Abstract
本发明涉及一种300方电加热水浴式加热器,包括容器壳体,于所述壳体的外周分别连接溢流口、出口管、进水口、进口管及排污口,换热管设置于所述容器壳体内,所述换热管的一端与进口管连通,所述换热管的另一端与出口管连通;于所述容器壳体的外周还设置防爆电控箱、防爆电加热器及热电偶接口。本发明结构合理、使用方便、换热管由多根盘管沿圆周方向叠加形成螺纹筒体,其具有换热温度均匀、换热效率高的优点,有效满足客户的使用需求。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及加热器领域,尤其涉及300方电加热水浴式加热器。
背景技术
目前,现有的水浴式加热器结构单一,气体介质换热温度不均匀,换热效率差,气体升温速率低,在工作时气化量极不稳定,无法满足客户的使用需求。
发明内容
本申请人针对上述现有问题,进行了研究改进,提供一种结构合理的300方电加热水浴式加热器,具有气体介质换热温度均匀、换热效率高的优点。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种300方电加热水浴式加热器,包括容器壳体,于所述壳体的外周分别连接溢流口、出口管、进水口、进口管及排污口,换热管设置于所述容器壳体内,所述换热管的一端与进口管连通,所述换热管的另一端与出口管连通;于所述容器壳体的外周还设置防爆电控箱、防爆电加热器及热电偶接口。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进:
所述换热管由多根互为对接的盘管沿圆周方向叠加形成螺纹状筒体;
于所述容器壳体的顶部还设置放空口;
于所述容器壳体安装防爆电控箱的相对面、于所述容器壳体的外周还设置液位计和温度计;
所述进口管、排污口与出口管以所述容器壳体的中心为圆心对称布置;
互为对接的两根盘管之间形成夹角α,所述夹角α的角度范围值为60°±1°。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明结构合理、使用方便、换热管由多根盘管沿圆周方向叠加形成螺纹筒体,其具有换热温度均匀、换热效率高的优点,有效满足客户的使用需求。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1、图2所示,300方电加热水浴式加热器包括容器壳体1,于壳体1的外周分别连接溢流口3、出口管4、进水口6、进口管7及排污口8,如图3、图4所示,换热管10设置于容器壳体1内,换热管10的一端与进口管7连通,换热管10的另一端与出口管4连通;换热管10由多根互为对接的盘管14沿圆周方向叠加形成螺纹状筒体。如图5所示,互为对接的两根盘管14之间形成夹角α,夹角α的角度范围值为60°±1°。于容器壳体1的外周还设置防爆电控箱9、防爆电加热器11及热电偶接口5。于容器壳体1的顶部还设置放空口2。于容器壳体1安装防爆电控箱9的相对面、于容器壳体1的外周还设置液位计12和温度计13。上述进口管7、排污口8与出口管4以容器壳体1的中心为圆心对称布置。
本发明的具体工作过程如下:
如图1、图2所示,-30°的压缩天然气(GNG)由进口管7进入换热管10内,探后通过进水口6向容器壳体1内填充水媒,由防爆电控箱9控制防爆电加热器11控制对容器壳体1内的水媒加热,液位计11的布置实时监测容器壳体1内水媒的液位高度,溢流口3的布置防止水媒过载,通过温度计13观察水媒的温度,换热管10在水媒内吸收热量,使换热管10内部的压缩天然气温度升温,升温至合适温度后由出口管4排出,容器壳体1内的水媒由放空口2排出,而容器壳体内的污垢则由排污口8排出,排出时压缩天然气的温度为5-10°。

1.一种300方电加热水浴式加热器,其特征在于:包括容器壳体(1),于所述壳体(1)的外周分别连接溢流口(3)、出口管(4)、进水口(6)、进口管(7)及排污口(8),换热管(10)设置于所述容器壳体(1)内,所述换热管(10)的一端与进口管(7)连通,所述换热管(10)的另一端与出口管(4)连通;于所述容器壳体(1)的外周还设置防爆电控箱(9)、防爆电加热器(11)及热电偶接口(5)。
2.如权利要求1所述的300方电加热水浴式加热器,其特征在于:所述换热管(10)由多根互为对接的盘管(14)沿圆周方向叠加形成螺纹状筒体。
3.如权利要求1所述的300方电加热水浴式加热器,其特征在于:于所述容器壳体(1)的顶部还设置放空口(2)。
4.如权利要求1所述的300方电加热水浴式加热器,其特征在于:于所述容器壳体(1)安装防爆电控箱(9)的相对面、于所述容器壳体(1)的外周还设置液位计(12)和温度计(13)。
5.如权利要求1所述的300方电加热水浴式加热器,其特征在于:所述进口管(7)、排污口(8)与出口管(4)以所述容器壳体(1)的中心为圆心对称布置。
6.如权利要求2所述的300方电加热水浴式加热器,其特征在于:互为对接的两根盘管(14)之间形成夹角α,所述夹角α的角度范围值为60°±1°。
