本发明涉及一种活底料仓，包括料仓本体，所述料仓本体的上部左侧设有进料口，下部右侧设有出料口，所述料仓本体底部设有若干与出料方向相垂直且均匀分布的楔形推板，推板之间通过第一连杆彼此连接，所述第一连杆的末端与油缸连接，其特征在于，所述楔形推板的顶点上转动连接有翻板，所述料仓本体上设有与第一连杆相平行的第二连杆，所述第二连杆的高度与翻板的高度相适配，所述第二连杆上设有与翻板位置相对应的若干限位栓。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种料仓，尤其涉及一种活底料仓，属于送料设备技术领域。
背景技术
目前国内外的活底料仓要想提高物料的堆高，必须增加推板的高度，因为推板为楔形机构，当推板的高度增加时，推板的宽度会成倍增加，当推板宽度增加后，油缸的行程也会成倍增加。这样会导制设备的制造成本和难度大幅增加。
发明内容
本发明针对现有活底料仓存在的不足，提供一种活底料仓。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下：
一种活底料仓，包括料仓本体，所述料仓本体的上部左侧设有进料口，下部右侧设有出料口，所述料仓本体底部设有若干与出料方向相垂直且均匀分布的楔形推板，推板之间通过第一连杆彼此连接，所述第一连杆的末端与油缸连接，其特征在于，所述楔形推板的顶点上转动连接有翻板，所述料仓本体上设有与第一连杆相平行的第二连杆，所述第二连杆的高度与翻板的高度相适配，所述第二连杆上设有与翻板位置相对应的若干限位栓。
本发明的有益效果是：
1)解决了物料的推送问题，又完成了物料的堆高，且提高了料仓的容积率，达到料仓储料的功能。
2)设备成本低，易于操作和实现。

具体实施方式
以下结合实例对本发明的原理和特征进行描述，所举实例只用于解释本发明，并非用于限定本发明的范围。
一种活底料仓，包括料仓本体1，所述料仓本体1的上部左侧设有进料口，下部右侧设有出料口，所述料仓本体1底部设有若干与出料方向相垂直的均匀分布的楔形推板2，推板2之间通过第一连杆3彼此连接，所述第一连杆3的末端与油缸7连接，所述楔形推板2的顶点上转动连接有翻板4，所述料仓本体1上设有与第一连杆3相平行的第二连杆5，所述第二连杆5的高度与翻板4的高度相适配，所述第二连杆5上设有与翻板4位置相对应的若干限位栓6。
上述活底料仓的工作过程如下：
1)物料从进料口进入活底料仓后，油缸7通过第一连杆3推动推板2向右移动，此时，翻板4下翻，并随推板2一起向右运动，当推板2向右移动至出料口后，物料从出料口出料；
2)出料完成后，推板2在油缸7带动下向左移动，在运动过程中，由于受到物料的重力作用，翻板上翻至限位栓6处起到阻隔作用，推出的物料不会被再次推回左面，如此循环将物料送至右面出口，并且物料被堆高，推料的高度是推板高度加翻板高度。
