技术领域
本发明涉及用于物件或物料贮存或运输的容器,具体涉及一种摩托车的齿轮轴用周转箱。
背景技术
周转箱也称为物流箱,广泛用于机械、汽车、家电、轻工、电子等行业,能耐酸耐碱、耐油污,无毒无味,可用于盛放食品等,清洁方便,零件周转便捷、堆放整齐,便于管理。其合理的设计,优良的品质,适用于工厂物流中的运输、配送、储存、流通加工等环节。周转箱可与多种物流容器和工位器具配合,用于各类仓库、生产现场等多种场合,在物流管理越来越被广大企业重视的今天,周转箱帮助完成物流容器的通用化、一体化管理,是生产及流通企业进行现代化物流管理的必备品。现有的周转箱在卸除箱内摩托车的齿轮轴时,通常需要抬高周转箱一端的高度,使得周转箱具有一定的斜度,以此将齿轮轴从周转箱内倒出,当齿轮轴过重时,其人工强度较大,工作效率较低。
发明内容
本发明意在提供一种人工强度小、工作效率高的摩托车的齿轮轴用周转箱。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的基础方案如下:摩托车的齿轮轴用周转箱,包括箱体,所述箱体包括侧面板、存放单元和底座,所述侧面板包括正侧板、反侧板、左侧板和右侧板,所述右侧板包括上侧板和下侧板,所述正侧板和反侧板分别与底座固定连接,所述左侧板与底座铰接,所述下侧板的一端与底座固定连接,下侧板的另一端与上侧板铰接,所述左侧板和上侧板分别与正侧板可拆卸连接;所述存放单元包括折叠单元和倾斜板,所述折叠单元包括若干块依次相互铰接的折叠板,所述折叠单元一端的折叠板与左侧板铰接,折叠单元另一端的折叠板与上侧板可拆卸连接,所述倾斜板的两侧分别与正侧板和反侧板固定连接,且倾斜板设置于折叠单元的下方,所述倾斜板朝左侧板的方向倾斜。
基础方案的原理:操作时,首先将齿轮轴放置于斜板和处于折叠状态的折叠单元上;由于折叠单元靠近上侧板一端的折叠板与上侧板为可拆卸连接,上侧板与正侧板为可拆卸连接,且上侧板与下侧板铰接,然后分开上侧板和正侧板,再分开上侧板与折叠板,将上侧板顺时针旋转,由于折叠板与折叠板之间为铰接,拉动折叠单元靠近上侧板一端的折叠板向右移动,使得所有折叠单元处于平整状态,再将此时的折叠单元放置于上侧板,由下侧板支撑,齿轮轴依次从折叠单元上滑落;在将折叠单元上齿轮轴都移出后,由于折叠单元靠近左侧板一端的折叠板与左侧板铰接,将折叠单元逆时针旋转,且保证折叠单元处于平整状态,由于左侧板与正侧板为可拆卸连接,且左侧板与底座铰接,分开左侧板和正侧板,将左侧板逆时针旋转,同时折叠单元随着左侧板一起向下移动,此时,倾斜板上的齿轮轴依次经左侧板从折叠单元上滑落;最后通过上述步骤,实现将本周转箱内的齿轮轴移出。
基础方案的优点:本方案由于上侧板、左侧板分别与正侧板为可拆卸连接,上侧板与折叠单元靠近上侧板一端的折叠板为可拆卸连接,方便连接与分开;且上侧板与下侧板铰接,折叠单元靠近左侧板一端的折叠板与左侧板铰接,左侧板与底座铰接,配合折叠单元可实现将齿轮轴自动移出本周转箱,有效的降低了人工强度,并提高了工作效率。
优选方案一:作为基础方案的优选方案,所述正侧板固接有两个扣环,左侧板、上侧板分别固接有能与扣环扣合的扣件;所述上侧板上还固接有一个扣环,所述折叠单元远离左侧板一端的折叠板上设有能与上侧板上的扣环扣合的扣件,通过上述设置,采用扣环与扣件的连接牢靠,且由于扣环和扣件均较为轻便,使得装卸速度较快。
优选方案二:作为基础方案的又一优选方案,所述箱体的上部滑动连接有箱盖,通过上述设置,箱体内存放的齿轮轴在运输的过程中,因为晃动而使得齿轮轴滑落出箱体,箱盖则有效的避免了此类情况的发生。
优选方案三:作为基础方案的又一优选方案,所述正侧板和反侧板上设有位于同一水平线上的握槽,通过上述设置,箱体需要移动位置时,握槽更便于人工的搬运。
优选方案四:作为优选方案三的优选方案,所述握槽上连接有橡胶圈,通过上述设置,由于橡胶圈具有一定的弹性,相较直接握持握槽移动箱体,橡胶圈更柔软,可有效的保护手部。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明:
说明书附图中的附图标记包括:箱体1、底座2、正侧板3、反侧板4、左侧板5、右侧板6、上侧板7、下侧板8、折叠板9、倾斜板10、扣环11、扣件12、箱盖13、握槽14、橡胶圈15。
