好、增氧除湿的室内新风处理系统。

一种室内新风处理系统
技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化设备领域,特别是一种室内新风处理系统。
背景技术
静电除尘技术在本领域中是非常常用的,如在专利申请CN201510162316.5中,公开了一种负离子沉降及高压静电吸附双效空气除尘净化器,包括本体和依次设置的负离子发射针板、层叠状高压静电芯、正极过滤体及风扇,负离子发射针板上设有针对正极过滤体放电且与正极过滤体形成一个电势差的负离子发射针,层叠状高压静电芯包括负极板和正极板,负极板与正极板之间形成有空气通道,负极板由两片高阻值、耐高压的绝缘体和位于两片绝缘片之间的低阻值导电体组成,正极板具有导电性且可将在空气通道中与其直接接触的带负电的颗粒物所携带的电荷导走。
静电除尘作为一种高效的除尘手段已被广泛采用,如何提高静电除尘装置的除尘能力是本领域技术人员需要考虑的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种除尘效果好、增氧除湿的室内新风处理系统。
本发明提供的技术方案为:一种室内新风处理系统,包括本体,所述的本体的一端设有进风管,所述的本体的另一端设有出风管,所述的进风管上设有进风风机,所述的本体靠近进风管的一侧还设有与室内连通的回风管,所述的回风管上连接有抽风风机,所述的进风管和回风管内均设有冷凝管,所述的冷凝管与外设的压缩机设备相连,所述的本体靠近进风管的位置设有供氧管,所述的本体上设有与供氧管相连的氧气发生装置,所述的本体内设有两层相对设置的用于静电除尘的金属网层,所述的金属网层上连接有静电发生器,所述的进风管设置在金属网层的一侧,所述的出风管设置在金属网层的另一侧,所述的金属网层由多根金属丝相互交叉缠绕而成,所述的金属丝由不锈钢芯层和设置在不锈钢芯层表面的镀银层组成;
所述的不锈钢芯层表面镀银的具体操作为:
将由不锈钢芯层组成的不锈钢筛网打磨光滑后置于含丙三醇的水溶液中;
然后在100ml水中加入0.1-0.3g三乙醇胺、0.1-0.3g羟乙基磺酸钠、0.3-0.5g氟化铵配置溶液,然后向溶液中加入1-3g用量的硝酸银,滴加氨水直至溶液变清澈,得到镀液;
将不锈钢筛网与镀液以重量配比1-2:1的比例,将镀液滴加含丙三醇的水溶液中在室温条件下进行反应至硝酸银反应完全,得到金属网层。
在上述的室内新风处理系统中,所述的丙三醇的水溶液中丙三醇的含量为3-7wt%。
在上述的室内新风处理系统中,所述的不锈钢筛网的规格为80-140目。
在上述的室内新风处理系统中,所述的不锈钢筛网的材质为430不锈钢。当然本发明并不排斥使用其他型号的不锈钢,比如304不锈钢/410不锈钢等等,因为不锈钢含铬量较大。本发明优选为430不锈钢是因为其不含镍,其除尘效果更为优异。
本发明在采用上述技术方案后,其具有的有益效果为:
1、本方案采用经过特殊处理的金属网层可以有效的降低静电产生的电压,将传统设备所需的电压6000v左右降低到4500-4700v即可。
2、本方案的金属网层采用不锈钢芯层和镀银层相结合,在镀银的过程中,由于不锈钢中含有铬,因此电镀结束后,镀银层中会夹杂铬,产生的粉尘吸附和杀菌效果优异。
3、本方案还采用冷凝器除湿和采用供氧设备增氧,是本系统使用更加舒适。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的详细说明,但不构成对本发明的任何限制。
实施例1:
如图1和2所示,一种室内新风处理系统,包括本体1,所述的本体1的一端设有进风管2,所述的本体1的另一端设有出风管3,所述的进风管2上设有进风风机4,所述的本体1靠近进风管2的位置设有供氧管6,所述的本体1靠近进风管2的一侧还设有与室内连通的回风管7,所述的回风管7上连接有抽风风机8,所述的进风管2和回风管7均设有冷凝管5,所述的冷凝管5与外设的压缩机设备相连,所述的本体1上设有与供氧管6相连的氧气发生装置9,所述的本体1内设有两层相对设置的用于静电除尘的金属网层10,所述的金属网层10上连接有静电发生器11,静电发生器11的正极连接在一个金属网层10上,负极连接在另外一个金属网层10上,所述的进风管2设置在金属网层10的一侧,所述的出风管3设置在金属网层10的另一侧,所述的金属网层10由多根金属丝相互交叉缠绕而成,所述的金属丝由不锈钢芯层101和不锈钢芯层101表面的镀银层102组成;
