本发明公开了一种防静电吸音棉,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:聚丙烯80-100,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.5-1,苯乙烯2-4,三乙醇胺2-4,云母粉10-15,太古油0.5-1,环氧亚麻油1-2,对苯二甲酸二辛酯2-4,甲基丙烯酸丁酯3-5,油酸酰胺0.5-1,偶氮二异丁腈0.05-0.1,功能粉体3-5。本发明的吸音棉不仅具有吸声效果和力学性能好、耐久性高的特点,而且有良好的防静电性能,安全环保,还能吸收空气中的有害物质,有效净化空气,保护人体健康,综合价值高,实用性强。

技术领域
本发明涉及吸声材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种防静电吸音棉及其制备方法。
背景技术
由于经济的高速发展,噪声源的数量和种类越来越多,噪声污染已经渗透人们工作、生活的各个领域,噪音成为影响人民生活最严重、存在最广泛的污染之一。随着环保意识的不断增强,噪声污染问题已经越来越受到人们的重视。为寻求解决之道,保证人们生活、学习活动的正常进行,需要不断开发可以控制噪声危害的新型材料。
吸音棉属于多孔吸声材料,当声音通过孔道时,在材料中多次反射,声能衰减而达到吸声的功能。常用的吸音棉有玻璃纤维吸音棉和聚酯纤维吸音棉,玻璃纤维吸音棉环保性较差,原料含有害物质,触碰到人的皮肤时容易引起瘙痒,且不便于施工。聚酯纤维吸音棉对人体无害,但力学性能差,易于变形,加工困难,耐久性不高。并且为了公共安全需要吸音棉具有一定的防静电性能,从而避免其在公共场合的使用存在安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种防静电吸音棉及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种防静电吸音棉,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
聚丙烯80-100,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.5-1,苯乙烯2-4,三乙醇胺2-4,云母粉10-15,太古油0.5-1,环氧亚麻油1-2,对苯二甲酸二辛酯2-4,甲基丙烯酸丁酯3-5,油酸酰胺0.5-1,偶氮二异丁腈0.05-0.1,功能粉体3-5;
其中功能粉体由下列重量份的原料制成:电气石粉5-10,麦饭石粉3-5,纳米二氧化钛2-4,氧化铈1-2,羟丙基甲基纤维素1-2,聚乙烯醇1-2,水40-60;功能粉体的制备方法是先将羟丙基甲基纤维素和聚乙烯醇加入水中85-95℃条件下搅拌0.5-1h,然后加入其余原料继续搅拌1-2h,过滤后干燥完全,再于700-800℃煅烧1-2h,冷却后研磨均匀,即得。
一种防静电吸音棉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚配制成0.5-1%的水溶液并与三乙醇胺共同加入反应釜中,先于60-80℃、400-600r/min搅拌0.5-1h,然后加入云母粉和功能粉体超声分散5-10min,将温度调至50-60℃,在通氮气保护条件下加入苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯和偶氮二异丁腈搅拌4-6h,冷却后过滤、洗涤、干燥,然后加入太古油混合均匀,气流粉碎后得改性粉体;
(2)将(1)中的改性粉体与聚丙烯、对苯二甲酸二辛酯、环氧亚麻油和油酸酰胺高速混合均匀,然后通过双螺杆挤出机于200-260℃熔融混合挤出,按常规熔融纺丝法进行纺丝,得复合纤维;
(3)将(2)中的复合纤维进行开松、梳理、堆叠成网,然后热压成型,经过表面处理后即得防静电吸音棉。
本发明的优点是:本发明将具有高效释放负离子功效的复合功能粉体与云母粉进行复配作为填料,并利用苯乙烯和甲基丙烯酸丁酯乳液聚合对填料表面进行复合改性,有效增强了填料和聚丙烯基体之间的相容性和协同作用,既改善了合成材料的力学性能,又有效提高材料的孔隙率,提升吸声性能;同时,与其余原料复配形成复合纤维基料,再通过熔融纺丝法得到复合纤维,然后通过常规工艺制得产品,使得到的吸音棉不仅具有吸声效果和力学性能好、耐久性高的特点,而且有良好的防静电性能,安全环保,还能吸收空气中的有害物质,有效净化空气,保护人体健康,综合价值高,实用性强。
具体实施方式
一种防静电吸音棉,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
聚丙烯80,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.5,苯乙烯2,三乙醇胺2,云母粉10,太古油0.5,环氧亚麻油1,对苯二甲酸二辛酯2,甲基丙烯酸丁酯3,油酸酰胺0.5,偶氮二异丁腈0.05,功能粉体3;
其中功能粉体由下列重量份的原料制成:电气石粉5,麦饭石粉3,纳米二氧化钛2,氧化铈1,羟丙基甲基纤维素1,聚乙烯醇1,水40;功能粉体的制备方法是先将羟丙基甲基纤维素和聚乙烯醇加入水中85℃条件下搅拌0.5h,然后加入其余原料继续搅拌1h,过滤后干燥完全,再于700℃煅烧1h,冷却后研磨均匀,即得。
一种防静电吸音棉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚配制成0.5%的水溶液并与三乙醇胺共同加入反应釜中,先于60℃、400r/min搅拌0.5h,然后加入云母粉和功能粉体超声分散5min,将温度调至50℃,在通氮气保护条件下加入苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯和偶氮二异丁腈搅拌4h,冷却后过滤、洗涤、干燥,然后加入太古油混合均匀,气流粉碎后得改性粉体;
(2)将(1)中的改性粉体与聚丙烯、对苯二甲酸二辛酯、环氧亚麻油和油酸酰胺高速混合均匀,然后通过双螺杆挤出机于200-260℃熔融混合挤出,按常规熔融纺丝法进行纺丝,得复合纤维;
(3)将(2)中的复合纤维进行开松、梳理、堆叠成网,然后热压成型,经过表面处理后即得防静电吸音棉。
对上述制得的吸音棉性能检测结果如下:
5cm厚产品NRC(综合降噪系数):0.86;
撕裂强度:7.5N/cm。

Claims (2)

1.一种防静电吸音棉,其特征在于,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
聚丙烯80-100,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.5-1,苯乙烯2-4,三乙醇胺2-4,云母粉10-15,太古油0.5-1,环氧亚麻油1-2,对苯二甲酸二辛酯2-4,甲基丙烯酸丁酯3-5,油酸酰胺0.5-1,偶氮二异丁腈0.05-0.1,功能粉体3-5;
所述的功能粉体由下列重量份的原料制成:电气石粉5-10,麦饭石粉3-5,纳米二氧化钛2-4,氧化铈1-2,羟丙基甲基纤维素1-2,聚乙烯醇1-2,水40-60;功能粉体的制备方法是先将羟丙基甲基纤维素和聚乙烯醇加入水中85-95℃条件下搅拌0.5-1h,然后加入其余原料继续搅拌1-2h,过滤后干燥完全,再于700-800℃煅烧1-2h,冷却后研磨均匀,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电吸音棉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:

(2)将(1)中的改性粉体与聚丙烯、对苯二甲酸二辛酯、环氧亚麻油和油酸酰胺高速混合均匀,然后通过双螺杆挤出机于200-260℃熔融混合挤出,按常规熔融纺丝法进行纺丝,得复合纤维;
