Abstract
本发明公开了一种中性彩漂粉，组分包括酶、护色剂、抗再沉积剂、杀菌剂和固体填充剂，以粉体体系总质量为基准，其中酶含量为0.1~10%，且至少包括纤维素酶，所述护色剂含量为0.1%‑2%，所述抗再沉积剂含量为0.5%‑5%，所述杀菌剂含量为0.01~10%。该中性彩漂粉配方温和、不含氧化剂、去污力强，并能够整平衣物表面毛球及增艳衣物。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种洗涤剂，尤其涉及一种中性彩漂粉。
背景技术
随着生活水平越来越高，消费者对彩漂产品的温和性、多用途性也越来越关心。现在市面上的彩漂产品，基本都是释氧型漂白剂，溶于水后能生成过氧化氢，是氧漂的一种，由过碳或双氧水、表面活性剂、填充剂三部分为主体成分，通过氧化作用，杀菌以及增艳衣物，它对织物的漂白较温和，一般不会损伤织物，可令白色或有色织物漂白后色泽更亮丽。但由于加入过碳或双氧水这些物质，在漂白衣物的同时，对手、衣物有腐蚀性，尤其含氧漂白剂主要是双氧水，在常温下，它的漂白速度比较缓慢，为了提高洗涤速率，一般需要高温条件下进行漂白，增加了对皮肤的刺激性，并且易造成衣物颜色褪色、变色风险，也大大的增加了清洁剂对设备的损耗以及双氧水污水的排放，不利于环保。经过实际应用，目前的彩漂产品对血渍、油脂等顽固污渍去除效果并不佳。因此，需要开发一种去污效果好，且温和利于环保的彩漂粉。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种中性彩漂粉，该中性彩漂粉配方温和、不含氧化剂、去污力强，并能够整平衣物表面毛球及增艳衣物。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的：一种中性彩漂粉，其组分包括酶、护色剂、抗再沉积剂、杀菌剂和固体填充剂，以粉体体系总质量为基准，其中酶含量为0.1~10%，且至少包括纤维素酶，所述护色剂含量为0.1%-2%，所述抗再沉积剂含量为0.5%-5%，所述杀菌剂含量为0.01~10%。
本发明是主要由酶、杀菌剂、护色剂、抗再沉积剂和固体填充料五部分组成，使配方pH值中性且不含氧化剂。组分中的酶至少要包括纤维素酶，主要利用纤维素酶降解衣物所起毛球的纤维，在使用中，纤维素酶首先作用衣物表面毛球纤维，降解毛球纤维，毛球脱落，起到剪除毛球效果，整平衣物表面，进而实现衣物增艳。护色剂保护衣物原本颜色，减缓衣物被洗涤褪色。通过抗再沉积剂，防止污垢重新沾染在衣物上，以保持衣物污垢剥落后的亮白程度。组分中的杀菌剂则起杀菌效果，剥落菌斑，在去污整平衣物同时具有杀菌作用，满足消费者对产品多用途功能的需求。
本发明中所述酶还可以包括碱性蛋白酶、脂肪酶和淀粉酶中的一种或两种以上的组合。
所述护色剂为N-氧乙烯基吡啶类聚合物，如N-氧-4-乙烯基吡啶均聚物。
所述抗再沉积剂为丙烯酸聚合物和马来酸聚合物中的一种或两种组合。
所述杀菌剂使用非氧化性杀菌剂，包括三氯生、三氯卡班、氯酚类化合物和季铵盐类化合物等中的一种或两种以上组合，但不限于上述所列举的。
所述固体填充剂的含量满足粉体体系总量为100%即可，通常采用适于洗涤剂使用的填充剂，包括元明粉(硫酸钠)、碳酸钙、滑石粉和碳酸氢钙等中的一种或两种以上的组合，但不限于上述所列举的。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点：
(1) 本发明pH值中性、不含氧化剂，通过酶去污及整平衣物表面毛球，实现增艳，护色剂保护衣物原本颜色，减缓衣物被洗涤褪色，抗再沉积剂则防止污垢重新沾染在衣物上，以保持衣物污垢剥落后的亮白程度，通过杀菌剂杀菌剥落菌斑，从而实现彩漂产品相应彩漂和杀菌功效。
具体实施方式
上表中各粉状原料混合均匀即可获得中性彩漂粉。
本发明可用其他的不违背本发明的精神或主要特征的具体形式来概述。本发明的上述实施例都只能认为是对本发明的说明而不是限制，如本发明中可以添加香精和防腐剂。因此凡是依据本发明的实质技术对以上实施例所作的任何细微修改、等同变化与修饰，均属于本发明技术方案的范围内。
Claims (4)
1.一种中性彩漂粉，其特征是，由酶、护色剂、抗再沉积剂、杀菌剂和固体填充剂组成，以粉体体系总质量为基准，其中酶含量为3.01~10%，且至少包括3%纤维素酶，所述护色剂含量为0.1%-2%，所述护色剂为N-氧-4-乙烯基吡啶均聚物，所述抗再沉积剂含量为0.5%-1%，所述抗再沉积剂为丙烯酸聚合物和马来酸聚合物中的一种或两种组合，所述杀菌剂含量为0.01~10%，所述杀菌剂为非氧化性杀菌剂，所述非氧化性杀菌剂包括三氯生、三氯卡班、氯酚类化合物和季铵盐类化合物中的一种或两种以上组合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中性彩漂粉，其特征是，所述酶还包括碱性蛋白酶、脂肪酶和淀粉酶中的一种或两种以上的组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的中性彩漂粉，其特征是，所述固体填充剂的含量满足粉体体系总量为100%。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的中性彩漂粉，其特征是，所述固体填充剂包括元明粉、碳酸钙、滑石粉和碳酸氢钙中的一种或两种以上的组合。
