本发明属于医疗参数测定技术领域,涉及一种牙齿根管治疗工作长度测定方法,技术方案是在拍摄X线牙片时,先在目标牙齿和X线影像板之间放置一根设定长度的X线阻射的直线状参照物并进行投照,再通过测量所拍牙片的影像长度和参照物影像长度并计算出牙齿根管治疗工作长度,牙齿根管治疗工作长度确定:计算得出目标牙齿的根管治疗工作长度H=直线状参照物设定长度L×目标牙齿根管治疗工作长度的X线影像长度M/直线状参照物X线影像长度长度N,即H=L×M/N,实现待治疗牙齿的根管治疗工作长度H的测算,实现准确测量牙齿根管治疗工作长度;其测定工艺科学合理,测定结果准确,测定环境友好,应用操作灵便。

技术领域:
本发明属于医疗参数测定技术领域,涉及一种口腔科疾病治疗时测定根管治疗工作长度的技术方案,特别是一种牙齿根管治疗工作长度测定方法,用于临床治疗牙科疾病时的技术数据和参数的判定。
背景技术:
目前,口腔医学临床工作中根管治疗术是牙髓炎、根尖周炎最有效的治疗手段,在通常的牙齿根管治疗过程中确定准确的工作长度非常重要,是牙齿根管治疗成败的重要因素之一。在现有技术中,通常采用电测法、牙齿根管内插金属丝行X线照射法及手感法进行根管治疗工作长度测定,数字X线牙片在口腔医学临床中已被广泛应用,但这些方法一般操作难度大、操作时间长、病人不舒适,还存在发生器械滑脱误入气道食道的风险,有时误差比较大,诱导操作失误,引发医患矛盾,甚至造成医疗事故。所以,寻求一种利用在数字化X线牙片拍摄过程中的技术处理方法确定牙齿根管治疗工作长度的方法,以达到方便、快捷、病人舒适而又准确的目的,很有实际应用价值。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的缺点和不足,寻求设计一种牙齿疾病治疗过程中用于测定根管治疗工作长度的方法,利用数字化X光片的影像,通过计算而准确测定出牙齿根管治疗工作长度。
为了实现上述目的,本发明涉及的技术方案是在拍摄X线牙片时,先在目标牙齿和X线影像板之间放置一根设定长度的X线阻射的直线状参照物并进行投照,再通过测量所拍牙片的影像长度和参照物影像长度并计算出牙齿根管治疗工作长度;其具体测定工艺步骤包括:
(1)参照物选取:在拍摄待治疗的目标牙齿的X线牙片时,先选取并剪制设定长度为L=5~20mm的具有X线阻射功能材质的直线状参照物备用;
(2)参照物置放:将直线状参照物放置在目标牙齿和x线影像板之间,并将直线状参照物贴附式固定在X线影像板上,使直线状参照物与目标牙齿的长轴平行并处于目标牙齿稍侧方;
(3)长度测定:按照常规工艺进行X射线拍射后采用普通的划线方式分别测量并记录下目标牙齿根管治疗工作长度的影像长度M和直线状参照物的影像长度N;
(4)牙齿根管治疗工作长度确定:计算得出目标牙齿的根管治疗工作长度H=直线状参照物设定长度L×目标牙齿根管治疗工作长度的X线影像长度M/直线状参照物X线影像长度长度N;即H=L×M/N,实现待治疗牙齿的根管治疗工作长度H的测算,实现准确测量牙齿根管治疗工作长度,为实际治疗提供精确数据。
本发明涉及的直线状参照物的材质包括:一切对X线阻射的对人体无毒无害的物质材料,如金属丝中的铝丝、锌丝、铁丝和非金属质的丝状物。
本发明与现有技术相比,其测定工艺科学合理,测定步骤简便、快捷、病人舒适、无器械误入气道食道的风险,测定结果准确,测定环境友好,应用操作灵便。
具体实施方式:
下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1:
本实施例涉及的技术方案的具体测定工艺步骤包括:
(1)参照物选取:在拍摄目标牙齿的X线牙片前,先选取并剪制设定长度L为12mm的具有X线阻射功能的直线状参照物银质金属线备用;
(2)参照物置放:将银质金属线放置在目标牙齿和x线影像板之间,并将其贴附式固定在X线影像板上,使其与目标牙齿的长轴线平行并处于目标牙齿稍侧方;
(3)长度测定:按照常规工艺进行拍射后采用划线方式分别测量并记录下目标牙齿影像长度M为10毫米和直线状参照物银质金属丝影像长度N为9.6毫米;
(4)根管治疗工作长度确定:计算得出目标牙齿的根管治疗工作长度H=直线状参照物设定长度L12*目标牙齿的X线影像长度M10/直线状参照物影像长度N9.6;即H=12×10/9.6为12.5毫米,实现待治疗牙齿的根管治疗工作长度的测定。
实施例2:
本实施例的具体步骤同实施例1,其设定L=4mm,测得M=3mm,N=2.5mm,则计算得到待治疗牙齿的根管治疗工作长度H=4×3÷2.5=4.8mm。
实施例3:
本实施例的具体步骤同实施例1,其设定L=6mm,测得M=5mm,N=3.5mm,则计算得到待治疗牙齿的根管治疗工作长度H=6×5÷3.5=8.571mm。
Claims (2)
1.一种牙齿根管治疗工作长度测定方法,其特征在于具体测定工艺步骤包括:
(1)参照物选取:在拍摄待治疗的目标牙齿的X线牙片时,先选取并剪制设定长度为L=5~20mm的具有X线阻射功能材质的直线状参照物备用;
(2)参照物置放:将直线状参照物放置在目标牙齿和x线影像板之间,并将直线状参照物贴附式固定在X线影像板上,使直线状参照物与目标牙齿的长轴平行并处于目标牙齿稍侧方;
(3)长度测定:按照常规工艺对目标牙齿进行X射线拍射后采用普通的划线方式分别测量并记录下目标牙齿根管治疗工作长度的影像长度M和直线状参照物的影像长度N;
(4)牙齿根管治疗工作长度确定:计算得出目标牙齿的根管治疗工作长度H=直线状参照物设定长度L×目标牙齿根管治疗工作长度的X线影像长度M/直线状参照物的X线影像长度长度N;即H=L×M/N,实现待治疗牙齿的根管治疗工作长度H的准确测算,为实际治疗提供精确数据。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种牙齿根管治疗工作长度测定方法,其特征在于选取的直线状参照物的材质为对X线阻射并对人体无毒无害的物质材料,包括铝丝、锌丝、铁丝和非金属质的丝状物。
