本发明公开了一种多搅拌头高精度出液搅拌器,包括搅拌桶体,所述搅拌桶体的顶面盖合有顶盖,顶盖固定在搅拌桶体的顶部,顶盖的中部固定有驱动电机,驱动电机的输出轴向下穿过顶盖并通过联轴器铰接有转动轴,转动轴的下端铰接在搅拌桶体的底板上,顶盖的底面铰接有至少两个上传动轴,转动轴的上部设有上传动齿轮;所述搅拌桶体的底板通接有出液管,搅拌桶体的底板上固定有横向出液管,横向出液管的上壁面的后部具有进液口,横向出液管的下壁面的前部具有出液口,出液管的下端通接进液口。它采用多个搅拌轮转动,可以将搅拌桶体中的液体搅拌更加均匀,而且搅拌效率高,而且其具有的横向出液管可以高精度控制液体的流出,其控制效果好。

技术领域:
本发明涉及化工设备技术领域,更具体的说涉及一种多搅拌头高精度出液搅拌器。
背景技术:
现有的搅拌器一般采用的是电机带动伸入搅拌桶中的搅拌轴转动,而搅拌轴上固定搅拌轮转动实现搅拌,其搅拌效果有限,需要搅拌时间长,影响了效率,而且现有的出料口一般是通过安装阀体实现开关,其流量控制困难。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种多搅拌头高精度出液搅拌器,它采用多个搅拌轮转动,可以将搅拌桶体中的液体搅拌更加均匀,而且搅拌效率高,而且其具有的横向出液管可以高精度控制液体的流出,其控制效果好。
本发明的技术解决措施如下:
一种多搅拌头高精度出液搅拌器,包括搅拌桶体,所述搅拌桶体的顶面盖合有顶盖,顶盖固定在搅拌桶体的顶部,顶盖的中部固定有驱动电机,驱动电机的输出轴向下穿过顶盖并通过联轴器铰接有转动轴,转动轴的下端铰接在搅拌桶体的底板上,顶盖的底面铰接有至少两个上传动轴,两个上传动轴处于转动轴的两侧,转动轴的上部设有上传动齿轮,两个上传动轴上固定有上分齿轮,上分齿轮与上传动齿轮相啮合,转动轴的下部设有下传动齿轮,搅拌桶体的底板上铰接有至少两个下传动轴,两个下传动轴处于转动轴的两侧,下传动轴上固定有下分齿轮,下分齿轮与下传动齿轮相啮合,上传动轴的下端和下传动轴的上端均固定有搅拌轮;
所述搅拌桶体的底板通接有出液管,搅拌桶体的底板上固定有横向出液管,横向出液管的上壁面的后部具有进液口,横向出液管的下壁面的前部具有出液口,出液管的下端通接进液口,横向出液管的下壁面通接有出液连接管,横向出液管的后部固定有隔板,横向出液管的隔板的前部为通液腔体,转动螺杆处于通液腔体中并铰接在横向出液管的前壁面和隔板上,横向出液管的后端面固定有输送伺服电机,输送伺服电机的输出轴伸入横向出液管中并处于隔板的后方,输送伺服电机的输出轴通过联轴器与转动螺杆的后端相连接。
所述转动轴的外壁具有花键槽,转动轴插套在支撑圈、上传动齿轮、下传动齿轮、多个隔套的中部具有的花键通孔中,下传动齿轮夹持在支撑圈和中间的隔套之间,上传动齿轮夹持在中间的隔套和上部的隔套之间,上部的隔套压靠在转动轴的上端的联轴器上。
所述搅拌桶体的底端固定有支撑腿。
本发明的有益效果在于:
它采用多个搅拌轮转动,可以将搅拌桶体中的液体搅拌更加均匀,而且搅拌效率高,而且其具有的横向出液管可以高精度控制液体的流出,其控制效果好。

