本发明公开一种提神醒脑湿纸巾的浸渍液制备方法。将乙醇、薄荷醇、薄荷醇乳酸酯、PEG-40蓖麻油、聚氨丙基双胍、月桂基吡啶氮鎓氯化物、2-溴-2-硝基丙烷-1,3-二醇和咖啡因按比例混合成湿纸巾的浸渍液，纸巾无纺布浸轧浸渍液得到一种提神醒脑湿纸巾。使用本发明的浸渍液生产的湿纸巾与传统的湿纸巾相比，本发明湿纸巾具有提神、润肤、醒脑保健功能，日常使用具有缓解疲劳的作用，满足现代高品质市场需求。

本发明涉及一种提神醒脑湿纸巾的浸渍液制备方法。
技术背景：
湿纸巾主要是由纸巾无纺布和配方乳液组成，纸巾无纺布浸渍一定量的乳液。湿纸巾是在湿润状态下使用的，具有润滑、去污和清洁的效果。
现有市场上广泛使用湿纸巾来擦拭自己的手或脸以达到去除油污、细菌，增加保湿润滑感，使得身心干净舒适。但是现有生活节奏快，人身心经常处于疲劳状态，常规湿纸巾只有湿润、清洁等功能难于满足人们的高品质的要求。
有鉴于此，本发明对湿纸巾进行研究改进，本案由此产生。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种提神醒脑湿纸巾的浸渍液制备方法。
为了达成上述目的，本发明的解决方案是：
一种提神醒脑湿纸巾的浸渍液制备方法，其特征在于通过以下步骤制得：
(1)将乙醇、薄荷醇、薄荷醇乳酸酯、PEG-40蓖麻油按质量比例搅拌混合，获得A组份；
(2)在步骤(1)获得A组份与纯净水按3~12:100的质量比例搅拌混合，获得B组份；
(3)将聚氨丙基双胍、月桂基吡啶氮鎓氯化物、2-溴-2-硝基丙烷-1,3-二醇和咖啡因按质量比例混合得到C组份，C组份与B组份按0.8~1.5：100质量比例混合得到湿纸巾的浸渍液。
(4)湿纸巾中浸渍液轧余率为200~400%。
所述步骤(1)中所述A组份各成分比例为：乙醇30~80份（质量份，以下同）、薄荷醇3~15份、薄荷醇乳酸酯3~20份、PEG-40蓖麻油5~12份。
所述步骤(3)中所述C组份中各成分比例为：聚氨丙基双胍0.2-0.8份、月桂基吡啶氮鎓氯化物1~8份、2-溴-2-硝基丙烷-1,3-二醇1~5份、咖啡因1~6份。
本发明与现有技术相比其有益效果是：具有工艺简单，易于控制，本发明湿纸巾具有提神、润肤、醒脑保健功能，日常使用具有缓解疲劳的作用。
具体实施方式：
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的阐述。
实施例1
一种提神醒脑湿纸巾的浸渍液制备方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）按重量比为60:15:15:10称取乙醇溶液、薄荷醇、薄荷醇乳酸酯、PEG-40蓖麻油搅拌混合成A组份；将A组份与纯净水按100:1000质量比例搅拌混合，获得B组份；
（2）按重量比为0.8:4:4:3.2称取聚氨丙基双胍、月桂基吡啶氮鎓氯化物、2-溴-2-硝基丙烷-1,3-二醇、咖啡因搅拌混合成C组份。将C组份与B组份按12：1100质量比例混合得到湿纸巾的浸渍液。

1.一种提神醒脑湿纸巾的浸渍液制备方法，其特征在于通过以下步骤制得：
(1)将乙醇、薄荷醇、薄荷醇乳酸酯、PEG-40蓖麻油按质量比例搅拌混合，获得A组份；
(2)在步骤(1)获得A组份与纯净水按3~12:100的质量比例搅拌混合，获得B组份；
(3)将聚氨丙基双胍、月桂基吡啶氮鎓氯化物、2-溴-2-硝基丙烷-1,3-二醇和咖啡因按质量比例混合得到C组份，C组份与B组份按0.8~1.5：100质量比例混合得到湿纸巾的浸渍液。
2.如权利要求1所述一种提神醒脑湿纸巾的浸渍液制备方法，其特征在于：所述步骤(1)中所述A组份各成分比例为：乙醇30~80份（质量份，以下同）、薄荷醇3~15份、薄荷醇乳酸酯3~20份、PEG-40蓖麻油5~12份。
3.如权利要求1所述一种提神醒脑湿纸巾的浸渍液制备方法，其特征在于：所述步骤(3)中所述C组份中各成分比例为：聚氨丙基双胍0.2-0.8、月桂基吡啶氮鎓氯化物1~8份、2-溴-2-硝基丙烷-1,3-二醇1~5份、咖啡因1~6份。
