Abstract

Description
本项发明涉及保安剃刀,更具体说,属于采用薄片结构的剃刀,在薄片上开有排成阵列的小孔眼,每个小孔眼的周边部份都被磨锐,以形成切削刀刃。
根据本项发明,可提供一种湿剃型手握式剃刀,该剃刀包含把手刀头部分和装在刀头部分上带有多个小孔眼的薄刀片结构,每个小孔眼都有相对置的两磨锐的剃刃部份,另外,还包含与刀头部分相连接的移动机构,该机构用来周期地沿着预定的路径相对于把手部分移动薄刀片界由移动机构所产生的相对置的刀刃部分的速度显著大于在通常剃削动作中手动操纵所产生的运动速度,并且每个移动循环的摆动幅度都大于胡须毛的宽度,而小于相对置的两刀刃部分之间的距离。
最好的情况是,刀头部分有一通孔和限定该通孔的支承面结构,薄刀片结构为一厚度为0.1毫米左右的金属薄弹性元件,该元件放置在刀体元件的支承面结构上,以阻碍与通孔的联系,薄刀片至少有20个小孔眼,每个小孔眼相对置的两刀刃部分之间的距离(即直径)小于4毫米左右,移动机构包含一只电机,沿预定路径进行移动运动的频率为100~300赫兹,移动循环的摆动幅度至少为0.1毫米,并且移动循环的摆动幅度最大可以相相对置的两刀刃部分之间距离的四分之一左右。移动机构可以是任意的适当型式,如直接驱动式或非耦合偏心重量式。
在一种具体实施例中,小孔眼呈圆形,并且绝大部分小孔眼具有相同的直径,另外,其直径小于2毫米左右;预定的移动路径为圆周形状,并且其直径大约为小孔眼直径的四分之一。在另一种具体实施例中,小孔眼呈长方孔形状,并且相对置的两磨锐的剃刃部分是平行的,它们相间隔的距离小于4毫米,预定的移动路径为直线,该直线垂直于平行的剃刃部分(虽然在其它的实施例中,该直线也可能与剃刃部分成一角度),另外,移动机构使薄刀片沿直线作往复运动,并且薄刀片移动的距离大约为相对置的两刀刃部分之间的距离的四分之一。

示于图1上的剃刀8包括模塑刀体10和带有顶面14的刀头部分12。多孔眼金属薄片状的长刀刃片20支持在顶面14上,并且被安放在孔口15的里面,长刀刃片20上开有许多小孔眼22,其周边24被磨锐,以形成切削刀刃。一般情况下,长薄刀片20用钢来制作,其长度约为4.2厘米,宽度约为2.2厘米,厚度约为0.1毫米。圆形小孔眼22的直径大约为1毫米,其中心相间隔的距离大约为2毫米,小孔眼按行加以排列,在中心处两行的间距大约为1毫米。刀体10和刀头部分12用聚丙烯制作。刀头部分12的上表面14呈凸形(凸面的半径约为12.5厘米)。薄刀片用凹槽结合卡紧在表皮接合面14的下面。
剃刀8在刀体部分10的内部安置有一只电机32,电机上装有轴34和偏心加长端头36。加长端头36以驱动关系与支承板38相连接,而支承板38与刀头部分12刚性连接。电机32沿箭头方向42转动轴34和加长端头36,接着沿图1~图3上用箭头44所图示的圆周路径移动刀头部分12和薄刀片20。电机可以是电池供电的电机,把手10装有充电部分46。
在操作时,使用者握紧剃刀的把手部分10,开动电机32,并且将薄刀片支靠在要剃刮的皮肤区域。电机32以摆动运动驱动薄刀片,并且其摆动速度显著大于通常剃刮刀动作中手部运动所施加的速度,这样,当剃刀正常地经过皮肤时,将提供一种切削动作,这种切削动作基本上与由于手部运动所产生的运动无关。当薄刀片进行摆动时,胡须或和其它毛状物将从多于一个方向上被切削。