实施例:见图1至图2所示,一种多搅拌头高精度出液搅拌器,包括搅拌桶体10,所述搅拌桶体10的顶面盖合有顶盖20,顶盖20固定在搅拌桶体10的顶部,顶盖20的中部固定有驱动电机21,驱动电机21的输出轴向下穿过顶盖20并通过联轴器铰接有转动轴22,转动轴22的下端铰接在搅拌桶体10的底板上,顶盖20的底面铰接有至少两个上传动轴23,两个上传动轴23处于转动轴22的两侧,转动轴22的上部设有上传动齿轮24,两个上传动轴23上固定有上分齿轮231,上分齿轮231与上传动齿轮24相啮合,转动轴22的下部设有下传动齿轮25,搅拌桶体10的底板上铰接有至少两个下传动轴26,两个下传动轴26处于转动轴22的两侧,下传动轴26上固定有下分齿轮261,下分齿轮261与下传动齿轮25相啮合,上传动轴23的下端和下传动轴26的上端均固定有搅拌轮1;
进一步的说,所述搅拌桶体10的底板通接有出液管11,搅拌桶体10的底板上固定有横向出液管12,横向出液管12的上壁面的后部具有进液口121,横向出液管12的下壁面的前部具有出液口122,出液管11的下端通接进液口121,横向出液管12的下壁面通接有出液连接管13,横向出液管12的后部固定有隔板14,横向出液管12的隔板14的前部为通液腔体15,转动螺杆16处于通液腔体15中并铰接在横向出液管12的前壁面和隔板14上,横向出液管12的后端面固定有输送伺服电机17,输送伺服电机17的输出轴伸入横向出液管12中并处于隔板14的后方,输送伺服电机17的输出轴通过联轴器与转动螺杆16的后端相连接。
进一步的说,所述转动轴22的外壁具有花键槽,转动轴22插套在支撑圈27、上传动齿轮24、下传动齿轮25、多个隔套28的中部具有的花键通孔中,下传动齿轮25夹持在支撑圈27和中间的隔套28之间,上传动齿轮24夹持在中间的隔套28和上部的隔套28之间,上部的隔套28压靠在转动轴22的上端的联轴器上。
进一步的说,所述搅拌桶体10的底端固定有支撑腿18。
通过驱动电机21运行,实现多个搅拌轮1转动实现搅拌,而通过上传动齿轮24、上分齿轮231、下传动齿轮25、下分齿轮261的啮合转动,同样对液体进行搅拌和碾压,使得搅拌更加均匀,其搅拌效果更好,效率更高。
而底部设有的横向出液管12通过输送伺服电机17运行,实现转动螺杆16转动,从而使得搅拌桶体10中的搅拌液体通过转动螺杆16向前输送并从出液连接管13中流出,同时,通过在出液连接管13上可以再设置一个总阀,实现关闭和开启。

1.一种多搅拌头高精度出液搅拌器,包括搅拌桶体(10),其特征在于:所述搅拌桶体(10)的顶面盖合有顶盖(20),顶盖(20)固定在搅拌桶体(10)的顶部,顶盖(20)的中部固定有驱动电机(21),驱动电机(21)的输出轴向下穿过顶盖(20)并通过联轴器铰接有转动轴(22),转动轴(22)的下端铰接在搅拌桶体(10)的底板上,顶盖(20)的底面铰接有至少两个上传动轴(23),两个上传动轴(23)处于转动轴(22)的两侧,转动轴(22)的上部设有上传动齿轮(24),两个上传动轴(23)上固定有上分齿轮(231),上分齿轮(231)与上传动齿轮(24)相啮合,转动轴(22)的下部设有下传动齿轮(25),搅拌桶体(10)的底板上铰接有至少两个下传动轴(26),两个下传动轴(26)处于转动轴(22)的两侧,下传动轴(26)上固定有下分齿轮(261),下分齿轮(261)与下传动齿轮(25)相啮合,上传动轴(23)的下端和下传动轴(26)的上端均固定有搅拌轮(1);所述搅拌桶体(10)的底板通接有出液管(11),搅拌桶体(10)的底板上固定有横向出液管(12),横向出液管(12)的上壁面的后部具有进液口(121),横向出液管(12)的下壁面的前部具有出液口(122),出液管(11)的下端通接进液口(121),横向出液管(12)的下壁面通接有出液连接管(13),横向出液管(12)的后部固定有隔板(14),横向出液管(12)的隔板(14)的前部为通液腔体(15),转动螺杆(16)处于通液腔体(15)中并铰接在横向出液管(12)的前壁面和隔板(14)上,横向出液管(12)的后端面固定有输送伺服电机(17),输送伺服电机(17)的输出轴伸入横向出液管(12)中并处于隔板(14)的后方,输送伺服电机(17)的输出轴通过联轴器与转动螺杆(16)的后端相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种多搅拌头高精度出液搅拌器,其特征在于:所述转动轴(22)的外壁具有花键槽,转动轴(22)插套在支撑圈(27)、上传动齿轮(24)、下传动齿轮(25)、多个隔套(28)的中部具有的花键通孔中,下传动齿轮(25)夹持在支撑圈(27)和中间的隔套(28)之间,上传动齿轮(24)夹持在中间的隔套(28)和上部的隔套(28)之间,上部的隔套(28)压靠在转动轴(22)的上端的联轴器上。