所述的不锈钢芯层101表面镀银的具体操作为:
将由不锈钢芯层101组成的不锈钢筛网打磨光滑后置于含5wt%丙三醇的水溶液中;所述的不锈钢筛网的规格为100目,材质为430不锈钢。
然后在100ml水中加入0.2g三乙醇胺、0.1g羟乙基磺酸钠、0.4g氟化铵配置溶液,然后向溶液中加入2g用量的硝酸银,滴加氨水直至溶液变清澈,得到镀液;
将不锈钢筛网与镀液以重量配比1.5:1的比例,将镀液滴加含丙三醇的水溶液中在室温条件下进行反应至硝酸银反应完全,得到金属网层10。
实施例2
与实施例1大体相同,不同的地方在于,所述的不锈钢芯层表面镀银的具体操作为:
将由不锈钢芯层组成的不锈钢筛网打磨光滑后置于含3wt%丙三醇的水溶液中;所述的不锈钢筛网的规格为80目,材质为430不锈钢。
然后在100ml水中加入0.1g三乙醇胺、0.3g羟乙基磺酸钠、0.3g氟化铵配置溶液,然后向溶液中加入1g用量的硝酸银,滴加氨水直至溶液变清澈,得到镀液;
将不锈钢筛网与镀液以重量配比1:1的比例,将镀液滴加含丙三醇的水溶液中在室温条件下进行反应至硝酸银反应完全,得到金属网层。
实施例3
与实施例1大体相同,不同的地方在于,所述的不锈钢芯层表面镀银的具体操作为:
将由不锈钢芯层组成的不锈钢筛网打磨光滑后置于含7wt%丙三醇的水溶液中;所述的不锈钢筛网的规格为120目,材质为430不锈钢。
然后在100ml水中加入0.3g三乙醇胺、0.1g羟乙基磺酸钠、0.5g氟化铵配置溶液,然后向溶液中加入2g用量的硝酸银,滴加氨水直至溶液变清澈,得到镀液;
将不锈钢筛网与镀液以重量配比2:1的比例,将镀液滴加含丙三醇的水溶液中在室温条件下进行反应至硝酸银反应完全,得到金属网层。
性能测试
将本实施例1的室内新风处理系统和市售采用静电除尘的空气净化机放置在同一个密闭的房间里面,首先启动本实施例1的室内新风处理系统,系统在向室内供应新风的同时,通过回风管净化室内空气,室内PM2.5初始为1432ug/m3,测试25分钟后室内PM2.5维持在40-60ug/m3
市售采用静电除尘的空气净化机在同一测试环境中,带室内PM2.5恢复到1400ug/m3后,启动市售的空气净化器,测试40分钟后室内PM2.5维持在40-60ug/m3
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其它的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种室内新风处理系统,包括本体,其特征在于,所述的本体的一端设有进风管,所述的本体的另一端设有出风管,所述的进风管上设有进风风机,所述的本体靠近进风管的一侧还设有与室内连通的回风管,所述的回风管上连接有抽风风机,所述的进风管和回风管内均设有冷凝管,所述的冷凝管与外设的压缩机设备相连,所述的本体靠近进风管的位置设有供氧管,所述的本体上设有与供氧管相连的氧气发生装置,所述的本体内设有两层相对设置的用于静电除尘的金属网层,所述的金属网层上连接有静电发生器,所述的进风管设置在金属网层的一侧,所述的出风管设置在金属网层的另一侧,所述的金属网层由多根金属丝相互交叉缠绕而成,所述的金属丝由不锈钢芯层和设置在不锈钢芯层表面的镀银层组成;
所述的不锈钢芯层表面镀银的具体操作为:
将由不锈钢芯层组成的不锈钢筛网打磨光滑后置于含丙三醇的水溶液中;
然后在100ml水中加入0.1-0.3g三乙醇胺、0.1-0.3g羟乙基磺酸钠、0.3-0.5g氟化铵配置溶液,然后向溶液中加入1-3g用量的硝酸银,滴加氨水直至溶液变清澈,得到镀液;
将不锈钢筛网与镀液以重量配比1-2:1的比例,将镀液滴加含丙三醇的水溶液中在室温条件下进行反应至硝酸银反应完全,得到金属网层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的室内新风处理系统,其特征在于:所述的丙三醇的水溶液中丙三醇的含量为3-7wt%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的室内新风处理系统,其特征在于:所述的不锈钢筛网的规格为80-140目。
4.根据权利要求3所述的室内新风处理系统,其特征在于:所述的不锈钢筛网的材质为430不锈钢。
