技术领域
本发明涉及乳胶漆领域,尤其是一种外墙用乳胶漆。
背景技术
外墙乳胶漆的主要功能是装饰和保护建筑物面,使建筑物外貌整洁美观,从而达到美化城市环境的目的,同时能起到保护建筑物外墙的作用,延长其使用寿命。其使用要求有如下几点:装饰性好,要求外墙乳胶漆色彩丰富,选择多样化,保色性好,能较长时间保持良好的装饰性能;耐水性好,外墙长期暴露在大气中,要经常受到雨水的冲刷,因而外墙乳胶漆必须具备很好的耐水性能;大气中的灰尘和其他物质沾污涂层后,涂层会失去原来的美观效果,因而外墙乳胶漆必须不易被这些物质沾污或沾污后易清洗;耐候性好,暴露在大气中的涂层受诸多天气环境因素的影响和作用下,一般的涂层会出现开裂、剥落、脱粉、变色等现象,使其失去原有的装饰性和保护性。因此,外墙乳胶漆涂层要求在规定的年限内不能发生上述破坏现象,其必须具备良好的耐候性能。传统的外墙乳胶漆存在耐水性差、易开裂、剥落、脱粉、变色、不易清洗等问题。
随着涂料行业的快速发展,涂料家庭装璜变得越来越普遍。但现有装饰涂料游离单体、游离甲醛含量高,并含APEO,装修后时常有咳嗽、咽喉疼痛、令人难以忍受刺激性气味的状况出现,对人体呼吸道造成严重伤害。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有技术存在的上述缺陷,提出一种外墙用乳胶漆,具有优良的耐候性、耐碱性、耐洗刷性,解决了耐水性差、易开裂、剥落、脱粉、变色、不易清洗等问题。
本发明的技术方案是:一种内墙用乳胶漆,由以下重量份数的原料制成:丙酸钠8-15份、环烷酸锰17-35份、二氧化硅超细粉20-40份、聚乙烯醇20-35份、丙烯酸异辛脂3-5份、硫酸钡10-17份、绢云母粉3-5份、去离子水80-150份。
本发明中,所述外墙用乳胶漆由以下重量份数的原料制成:丙酸钠9-14份、环烷酸锰20-30份、二氧化硅超细粉25-36份、聚乙烯醇24-33份、丙烯酸异辛脂3.4-4.6份、硫酸钡12-15份、绢云母粉3.3-4.1份、去离子100-120份。
优选的,所述外墙用乳胶漆由以下重量份数的原料制成:丙酸钠13份、环烷酸锰24份、二氧化硅超细粉34份、聚乙烯醇32份、丙烯酸异辛脂4份、硫酸钡13份、绢云母粉4份、去离子120份。
本发明的有益效果:具有优良的耐候性、耐碱性、耐洗刷性,解决了耐水性差、易开裂、剥落、脱粉、变色、不易清洗等问题,适合各种场所使用。

1.一种外墙用乳胶漆,其特征在于由以下重量份数的原料制成:丙酸钠8-15份、环烷酸锰17-35份、二氧化硅超细粉20-40份、聚乙烯醇20-35份、丙烯酸异辛脂3-5份、硫酸钡10-17份、绢云母粉3-5份、去离子水80-150份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的外墙用乳胶漆,其特征在于由以下重量份数的原料制成:丙酸钠9-14份、环烷酸锰20-30份、二氧化硅超细粉25-36份、聚乙烯醇24-33份、丙烯酸异辛脂3.4-4.6份、硫酸钡12-15份、绢云母粉3.3-4.1份、去离子100-120份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的外墙用乳胶漆,其特征在于由以下重量份数的原料制成:丙酸钠13份、环烷酸锰24份、二氧化硅超细粉34份、聚乙烯醇32份、丙烯酸异辛脂4份、硫酸钡13份、绢云母粉4份、去离子120份。
