Abstract

一种燃气轮机尾气热回收消音装置，包括分水器、基本原件、集水器，基本原件由肋板和本体组成；本体是一个方形的金属管道，肋板为金属片，几个肋片排列组合连接构成一个通道；由金属管道制成的集水器和疏水器与基本原件连接。本发明把消音和热回收功能有机地结合在一个装置中，能实现消音和热回收的双重功能，既能实现环保和节能的效应，同时能节省投资。

本发明涉及能源利用与试验技术领域，是一种燃气轮机尾气热回收消音装置。
背景技术
燃气轮机功率巨大，在进行地面试验时会排放高温高压尾气，同时会产生噪音。现有技术是将燃气轮机燃烧尾气引入一个排气消音塔，进行降温消音处理后排入大气。由于燃气轮机的燃气中含有巨大能量，如只做降温消音处理，会造成巨大的能量浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种燃气轮机尾气热回收消音装置，对燃气轮机排放尾气中的能量进行回收利用，同时完成尾气排放的消音降噪处理。
发明的技术方案：一种燃气轮机尾气热回收消音装置，包括分水器、基本原件、集水器，基本原件由肋板和本体组成。本体是一个方形的金属管道，肋板为金属片，几个肋片排列组合连接构成一个通道；由金属管道制成的集水器和疏水器与基本原件连接。
尾气通过组合体的消音通道，声波与肋板和本体撞击消耗吸收能量而实现消音；同时尾气将热量传递给肋板和本体，冷水通过分水器流入水流通道，吸收热量流入集水器流出，实现热吸收。
发明的优点：本发明把消音和热回收功能有机地结合在一个装置中，能实现消音和热回收的双重功能，既能实现环保和节能的效应，同时能节省投资。

具体实施方式
一种燃气轮机尾气热回收消音装置，包括分水器1、基本原件2、集水器3，基本原件2由肋板4和本体5组成。本体是一个方形的金属管道，肋板4为金属片，几个肋片排列组合连接构成一个通道；由金属管道制成的集水器3和疏水器4与基本原件2连接。
燃气轮机尾气通过组合体的消音通道7，声波与肋板4和本体5撞击消耗吸收能量而实现消音；同时燃气将热量传递给肋板4和本体5，冷水通过分水器1流入水流通道6，吸收热量流入集水器3流出，实现热吸收。
