本发明涉及一种小型移动式撬装天然气脱水装置,分子筛塔出气管线与脱汞罐进气管线相连接,脱汞罐出气管线与脱汞罐出口粉尘过滤器进气口相连接,分子筛塔再生气管线与再生气加热器入气口管线相连接,再生气加热器出气口管线与分子筛塔再生气进气口管线相连接,分子筛塔再生气出口管线与再气空冷器进气管线相连接,再气空冷器出气管线与再生气分离器进口相连接,再生气分离器出液口管线与污水罐进液口相连接。通过对分子筛塔的优化设计使得分子筛高度大为降低,使得整个脱水撬可以整体吊装运输,搬迁转场灵活性很强;由于整个装置集成撬现场安装简单便捷、维护简单、占地面积小。

一种小型移动式撬装天然气脱水装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种小型移动式撬装天然气脱水装置。
背景技术
天然气脱水是天气开采处理的重要组成部分。分子筛脱水工艺流程是目前使用最多、最成熟、最可靠的工艺流程。分子筛脱水一般使用在固定工厂的天然气深度脱水工艺,但是我国常规天然气约超过50%分布在西部地区,主要有四川盆地、新疆塔里木盆地,陕甘宁地区等。这些地方许多气井单口井产气量不大,不利于或者难以铺设固定的集输管线。因此目前采用液化天然气(LNG)输运形式成为全球范围内天然气输运的一种重要组成部分。这偏远地区的小气量天然气井需要灵活有效的脱水装置。
发明内容
本发明目的是:在于提供一种小型移动式撬装天然气脱水装置。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种小型移动式撬装天然气脱水装置,其包括分子筛塔、再生气空冷器、再生气分离器、污水罐、脱汞罐、脱汞罐出口粉尘过滤器、再生气加热器。分子筛塔出气管线与脱汞罐进气管线相连接,脱汞罐出气管线与脱汞罐出口粉尘过滤器进气口相连接,分子筛塔再生气管线与再生气加热器入气口管线相连接,再生气加热器出气口管线与分子筛塔再生气进气口管线相连接,分子筛塔再生气出口管线与再气空冷器进气管线相连接,再气空冷器出气管线与再生气分离器进口相连接,再生气分离器出液口管线与污水罐进液口相连接。
钢结构使用H型钢焊接,H型钢在出厂前配做开孔,焊接钢结构前配装仪表和电器接线槽盒,钢结构大小可以根据设备大小调整。
经过脱水的天然气通过脱汞罐进气管线进入脱汞罐脱除重金属,经过脱除重金属的天然气通过脱汞罐出气管线进入脱汞罐出口粉尘过滤器除去固体杂质;分子筛塔再生气经再生气加热器入气口管线进入再生气加热器加热,经过加热的气体通过再生气加热器出气口管线进入分子筛塔对分子筛塔进行再生,经过再生的气体通过再气空冷器进气管线进入再生气空冷器冷却,经过冷却的再生气通过再气空冷器出气管线进入再生气分离器进行气液分离,经过气液分离的液体通过再生气分离器出液口管线进入污水罐。
本发明的有益效果是:通过对分子筛塔的优化设计使得分子筛高度大为降低,使得整个脱水撬可以整体吊装运输,搬迁转场灵活性很强;由于整个装置集成撬现场安装简单便捷、维护简单、占地面积小。

一种小型移动式撬装天然气脱水装置,其包括分子筛塔(T-301/T-302/T-303)、再气空冷器(A-301)、再生气分离器(V-301)、污水罐(V-302)、脱汞罐(V-303)、脱汞罐出口粉尘过滤器(F-301A/F-301B)、再生气加热器(HE-301)。

钢结构使用H型钢焊接,H型钢在出厂前配做开孔,焊接钢结构前配装仪表和电器接线槽盒,钢结构大小可以根据设备大小调整。
天然气经分子筛塔进气管线(1)进入分子筛塔(T-301/T-302/T-303)进行脱水,经过脱水的天然气通过脱汞罐(V-303)进气管线(11)进入脱汞罐脱除重金属,经过脱除重金属的天然气通过脱汞罐出气管线(13)进入脱汞罐出口粉尘过滤器(F-301A)/脱汞罐出口粉尘过滤器(F-301B)除去固体杂质;分子筛塔(T-301/T-302/T-303)再生气经再生气加热器入气口管线(25)进入再生气加热器加热,经过加热的气体通过再生气加热器出气口管线(28)进入分子筛塔(T-301/T-302/T-303)对分子筛塔进行再生,经过再生的气体通过再生气空冷器进气管线(32)进入再生气空冷器冷却,经过冷却的再生气通过再气空冷器出气管线(36)进入再生气分离器进行气液分离,经过气液分离的液体通过再生气分离器出液口管线(38)进入污水罐。

Claims (3)

1.一种小型移动式撬装天然气脱水装置,其包括分子筛塔、再生气空冷器、再生气分离器、污水罐、脱汞罐、脱汞罐出口粉尘过滤器、再生气加热器;其特征是分子筛塔出气管线与脱汞罐进气管线相连接,脱汞罐出气管线与脱汞罐出口粉尘过滤器进气口相连接,分子筛塔再生气管线与再生气加热器入气口管线相连接,再生气加热器出气口管线与分子筛塔再生气进气口管线相连接,分子筛塔再生气出口管线与再气空冷器进气管线相连接,再气空冷器出气管线与再生气分离器进口相连接,再生气分离器出液口管线与污水罐进液口相连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征是所述的分子筛塔为三塔并联。
3.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征是撬装采用H型钢结构框架,钢结构配装仪表和电器接线槽盒。
