目前市场上传统的阀门与管件的连接部位为固定式,这样就给与阀门及其他管件连接安装造成一定的局限性。
专利号为CN201020283745.0的一种阀门与管件的活接结构的发明专利中,还包括连接螺母及由一球部及接口部组成的球形活接头,所述连接螺母内壁面的外端设有卡肩,所述球形活接头的球部卡装在连接螺母的卡肩上,所述球形活接头的接口部穿出连接螺母,所述阀门进水口与连接螺母螺纹密封旋接。结构较为复杂,且密封性能有待提高。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种密封性好,便于加工且结构简单的阀门与管件的活动连接结构。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种阀门与管件的活动连接结构,其创新点在于:包括管件、内环、活动接头、压环以及连接螺栓;所述内环内置在管件接口端,所述活动接头插接在管件接口端且与内环配合;所述压环设置在活动接头上且一端与管件端口相接,所述连接螺栓连接在压环以及管件之间;所述管件接口端内具有一供内环安装的环形台阶;所述活动接头为一中空柱体,其接口端外表面呈球形。
进一步的,所述压环、管件、活动连接头交叉处以及管件内部台阶与内环连接的夹角处各具有一密封圈。
进一步的,所述压环内表面呈与活动接头接口端配合的弧形表面;所述内环内表面呈与活动接头接口配合的弧形表面。
本发明的优点在于:
(1)本发明一种阀门与管件的活动连接结构,管件和活动接头采用球面接触的方式,密封性能好,且结构简单,便于实现多角度连接。
(2)密封圈使得密封更加紧密,活动连接头转动时,手感更好。
(3)内环、压环与活动接头配合紧密,活动接头固定更紧密。

如图1所示,本发明公开了一种阀门与管件的活动连接结构,包括管件1、内环6、活动接头4、压环3以及连接螺栓2;内环6内置在管件1接口端,活动接头4插接在管件1接口端且与内环6配合;压环3设置在活动接头4上且一端与管件1端口相接,连接螺栓2连接在压环3以及管件1之间;管件1接口端内具有一供内环6安装的环形台阶;活动接头4为一中空柱体,其接口端外表面呈球形。
液体从管件1流入与活动接头4连接处,直接穿过活动接头4中间的流道,活动接头4和管件1为球形连接,密封性好,且可以旋转角度,方便多角度使用,采用内环和压环与活动接头配合的结构,便于加工,便于装配。
压环3、管件1、活动连接头4交叉处以及管件1内部台阶与内环6连接的夹角处各具有一密封圈5,密封性更好。
压环6内表面呈与活动接头4接口端配合的弧形表面;内环6内表面呈与活动接头4接口配合的弧形表面,配合更紧密。