实施例基本如附图1、图2所示:摩托车的齿轮轴用周转箱,包括箱体1,箱体1包括侧面板、存放单元和底座2,侧面板包括正侧板3、反侧板4、左侧板5和右侧板6,右侧板6包括上侧板7和下侧板8,正侧板3固接有两个扣环11,左侧板5、上侧板7分别固接有能与扣环11扣合的扣件12,上侧板7上还固接有一扣环11,正侧板3和反侧板4分别与底座2固定连接,左侧板5与底座2铰接,下侧板8的一端与底座2固定连接,下侧板8的另一端与上侧板7铰接;存放单元包括折叠单元和倾斜板10,折叠单元包括若干块依次相互铰接的折叠板9,折叠单元最左端的折叠板9与左侧板5铰接,折叠单元最右端的折叠板9上固接有能与上侧板7上的扣环11扣合的扣件12,倾斜板10的两侧分别与正侧板3和反侧板4固定连接,倾斜板10设置于折叠单元的下方,倾斜板10朝左侧板5的方向倾斜,且倾斜板10的左端与左侧板5的底端位于同一水平线。
此外,在箱体1的上部滑动连接有箱盖13,箱体1内存放的齿轮轴在运输的过程中,因为晃动而使得齿轮轴滑落出箱体1,箱盖13则有效的避免了此类情况的发生。在正侧板3和反侧板4上开设有位于同一水平线上的的握槽14,箱体1需要移动位置时,握槽14更便于人工的搬运。在握槽14上连接有橡胶圈15,由于橡胶圈15具有一定的弹性,相较直接握持握槽14移动箱体1,橡胶圈15更柔软,可有效的保护手部。
本实施例中,操作时,首先将齿轮轴放置于斜板和处于折叠状态的折叠板9上;由于最右端折叠板9上的扣件12与上侧板7上的扣环11扣合,上侧板7上的扣件12与正侧板3上的扣环11扣合,且上侧板7与下侧板8铰接,然后分开上侧板7和正侧板3,再分开上侧板7与最右端的折叠板9,将上侧板7顺时针旋转,由于折叠板9与折叠板9之间为铰接,拉动最右端的折叠板9向右移动,使得所有折叠板9处于平整状态,再将此时的所有折叠板9放置于上侧板7,由下侧板8支撑,齿轮轴依次从折叠板9上滑落;在将折叠板9上齿轮轴都移出后,由于最左端的折叠板9与左侧板5铰接,将最左端的折叠板9逆时针旋转,其他折叠板9随着最左端的折叠板9一起运动,且所有折叠板9处于平整状态,由于左侧板5上的扣件12与正侧板3上的扣环11扣合,且左侧板5与底座2铰接,分开左侧板5和正侧板3,将左侧板5逆时针旋转,同时所有折叠板9随着左侧板5一起向下移动,此时,倾斜板10上的齿轮轴依次经左侧板5从折叠板9上滑落;最后通过上述步骤,实现将本周转箱内的齿轮轴移出。本方案由于上侧板7上的扣件12、左侧板5上的扣件12分别与正侧板3上的扣环11扣合,上侧板7的扣环11与最右端折叠板9上的扣件12扣合,方便连接与分开;且上侧板7与下侧板8铰接,最左端的折叠板9与左侧板5铰接,左侧板5与底座2铰接,配合所有折叠板9可实现将齿轮轴自动移出本周转箱,有效的降低了人工强度,并提高了工作效率。

1.摩托车的齿轮轴用周转箱,包括箱体,其特征在于:所述箱体包括侧面板、存放单元和底座,所述侧面板包括正侧板、反侧板、左侧板和右侧板,所述右侧板包括上侧板和下侧板,所述正侧板和反侧板分别与底座固定连接,所述左侧板与底座铰接,所述下侧板的一端与底座固定连接,下侧板的另一端与上侧板铰接,所述左侧板和上侧板分别与正侧板可拆卸连接;所述存放单元包括折叠单元和倾斜板,所述折叠单元包括若干块依次相互铰接的折叠板,所述折叠单元一端的折叠板与左侧板铰接,折叠单元另一端的折叠板与上侧板可拆卸连接,所述倾斜板的两侧分别与正侧板和反侧板固定连接,且倾斜板设置于折叠单元的下方,所述倾斜板朝左侧板的方向倾斜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的摩托车的齿轮轴用周转箱,其特征在于:所述正侧板固接有两个扣环,左侧板、上侧板分别固接有能与扣环扣合的扣件;所述上侧板上还固接有一个扣环,所述折叠单元远离左侧板一端的折叠板上设有能与上侧板上的扣环扣合的扣件。
3.根据权利要求1所述的摩托车的齿轮轴用周转箱,其特征在于:所述箱体的上部滑动连接有箱盖。
4.根据权利要求1所述的摩托车的齿轮轴用周转箱,其特征在于:所述正侧板和反侧板上设有位于同一水平线上的握槽。
5.根据权利要求4所述的摩托车的齿轮轴用周转箱,其特征在于:所述握槽上连接有橡胶圈。
