本发明是一种烟筒尾气治理装置,属于空气污染防治领域。当前除了降产能限排污以及静电除尘等方法外,没有方法可以治理烟筒所排放的尾气。现有静电除尘,成本高,效率有限,应用不能普及。本发明是将烟筒尾气出口处改造成液体静电除尘装置。使尾气在烟筒出口后直接静电除尘。

一种烟筒尾气治理装置
1.技术领域:空气污染防治领域。
2.背景技术:当前除了降产能限排污以及静电除尘等方法外,没有方法可以治理烟筒所排放的尾气。现有静电除尘,成本高,效率有限,应用不能普及。
3.发明内容:将烟筒尾气出口处改造成液体静电除尘装置。使尾气在烟筒出口后直接静电除尘。
4.附图说明:所附图为示意侧面图,图中①为烟筒,②为液体静电集尘池,③为隔风板,④为烟筒盖子,⑤为负极放电网,⑥为碳酸钠和乙二醇的混合溶液,⑦为使液体带正电的静电产生器,⑧为排水阀门及管道。
5.具体实施方式:首先在烟筒的尾气出口上方建一个烟筒盖子,盖子上有带负电荷静电的放电网,联通烟筒口附近的负极放电网,共同形成除尘器的放电电极。然后在盖子下面依托烟筒建一个环形的液体绝缘容器,液体是由碳酸钠溶液和乙二醇溶液的混合物。液体里有静电产生装置,使之带正电,该方法使液体为集尘电极。当尾气从烟筒里排出时,放电网会使热的尾气带负电,然后,热的负电尾气会在盖子的作用下和下面冷的正电液体集尘电极接触,热气接触冷气会冷凝,由于静电吸引水蒸气和灰尘不会飘散,会凝聚在液体集尘电极中,这样就使烟筒的污染气体大幅减少。每天都需要给静电集尘池中的液体换水,该发明结构简单,成本低廉,由于依托于现有建筑,实用性比较强。

1.以烟筒作为改造对象的静电除尘装置。
2.烟筒上方的盖子,和盖子内的放电网组成静电除尘器的放电电极。
3.盖子下面的环形绝缘容器,容器内的溶液是碳酸钠和乙二醇的混合液。
4.用液体作为静电除尘器的集尘电极的方法。
