Abstract

本发明涉及阀体技术领域,特别涉及一种手动顺序阀,包括阀体和阀芯,所述阀体为长管状阀体,该阀体的一端设有主接头,阀体的侧壁沿其长度方向设有至少两个分接头;所述阀芯从阀体的另一端插入到阀体内。本发明的顺序阀结构简单,维修简单而且使用方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀体技术领域,特别涉及一种手动顺序阀。
背景技术
顺序阀是在具有二个以上分支回路的系统中,根据回路的压力等来控制执行元件动作顺序的阀。
随着自动控制技术的不断发展,顺序阀的结构变的越来越复杂,维修难度大。但是在一些比较简单的控制系统中,过于复杂的顺序阀反而给系统的控制造成了负担,不利于操作。
因此,需要一种结构简单,维修方便的顺序阀。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种手动顺序阀,该顺序阀结构简单,维修简单而且使用方便。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种手动顺序阀,包括阀体和阀芯,所述阀体为长管状阀体,该阀体的一端设有主接头,阀体的侧壁沿其长度方向设有至少两个分接头;所述阀芯从阀体的另一端插入到阀体内。
进一步地,所述阀芯包括螺杆端和于螺杆端垂直的把手端;所述阀体内设有于螺杆端配合的内螺纹。
进一步地,所述阀体的侧壁设有四个与阀体内部连通的分接头。
进一步地,四个所述分接头的轴心线共平面。
进一步地,四个所述分接头位于阀体的同侧。
进一步地,四个所述分接头中,沿阀体长度方向的第一个和第三个分接头位于阀体的同侧,第二个和第四个分接头位于阀体的另一侧。
有益效果:本发明的一种手动顺序阀,该顺序阀结构简单,维修简单而且使用方便。

参照图1和图2所示的一种手动顺序阀,包括阀体1和阀芯,所述阀体1为长管状阀体,该阀体1的一端设有主接头1a,阀体1的侧壁沿其长度方向设有至少两个分接头1b;所述阀芯从阀体1的另一端插入到阀体1内。
所述阀芯包括螺杆端2a和于螺杆端2a垂直的把手端2b;所述阀体1内设有于螺杆端2a配合的内螺纹。
所述阀体1的侧壁设有四个与阀体1内部连通的分接头1b。
四个所述分接头1b的轴心线共平面。
四个所述分接头1b位于阀体1的同侧。
具体实施例二:
参照图1和图3所示的一种手动顺序阀,包括阀体1和阀芯,所述阀体1为长管状阀体,该阀体1的一端设有主接头1a,阀体1的侧壁沿其长度方向设有至少两个分接头1b;所述阀芯从阀体1的另一端插入到阀体1内。
所述阀芯包括螺杆端2a和于螺杆端2a垂直的把手端2b;所述阀体1内设有于螺杆端2a配合的内螺纹。
所述阀体1的侧壁设有四个与阀体1内部连通的分接头1b。
四个所述分接头1b的轴心线共平面。
四个所述分接头1b中,沿阀体1长度方向的第一个和第三个分接头1b位于阀体1的同侧,第二个和第四个分接头1b位于阀体1的另一侧。
本发明的一种手动顺序阀,该顺序阀结构简单,维修简单而且使用方便。

1.一种手动顺序阀,包括阀体(1)和阀芯,其特征在于:所述阀体(1)为长管状阀体,该阀体(1)的一端设有主接头(1a),阀体(1)的侧壁沿其长度方向设有至少两个分接头(1b);所述阀芯从阀体(1)的另一端插入到阀体(1)内;所述阀芯包括螺杆端(2a)和与螺杆端(2a)垂直的把手端(2b);所述阀体(1)内设有与螺杆端(2a)配合的内螺纹;所述阀体(1)的侧壁设有四个与阀体(1)内部连通的分接头(1b);四个所述分接头(1b)的轴心线共平面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种手动顺序阀,其特征在于:四个所述分接头(1b)位于阀体(1)的同侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种手动顺序阀,其特征在于:四个所述分接头(1b)中,沿阀体(1)长度方向的第一个和第三个分接头(1b)位于阀体(1)的同侧,第二个和第四个分接头(1b)位于阀体(1)的另一侧。
