本发明提出了一种多功能衣物干洗剂,涉及日用化学品的技术领域。本发明包括以下重量份的原料:聚氧乙烯月桂醇醚20-30、柠檬酸1-5、季戊四醇5-10、聚乙醇5-10、十二烷基二羟乙基甜菜碱10-20、皂苷粉1-5、蛋白酶1-5、三乙醇胺5-10、蓖麻油1-5、山梨醇1-5、薄荷醇0.1-1、去离子水30-50。本发明的干洗剂为水基衣物干洗剂,生物降解率达到90%以上,不污染环境,不在衣物中形成残留,不会对人体造成危害,绿色环保;使用方便,洗涤快捷,去污效果好,对织物的洗净力优,对织物的物性、色彩坚牢度、纤维的微细构造几乎无影响;洗涤后的衣物具有薄荷清香,是一种性能优良的多功能干洗剂。

技术领域
本发明涉及日用化学品的技术领域,特别是指一种多功能衣物干洗剂。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,人们生活水平的不断提高,生活节奏的不断加快,人们对服装的穿着和保养要求越来越高,不断追求方便、卫生、快捷、休闲、多样化和个性化,进而带动服装干洗、染色、翻新和加香美容等行业的蓬勃发展。干洗是指使用化学溶剂对衣物进行洗涤的一种方法,弥补了水洗过程中丝毛织物的缩水、纤维变硬等缺陷,从而在近几十年来得到了迅速的发展。
目前,广泛采用的干洗剂包括如下四类:石油溶剂干洗剂、四氯乙烯干洗剂、氟利昂溶剂干洗剂和液态二氧化碳干洗剂。上述这四类干洗剂对服装上的油溶性污垢均具有很强的去除能力,并能有效去除颗粒状固体;但是,对水溶性污垢的去除能力则很差,在干洗过程中还会发生污垢再沾污现象,对浅色服装的影响更为突出。同时,这四类干洗剂含有大量的有机溶剂,不仅对环境造成危害,而且,容易残留在衣物中,对人体健康不利;还会对衣物颜色和内部细微构造造成影响,制约着其的广泛应用。
发明内容
本发明提出一种多功能衣物干洗剂,解决了现有技术中衣物干洗剂功能不全面、去污能力有限和不环保的问题。
本发明的一种多功能衣物干洗剂,其技术方案是这样实现的:包括以下重量份的原料:聚氧乙烯月桂醇醚20-30份、柠檬酸1-5份、季戊四醇5-10份、聚乙醇5-10份、十二烷基二羟乙基甜菜碱10-20份、皂苷粉1-5份、蛋白酶1-5份、三乙醇胺5-10份、蓖麻油1-5份、山梨醇1-5份、薄荷醇0.1-1份、去离子水30-50份。
作为一种优选的实施方案,包括以下重量份的原料:聚氧乙烯月桂醇醚25份、柠檬酸3份、季戊四醇7份、聚乙醇8份、十二烷基二羟乙基甜菜碱15份、皂苷粉3份、蛋白酶2份、三乙醇胺8份、蓖麻油3份、山梨醇2份、薄荷醇0.5份、去离子水40份。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的干洗剂为水基衣物干洗剂,生物降解率达到90%以上,不污染环境,不在衣物中形成残留,不会对人体造成危害,绿色环保;其综合了多种表面活性剂和添加助剂,经过科学设计,合理配伍,所得多功能衣物干洗剂使用方便,洗涤快捷,去污效果好,洗涤效率高,对织物的洗净力优、对织物的物性、色彩坚牢度、纤维的微细构造几乎无影响;对于油溶性污垢和水溶性污垢均可以进行有效地去除,洗涤后的衣物具有薄荷清香,是一种性能优良的多功能干洗剂。

