1、起病急骤，初起仅感一侧睾丸或附睾胀痛和下坠感，迅速出现肿胀和疼痛；
2、波及子系时，子系呈条索状肿硬疼痛；波及阴囊时，阴囊红肿灼热；
3、化脓时阴囊皮肤紧张光亮，睾丸或附睾肿大，压痛明显；
4、伴有恶寒发热，头痛，口渴，恶心，小便短赤。或有小便刺痛，痛引少腹等症状；
5、血白细胞总数及中性粒细胞增高。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一日一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次空腹温服。六天为一疗程。治疗期间忌生冷辛辣刺激之物。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：肿块消散或脓肿经切开治疗后愈合，全身症状消失；
2、有效：肿痛减轻或疮口基本愈合，全身症状缓解；
3、无效：局部及全身症状无改善。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药2-5个疗程，痊愈38例，随访未见复发；有效10例，无效2例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：
冷某，29岁。患急性附睾炎，起病急骤，右侧附睾出现胀痛和下坠感，并伴有恶寒发热，头痛，口渴，恶心，小便短赤。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，胀痛和下坠感明显改善，恶寒发热，头痛等症状消失；继续服用2个疗程，所有症状完全消失，痊愈。随访1年未复发。
病例2：
杨某，46岁。患急性附睾炎，临床症状表现为：发热，附睾肿痛，阴囊红肿，皱纹消失，少腹抽痛。诊见：舌苔黄腻，脉滑数。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂1个疗程，症状明显改善；继续服用2个疗程，所有症状完全消失，痊愈。随访半年未复发。

1.一种治疗急性附睾炎的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：白茅根10-30份、川芎5-25份、荔枝核5-20份、千里光5-25份、毛草龙5-25份、蒲公英5-25份、苏木5-20份、马鞭草5-25份、蛇床子5-20份、旱莲草5-25份、虎杖5-25份、萹蓄5-25份、海藻5-20份、仙茅5-25份、夏枯草5-25份、小茴香5-20份、野菊花5-25份、车前草10-30份、地龙5-25份、黄柏5-20份、玄参5-25份、木通5-20份、薏苡仁5-25份、穿山甲5-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种治疗急性附睾炎的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：白茅根20份、川芎15份、荔枝核10份、千里光20份、毛草龙15份、蒲公英15份、苏木10份、马鞭草20份、蛇床子10份、旱莲草20份、虎杖15份、萹蓄15份、海藻10份、仙茅15份、夏枯草15份、小茴香10份、野菊花15份、车前草20份、地龙15份、黄柏10份、玄参15份、木通10份、薏苡仁15份、穿山甲10份。
