Abstract

本发明公开了一种塑料轴流叶轮,是由中心轮毂和均匀间隔连接在中心轮毂周向侧面上的一组叶片构成,在每只叶片的负压面与中心轮毂的连接处均设有加强座,加强座朝向叶片方向的侧面呈流线形;叶片的叶身上沿其旋转方向布置有多道加强肋纹,加强肋纹在叶片的正压面处呈外凹状,加强肋纹在叶片的负压面处呈内凸状,加强肋纹与叶片正、负压面之间的连接处均为平滑的弧形过渡。本发明通过在叶片根部设置加强座,加强座的外表面为光滑的流线形弧面,当气体流经加强座时,气体会顺着加强座的弧面轨迹顺滑的流动过去,加强座的存在不会对气体流动造成阻碍;并且加强座的一侧连接固定在轮毂上,使得加强座能最大程度地增加叶片强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种流体机械的叶轮,具体涉及一种塑料轴流叶轮。
背景技术
一般的塑料叶轮的叶片因为材质所限,无法承受较强风速,一旦风速过强,叶片则极容易破碎,存在较大的安全隐患。
虽然目前也有人尝试在叶片上设置加强筋来增加叶片强度,但是传统的加强筋基本是凸出于叶片表面且加强筋的边沿位置都是直角,这种直角结构会阻碍气流的顺滑流动,进一步增加叶片转动的阻力。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:提出一种具有被优化加强结构的塑料轴流叶轮。
本发明为解决上述技术问题提出的技术方案是:一种塑料轴流叶轮,是由中心轮毂和均匀间隔连接在所述中心轮毂周向侧面上的一组叶片构成,在每只所述叶片的负压面与所述中心轮毂的连接处均设有加强座,所述加强座朝向所述叶片方向的侧面呈流线形;
所述叶片的叶身上沿其旋转方向布置有多道加强肋纹,所述加强肋纹在所述叶片的正压面处呈外凹状,所述加强肋纹在所述叶片的负压面处呈内凸状,所述加强肋纹与所述叶片正、负压面之间的连接处均为平滑的弧形过渡。
进一步的,所述加强座是由沿所述叶片轴线布置的加强筋和围拱在所述加强筋外部的弧形围板构成,所述弧形围板的内侧与所述加强筋的外端相连,所述加强筋的内端连接在所述中心轮毂的侧面上。
进一步的,所述加强肋纹为弧形。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过在叶片根部设置加强座,加强座的外表面为光滑的流线形弧面,当气体流经加强座时,气体会顺着加强座的弧面轨迹顺滑的流动过去,加强座的存在不会对气体流动造成阻碍;并且加强座的一侧连接固定在轮毂上,使得加强座能最大程度地增加叶片强度。
另外,本发明还将加强肋纹与叶片的连接处设置为平滑的弧形过渡,形成弧形轨迹,同样当气体流经加强肋纹表面时可以顺畅地流动过去。凹槽的存在可以更加节省材料。

具体实施方式
实施例
根据图1-图4所示,本发明中的塑料轴流叶轮,是由中心轮毂1和均匀间隔连接在中心轮毂1周向侧面上的一组叶片2构成。
在每只叶片2的负压面与中心轮毂1的连接处均设有加强座3,加强座3朝向叶片2方向的侧面呈流线形。可以作为优选的是:加强座3是由沿叶片2轴线布置的加强筋4和围拱在加强筋4外部的弧形围板5构成,弧形围板5的内侧与加强筋4的外端相连,加强筋4的内端连接在中心轮毂1的侧面上。当然,加强座3也可以为其它任意形状的加强结构,该加强结构朝向叶片2一侧的侧面需为流线形即可。
叶片2的叶身上沿其旋转方向布置有多道加强肋纹6,加强肋纹6在叶片2的正压面处呈外凹7状,加强肋纹6在叶片2的负压面处呈内凸8状,加强肋纹6与叶片2正、负压面之间的连接处均为平滑的弧形过渡。可以作为优选的是:加强肋纹6的轴线走线趋势为弧形。
本发明的不局限于上述实施例,本发明的上述各个实施例的技术方案彼此可以交叉组合形成新的技术方案,另外凡采用等同替换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求的保护范围内。

1.一种塑料轴流叶轮,是由中心轮毂和均匀间隔连接在所述中心轮毂周向侧面上的一组叶片构成,其特征在于:在每只所述叶片的负压面与所述中心轮毂的连接处均设有加强座,所述加强座朝向所述叶片方向的侧面呈流线形;
所述叶片的叶身上沿其旋转方向布置有多道加强肋纹,所述加强肋纹在所述叶片的正压面处呈外凹状,所述加强肋纹在所述叶片的负压面处呈内凸状,所述加强肋纹与所述叶片正、负压面之间的连接处均为平滑的弧形过渡。
2.根据权利要求1所述塑料轴流叶轮,其特征在于:所述加强座是由沿所述叶片轴线布置的加强筋和围拱在所述加强筋外部的弧形围板构成,所述弧形围板的内侧与所述加强筋的外端相连,所述加强筋的内端连接在所述中心轮毂的侧面上。
3.根据权利要求1所述塑料轴流叶轮,其特征在于:所述加强肋纹为弧形。
