Abstract
本发明公开了一种智能调节功率的路灯,包括光照强度传感器和指令存储器,所述光照强度传感器和指令存储器电性输出连接微处理器,微处理器电性输入连接PMW功率控制器,PMW功率控制器电性输入连接LED灯管,LED灯管通过支架固定在支撑柱的侧壁上。该智能调节功率的路灯上安装了光照强度传感器和PMW功率控制器等电子元件构成的智能调节功率系统,能够有效的根据外界光照强度自动调节LED灯管的亮度,有效的增长了LED灯管的使用寿命,增大了蓄电池内的电能的利用率,该路灯结构简单,易于推广。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及路灯设备技术领域,具体为一种智能调节功率的路灯。
背景技术
随着电荒问题的加剧,占到城市公共用电很大一部分的公共照明用电,越来越多的选用不需要市电的太阳能路灯。随着LED(LightEmittingDiode,发光二极管)技术的发展,因其具有发光亮度大,体积小,耗电小,逐渐成为照明行业的未来趋势。故现有的太阳能路灯大多使用发光功率固定的LED系统作为照明的光源。由于从太阳能路灯的开灯到关灯之间,自然光的强度是变化的,故功率固定的LED系统实际上浪费了许多电能。同时LED在不同电流强度和环境温度等条件下其发光效率也不同,故同样的功率其发出的光通量也不同,因此不结合LED自身发光效率特性的功率调节一方面浪费了电能另一方便又会使LED的使用寿命减小。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种智能调节功率的路灯,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种智能调节功率的路灯,包括光照强度传感器、太阳能电池板和指令存储器,所述太阳能电池板铺设在挡雨板的外表面上,挡雨板焊接在支撑柱的顶端,挡雨板的顶端镶嵌了光照强度传感器,太阳能电池板电性输出连接蓄电池,蓄电池电性输出连接微处理器和LED灯管,所述光照强度传感器和指令存储器电性输出连接微处理器,微处理器电性输入连接PMW功率控制器,PMW功率控制器电性输入连接LED灯管,LED灯管通过支架固定在支撑柱的侧壁上。
优选的,所述挡雨板的内侧壁铺设了反光板。
优选的,所述指令存储器、微处理器和PMW功率控制器安装在支撑柱的内部,支撑柱为中空结构。
优选的,所述蓄电池安装在支撑底座的内部,支撑底座的内侧壁贴有防水膜,支撑底座焊接在支撑柱的底部。
优选的,所述支撑柱的侧壁镶嵌了USB接口,USB接口通过导线与蓄电池连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该智能调节功率的路灯上安装了光照强度传感器和PMW功率控制器等电子元件构成的智能调节功率系统,能够有效的根据外界光照强度自动调节LED灯管的亮度,有效的增长了LED灯管的使用寿命,增大了蓄电池内的电能的利用率,其上还设置了挡雨板,能够有效的保护LED灯管,该路灯结构简单,易于推广。

请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种智能调节功率的路灯,包括光照强度传感器1、太阳能电池板2和指令存储器4,太阳能电池板2铺设在挡雨板12的外表面上,挡雨板12焊接在支撑柱10的顶端,挡雨板12的顶端镶嵌了光照强度传感器1,太阳能电池板2电性输出连接蓄电池9,蓄电池9电性输出连接微处理器5和LED灯管3,光照强度传感器1和指令存储器4电性输出连接微处理器5,微处理器5电性输入连接PMW功率控制器6,PMW功率控制器6电性输入连接LED灯管3,LED灯管3通过支架固定在支撑柱10的侧壁上,挡雨板12的内侧壁铺设了反光板,指令存储器4、微处理器5和PMW功率控制器6安装在支撑柱10的内部,支撑柱10为中空结构,蓄电池9安装在支撑底座8的内部,支撑底座8的内侧壁贴有防水膜7,支撑底座8焊接在支撑柱10的底部,支撑柱10的侧壁镶嵌了USB接口11,USB接口11通过导线与蓄电池9连接。
工作原理:光照强度传感器1收集外界的光照信息,并将这些信息传递给微处理器5,微处理器5将这些信息与指令存储器4进行分析比对,然后发出信息给PMW功率控制器6,PMW功率控制器6控制LED灯管3的亮度,挡雨板12有效的为LED灯管3遮风挡雨,增长其寿命,太阳能电池板2将太阳能转换为电能并储存到蓄电池9,蓄电池9为整个路灯供电。

1.一种智能调节功率的路灯,包括光照强度传感器(1)、太阳能电池板(2)和指令存储器(4),其特征在于:所述太阳能电池板(2)铺设在挡雨板(12)的外表面上,挡雨板(12)焊接在支撑柱(10)的顶端,挡雨板(12)的顶端镶嵌了光照强度传感器(1),太阳能电池板(2)电性输出连接蓄电池(9),蓄电池(9)电性输出连接微处理器(5)和LED灯管(3),所述光照强度传感器(1)和指令存储器(4)电性输出连接微处理器(5),微处理器(5)电性输入连接PMW功率控制器(6),PMW功率控制器(6)电性输入连接LED灯管(3),LED灯管(3)通过支架固定在支撑柱(10)的侧壁上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能调节功率的路灯,其特征在于:所述挡雨板(12)的内侧壁铺设了反光板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能调节功率的路灯,其特征在于:所述指令存储器(4)、微处理器(5)和PMW功率控制器(6)安装在支撑柱(10)的内部,支撑柱(10)为中空结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能调节功率的路灯,其特征在于:所述蓄电池(9)安装在支撑底座(8)的内部,支撑底座(8)的内侧壁贴有防水膜(7),支撑底座(8)焊接在支撑柱(10)的底部。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能调节功率的路灯,其特征在于:所述支撑柱(10)的侧壁镶嵌了USB接口(11),USB接口(11)通过导线与蓄电池(9)连接。
