Abstract
本发明公开了一种多层复合套筒,结构为柱形,截面为圆环形;从外到内依次为外层、填充层、骨架层、缓冲层和内骨架层,其中外层为热塑性材料或硬质橡胶,填充层为聚氨酯或橡胶硬质发泡层,骨架层和内骨架层为玻纤树脂材质,缓冲层为软质橡胶或聚氨酯发泡海绵。本发明多层复合套筒,其内骨架层和骨架层为玻纤树脂材质,赋予套筒整体一定的弹性,便于与气胀芯轴装配,质量小,强度高,在高速印刷过称中安全、可靠;本发明采用多层复合结构,利用和发挥高分子材料的特性,与气胀芯轴的紧密配合完成柔版印刷作业。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于高分子复合材料技术领域,具体涉及一种多层复合套筒。
背景技术
随着装备制造业的发展,印刷行业和橡胶工业发展迅猛,尤其是在柔版印刷机设备领域。同时人们对各种印刷产品的质量越来越重视,从单色发展到多色、套色,因而对印刷胶辊的性能也提出了更高的要求,表面耐磨、耐溶剂、光洁度高、尺寸稳定性好等均成为人们关注的重点。目前传统的印刷胶辊尚不能完全适应这些条件要求。
多层复合套筒是专为柔版印刷机配套关键部件,其采用多种高分子材料复合而成,发挥各层件的作用特性,再与气胀芯轴的紧密配合下完成柔版印刷作业。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种多层复合套筒,其内骨架层和骨架层为玻纤树脂材质,赋予套筒整体一定的弹性,便于与气胀芯轴装配,质量小,强度高,在高速印刷过称中安全、可靠。
本发明所采用的技术方案是,多层复合套筒,结构为柱形,截面为圆环形;从外到内依次为外层、填充层、骨架层、缓冲层和内骨架层,其中外层为热塑性材料或硬质橡胶,填充层为聚氨酯或橡胶硬质发泡层,骨架层和内骨架层为玻纤树脂材质,缓冲层为软质橡胶或聚氨酯发泡海绵。
本发明的特点还在于,
多层复合套筒通过压缩空气压力安装于气胀芯轴上,形成过盈配合。
外层为热塑性材料或硬质橡胶,其硬度为100邵尔A。
填充层为聚氨酯或橡胶硬质发泡材料,其密度为0.4~0.55g/cm3,硬度为95~100邵尔A。
骨架层和内骨架层厚度为1.0~2.2mm,耐温>160℃,在4.5kg/cm2压力下,内径变化不大于0.05%。
缓冲层为聚氨酯或橡胶发泡海绵,厚度为1.4~1.8mm,耐温>160℃,硬度为20~30邵尔A,密度为0.15~0.25g/cm3。
本发明的有益效果是,
1.本发明采用多层复合结构,利用和发挥高分子材料的特性,与气胀芯轴的紧密配合完成柔版印刷作业。
2.本发明采用了玻纤、树脂、橡胶、聚氨酯多种材料,采用了软质闭孔发泡、硬质闭孔发泡技术及缠绕、固化、混炼、挤出、硫化、车、磨、抛光等工艺实现了多层复合套筒高强度、轻量化、可靠性设计。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进行详细说明。
如图1所示,气胀芯轴1,芯轴与多层复合套筒2接触面的起端均匀分布6个进气孔8,中间与末端安装了2个米拉阀9,确保安装或拆换方便。整个气胀芯轴1尺寸一致,避免了锥度引起的高速运转过程中的跳动,保证了气胀芯轴1与多层复合套筒2的紧密配合为一体,确保柔印机高速运转过程中的安全、可靠性。
如图2所示,本发明多层复合套筒,为柱形结构,截面为圆环形,从外到内依次为外层7、填充层6、骨架层5、缓冲层4和内骨架层3。
外层7为热塑性材料,如热塑性聚氨酯;或外层为硬质橡胶。外层7直接与印刷材料接触,要求外层表面光洁度高、耐磨、耐溶剂。其外层7通过车、磨、抛光工艺达到以上要求。
填充层6为硬质、闭孔发泡的聚氨酯或橡胶材质,其质量小,强度高,密度为0.4~0.55g/cm3,硬度为95~100邵尔A。
骨架层5和内骨架层3为玻纤树脂材料,内骨架层3与气胀芯轴1紧密配合。骨架层5和内骨架层3作为骨架在套筒中起支撑作用,其厚度为1.0~2.2mm,耐温>160℃,在4.5kg/cm2压力下,内径变化不大于0.05%。骨架层5和内骨架层3采用预浸树脂的玻璃纤维通过缠绕设备缠绕成筒状结构,再经过高温固化而成。
缓冲层4为软质、闭孔发泡聚氨酯或橡胶材质,其为内骨架层3、骨架层5提供弹性应变空间,在气压下,便于与气胀芯轴1装配。其厚度为1.4~1.8mm,耐温>160℃,硬度为20~30邵尔A,密度为0.15~0.25g/cm3。
如图3所示,为多层复合套筒2和气胀芯轴1的装配图,在4~5kg/cm2压力下,多层复合套筒2安装在气胀芯轴1上,关闭压力,完成安装。然后去掉进气管路,多层复合套筒2将紧紧与气胀芯轴1配合为一体。

1.多层复合套筒,其特征在于,该多层复合套筒(2)结构为柱形,截面为圆环形;从外到内依次为外层(7)、填充层(6)、骨架层(5)、缓冲层(4)和内骨架层(3),其中所述外层(7)为热塑性材料或硬质橡胶,其硬度为100邵尔A,所述填充层(6)为聚氨酯硬质发泡层或橡胶硬质发泡层,密度为0.4~0.55g/cm3,硬度为95~100邵尔A,所述骨架层(5)和内骨架层(3)为玻纤树脂材质,骨架层(5)和内骨架层(3)厚度分别为1.0~2.2mm,耐温>160℃,在4.5kg/cm2压力下,内径变化不大于0.05%,所述缓冲层(4)为软质橡胶发泡海绵或软质聚氨酯发泡海绵,厚度为1.4~1.8mm,耐温>160℃,硬度为20~30邵尔A,密度为0.15~0.25g/cm3。
2.如权利要求1所述的多层复合套筒,其特征在于,所述多层复合套筒(2)通过压缩空气压力安装于气胀芯轴(1)上,形成过盈配合。
