本发明涉及一种具有站姿提醒功能的可调节性平衡站立床,属于康复医疗器械领域。
背景技术:
目前站立床在各大康复医院广泛应用于下肢偏瘫患者,可以有效的训练患者下肢的承受力,有效预防肌肉萎缩等疾病;正常人的左右腿在行走时的承受能力几乎是相等,而现在站立床对双腿的承受力没有很好的评估,不能保证康复者按正确的方法训练下肢,使下肢承受能力相等。
发明内容:
为克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种具有站姿提醒功能的可调节性平衡站立床,本发明克服了现有站立床的缺点,可以很好的调节左右腿在站立时的承受力,使康复者按正确的方式进行训练,或者特意的训练病肢的承受力。
本发明解决技术问题采用如下技术方案:
具有站姿提醒功能的可调节性平衡站立床,其包括:
床体支撑架、与所述床体支撑架构成转动副的活动床面,设置第一直线致动器和第一减震器,所述第一直线致动器、第一减震器的两端分别与所述活动床面的背面和床体支撑架铰接;
在所述活动床面上部设有纵向移动床面,纵向移动床面与活动床面之间通过纵向直线导轨实现滑动,并设置第二直线致动器和第二减震器,所述第二直线致动器、第二减震器的两端分别与所述活动床面的背面和纵向移动床面的背面铰接;在所述纵向移动床面上还设有横向移动床面,横向移动床面与纵向移动床面之间通过横向导轨实现滑动,并设置第三直线致动器,所述第三直线致动器的两端分别与纵向移动床面和横向移动床面的背面铰接;
各所述脚踏上设有力传感器,所述力传感器设有信号调理模块,所述信号调理模块与智能仪表无线通讯;
所述信号调理模块包括与力传感器电性连接的调理放大电路、与调理放大电路连接的A/D转换芯片以及与A/D转换芯片连接的无线发射模块;

所述床体支撑架具有四条支腿,各所述支腿的底端设有万向轮。
与已有技术相比,本发明的有益效果体现在:
1、本发明的纵向移动床面与活动床面的纵向直线导轨形成移动副,纵向直线导轨固定在活动床面上,通过第二直线致动器实现两个床面之间的上下相对位移;纵向移动床面设置有横向直线导轨,横向移动床面与纵向移动床面的横向移动导轨形成移动副,通过第三直线致动器实现两个床面的水平相对位移;康复者上半身倚靠在横向移动床面上,下半身倚靠在活动床面上,脚部绑在脚踏上,通过调整纵向移动床面的高度,可以调节横向移动床面与脚踏的距离,方便不同身高的康复者进行训练;
当第二直线致动器缩短时,带动康复者上肢下移,即康复者下肢弯曲,当第二直线致动器伸长时,带动康复者上肢上移,即康复者弯曲的下肢缓慢的成为直立状态,完成下肢屈伸运动,在站立床的基础上加大了对康复者下肢承受力的训练。与第一直线致动器并列设置了减震器,有效降低活动床面在转动时引起的震动,保证康复者在舒适的状态下进行训练。
通过控制第三直线致动器的伸缩来控制横向移动床面对于纵向移动床面左右移动,从而带动康复者左右稍微晃动。上述各个直线致动器的伸缩速率以及行程都采取电控的形式,以免康复者发生过度运动的现象。
2、脚踏与脚踏调整杆之间构成球面副(带锁紧功能的球形万向节连接),可以调整踝关节处于合适的角度,对康复者的训练进行保护;并且脚踏调整杆的一端与L形的支撑杆构成转动副,另一端通过弹簧悬吊在活动床面的底端,弹簧通过活动轴承铰接安装在活动床面和脚踏调整杆之间;弹簧不仅可以使脚踏在屈伸运动时进行微量的位移调节,而且可以有效减轻康复者在屈伸运动时产生的震动。
3、本发明的下肢屈伸训练站立床还具有站立平衡的评估系统—即智能仪表,智能仪表中的无线接收模块接收到两个力传感器的检测数据后,由数据处理模块(实际上为CPU)进行处理比较,并由显示模块在显示屏上显示出来,显示屏直接显示两个传感器之间的数据差值,从而让康复者在站立训练时可以实时的知道两腿的受力情况,有意识的进行下肢平衡训练和起蹲运动,数字化的体现起蹲运动的效果。
另外,通过力传感器的数据,可以比较出康复者两腿之间的受力差,并且数据处理模块中还对两个传感器的数据差值设置了阈值,当两个传感器的差值达到设定值时,声光报警模块报警,可以是声光报警,也可以是语音报警,例如,当两个传感器的差值达到设定值时,输出语音报警:“您的摆动幅度过大,请调小摆动幅度,以免造成伤害”。

活动床面5的底端设有与活动床面本体构成L形连接的支撑杆10,支撑杆10的自由端与脚踏调整杆8的前端铰接形成转动副,脚踏调整杆8的后端通过弹簧9悬吊在活动床面5的底端,脚踏6通过带锁紧功能的球形万向节连接在脚踏调整杆8上。可以调整踝关节处于合适的角度,对康复者的训练进行保护,脚踏6与脚踏调整杆8之间可通过锁紧销锁紧(例如:CN 103671471A公布的球形万向节);弹簧9不仅可以使脚踏在屈伸运动时进行微量的位移调节,而且以有效减轻康复者在屈伸运动时产生的震动。

2.根据权利要求1所述的具有站姿提醒功能的可调节性平衡站立床,其特征在于,所述活动床面(5)的底端设有与活动床面本体构成L形连接的支撑杆(10),所述支撑杆(10)的自由端与脚踏调整杆(8)的前端铰接,所述脚踏调整杆(8)的后端通过弹簧悬吊在活动床面(5)的底端,所述脚踏(6)通过带锁紧功能的球形万向节连接在所述脚踏调整杆(8)上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有站姿提醒功能的可调节性平衡站立床,其特征在于,所述床体支撑架(12)具有四条支腿,各所述支腿的底端设有万向轮(11)。