参看图2A-2C和图3上的示意图,薄刀片20沿着圆周或环绕路径44进行移动。薄刀片20从图2A上的起始位置沿路径44移动至位置48(图2B),回到起始位置(图2A)之前再移到位置50(图2C)。所有的小孔眼22均同时在圆周路径44上进行移动。在图3上用虚线所表示的是单个小孔眼22磨锐刀刃24上的相对置的点A,B,C和D同时运动的情况。圆形小孔眼22的圆周运动24可最大限度地利用磨锐刀刃,并且可以在剃刮动作中增强剃刮效能。圆周路径44的直径大约为0.25毫米,该直径小于小孔眼的直径,但是大于胡须毛的厚度(一般情况下,大约为0.1毫米)。圆周运动的频率为200赫兹左右。
现在参看图4和图5,剃刀8具有长方形小孔眼62的薄刀片60。相对置的两平行长刀刃64被磨锐,以形成剃刃(图5)。剃刀包括具有连接轴70的电机66,该轴将移动刀头部分12′,使得薄刀片60沿箭头方向68在直线路径上运动,即薄刀片60在垂直于小孔眼62的切削刀刃64的方向上作往复运动。
每个长方形小孔眼62的长度约为2毫米,宽度约为0.75毫米。薄刀片的摆动幅度约为0.2毫米,而往复运动的频率为200赫兹。
与所表示和所说明的本项发明具体实施例的同时,对于精通于这门技艺的人,显而易见,可以进行各种不同的修正,因此,不打算将本发明局限于所披露的实施例或其细节,并且在本发明的精神实质和范围内,可以从其中做某些变动。
Claims (12)
1、手握式剃刀可以靠人手的动作沿皮肤表面进行运动,该剃刀包含把手部分,刀头部分;在该刀头部分上安装带有多个小孔眼的薄刀片,每个小孔眼都有相对置的磨锐的剃刃部分,另外还包含与上述刀头部分相连接的移动机构,该移动机构用来周期地相对上述把手部分沿预定路径移动所谓的薄刀片结构,由上述移动机构所产生的相对置的刀刃部分的运动速度显著大于由手部运动所产生的运动速度,另外,该移动运动的幅度大于胡须毛的宽度,而小于上述相对置的刀刃部分之间的距离。
2、按照权利要求1的剃刀,其特征在于沿所谓路径的上述移动运动的频率在100至200赫兹之间。
3、按照权利要求1的剃刀,其特征在于上述移动运动的幅度至少为0.1毫米左右。
4、按照权利要求1的剃刀,其特征在于上述刀刃部分的移动距离最大可达到上述相对置的两刀刃部分之间距离的四分之一左右。
5、按照权利要求1的剃刀,其特征在于上述每个小孔眼所谓的相对置的两刀刃部分之间的距离小于4毫米左右。
6、按照权利要求5的剃刀,其特征在于上述薄刀片结构上的所谓小孔眼呈圆形。
7、按照权利要求6的剃刀,其特征在于所谓的预定路径是圆周形状,并且该路径的直径小于所谓小孔眼的直径。
8、按照权利要求7的剃刀,其特征在于所谓的小孔眼大多具有相同的直径,并且该路径的直径最大可达到上述小孔眼直径的四分之一左右。
9、按照权利要求5的剃刀,其特征在于上述小孔眼呈长方形孔状,并且相对置的磨锐的两剃刃部分是平行的。
10、按照权利要求9的剃刀,其特征在于上述的预定路径是沿着直线的,并且所谓的移动机构使上述薄刀片结构沿该直线进行往复运动。
11、按照权利要求10的剃刀,其特征在于上述的薄刀片结构沿该路径的移动距离最大可达到所谓的相对置的两刀刃部分之间距离的四分之一左右。
12、按照权利要求9的剃刀,其特征在于上述长方孔上相对置的所谓刀刃部分相间隔的距离小于4毫米。