实施例一

实施例二
本发明的一种多功能衣物干洗剂,包括以下重量份的原料:聚氧乙烯月桂醇醚25份、柠檬酸3份、季戊四醇7份、聚乙醇8份、十二烷基二羟乙基甜菜碱15份、皂苷粉3份、蛋白酶2份、三乙醇胺8份、蓖麻油3份、山梨醇2份、薄荷醇0.5份、去离子水40份。
实施例三
本发明的一种多功能衣物干洗剂,包括以下重量份的原料:聚氧乙烯月桂醇醚30份、柠檬酸5份、季戊四醇10份、聚乙醇10份、十二烷基二羟乙基甜菜碱20份、皂苷粉5份、蛋白酶5份、三乙醇胺10份、蓖麻油5份、山梨醇5份、薄荷醇1份、去离子水50份。
将实施例一至实施例三所得干洗剂和市售干洗剂(四氯乙烯)进行缩水、去污和防串色性能对比试验,具体试验方法按照如下描述进行,试验测试结果如表1所示。
(1)缩水对比试验:采用国标MLBT4288-2008要求的羊毛缩水样布300╳300mm大小尺寸作为试验样布,浸泡在盛有溶剂的烧杯中30min,所述的溶剂为不间断用玻璃棒搅动,完后在60℃温度下烘干,测量变形尺寸。
(2)去污试验:取国标MLBT4288-2008要求的棉布作为污渍布基底,在其表面涂覆酱油污渍,待其干燥后用于试验,剪裁成120╳120mm大小的污渍布。制作2L容积大小的小桶,将小桶固定在类似滚筒转动的设备上,模拟滚筒洗涤方式进行去污性能测试,取1块120╳120mm大小的污布,干洗剂1Kg,常温洗涤,洗涤时间为30min,完毕后取出污渍布,自然晾干,测试污渍布白度。
(3)防串色试验:制作2L容积大小的小桶,将小桶固定在类似滚筒转动的设备上,模拟滚筒洗涤方式进行色度值测试,各取4块120╳120mm大小的红白棉布,干洗剂1Kg,常温洗涤,洗涤时间为30min,完毕后取出棉布,自然晾干。
普通红棉布与普通白棉布读取洗前值作为标准值,模拟干洗过程结束后,分别读取红布和白布的色度值。固色效果通过测量洗涤后红布和未洗红布的颜色差别,即ΔE来表示,色差越大则说明色布掉色越严重,干洗剂的固色及防串色的效果差,相反则固色效果。抗染料转移作用则是用洗涤后白布的色差值,ΔE值越低表明转移到白布上的染料越小,抗染料转移效果就越明显。
表1性能测试试验结果统计表
由表1可以看出,与市售的干洗剂(即表1中的对比试验)相比,本发明的干洗剂在干洗过程中,衣物的缩水率显著降低,其仅有0.79%;本发明的干洗剂洗涤后的衣物白度得到了大大提高,达到83.7;红白布经本发明的干洗剂混洗后,红布和白布的色差均明显下降,分别只有0.30和0.16。这说明本发明的干洗剂对衣物的防缩水、洗净力及护色效果明显优于市售的干洗剂。
因此,本发明的有益效果是:本发明的干洗剂为水基衣物干洗剂,生物降解率达到90%以上,不污染环境,不在衣物中形成残留,不会对人体造成危害,绿色环保;其综合了多种表面活性剂和添加助剂,经过科学设计,合理配伍,所得多功能衣物干洗剂使用方便,洗涤快捷,去污效果好,洗涤效率高,对织物的洗净力优、对织物的物性、色彩坚牢度、纤维的微细构造几乎无影响;对于油溶性污垢和水溶性污垢均可以进行有效地去除,洗涤后的衣物具有薄荷清香,是一种性能优良的多功能干洗剂。

聚氧乙烯月桂醇醚20-30份、柠檬酸1-5份、季戊四醇5-10份、聚乙醇5-10份、十二烷基二羟乙基甜菜碱10-20份、皂苷粉1-5份、蛋白酶1-5份、三乙醇胺5-10份、蓖麻油1-5份、山梨醇1-5份、薄荷醇0.1-1份、去离子水30-50份。
