本发明涉及制鞋专用胶水领域,尤其是一种快速固化鞋胶,它由环烷油、树脂、丙醇、丙酸、乳胶、三乙醇胺、氢氧化钠和水组成,其中各组分的质量份数为:环烷油12-15份、树脂15-20份、丙醇3-8份、丙酸1-6份、乳胶14-18份、三乙醇胺2-5份、氢氧化钠3-5份和水30-45份。该快速固化鞋胶,其涂布后固化的时间为普通鞋胶固化时间的1/2甚至为1/3,能极大的缩短了鞋子固化时间,降低生产时间,提高生产效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及制鞋专用胶水领域,尤其是一种快速固化鞋胶。
背景技术
现有的制鞋企业内,鞋子在用胶水粘接过程中由于胶水的固化时间相对较长,造成鞋子粘接后必须夹持或保持一定时间,造成了生产工序延长,从而生产效率相对低下;而且容易产生粘接不牢固的情况。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种粘接后固化时间短且粘接牢固的快速固化鞋胶。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所设计的快速固化鞋胶,它由环烷油、树脂、丙醇、丙酸、乳胶、三乙醇胺、氢氧化钠和水组成,其中各组分的质量份数为:环烷油12-15份、树脂15-20份、丙醇3-8份、丙酸1-6份、乳胶14-18份、三乙醇胺2-5份、氢氧化钠3-5份和水30-45份。
作为优化,所述各组分的质量份数为:环烷油13份、树脂17份、丙醇4份、丙酸2份、乳胶16份、三乙醇胺3份、氢氧化钠4份和水35份。
本发明所得到的快速固化鞋胶,其涂布后固化的时间为普通鞋胶固化时间的1/2甚至为1/3,能极大的缩短了鞋子固化时间,降低生产时间,提高生产效率。
