Abstract

气化炉内置式焦油气化循环系统,包括依次连接的送料装置、气化装置及分离冷却装置,气化装置包括炉体,炉体顶部设有自动开关盖机构,炉体外连接有进风机构和冷却机构,所述炉体底部设有出灰机构,出灰机构上方设有焦油气化装置,所述焦油气化机构包括内胆和外胆,内胆和外胆之间区域的顶部和底部分别设有密封结构的上盖和均匀分布有小孔的底板,底板上放置有气化剂,生物质气化后生成的木炭落于出灰机构且在内胆中堆积,外胆外侧设有出气管与分离冷却装置连接。本发明设计合理,操作简单,维修方便,安全连锁系数及自动化程度高,可持续产气能力强,气体纯度高,对反应生成的焦油进行循环气化,烟气及焦油排放少,大大降低了环境尤其是空气污染。

气化炉内置式焦油气化循环系统
技术领域
本发明涉及固体燃料燃烧设备技术领域,特别涉及气化炉内置式焦油气化循环系统。
背景技术
生物质气炉制造的可燃气,属于绿色新能源,具有强大的生命力。由于植物燃气产生的原料为农作物秸秆、林木废弃物、食用菌渣、牛羊畜粪及一切可燃性物质,是一种取之不尽,用之不竭的再生资源。每个农户每天只需植物原料3-5公斤,方可解决全天生活用能(炊事、取暖、淋浴),并且像液化气一样燃烧,完全可以改变我国农村烟熏火燎的生活方式,完全可以取缔传统柴灶,替代液化气。
现有的生物质气化炉使用操作过程技术要求高,使用麻烦,产出气体纯度低,焦油堵塞管道现象严重,利用价值不高,可持续产气能力差,使用过程存在烟气与焦油排放造成二次污染,对空气造成较大的污染,自动化程度低,整个产气机构连锁安全保障少,具有一定的安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明要解决现有技术的问题,提供一种产气纯度高,烟气与焦油排放少,可持续产气能力强的气化炉内置式焦油气化循环系统。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
气化炉内置式焦油气化循环系统,包括依次连接的送料装置、气化装置及分离冷却装置,气化装置包括炉体,炉体顶部设有自动开关盖机构,炉体外连接有进风机构和冷却机构,所述炉体底部设有出灰机构,出灰机构上方设有焦油气化装置,所述焦油气化机构包括内胆和外胆,内胆和外胆之间区域的顶部和底部分别设有密封结构的上盖和均匀分布有小孔的底板,底板上放置有气化剂,生物质气化后生成的木炭落于出灰机构且在内胆中堆积,外胆外侧设有出气管与分离冷却装置连接。原料通过送料装置输送至气化装置上部,经自动开关盖机构进入炉体内,打开进风机构,空气吹入炉体内,进风机构与炉体连接部分设有点火器将空气加热,高温空气吹向炉体内的原料并点燃原料后,高温气化生成的产物有可燃气体,水蒸气,焦油,木炭等,可燃气体,水蒸气和焦油通过高温木炭时,水蒸气和高温木炭产生氢气,焦油在高温木炭处进行气化,初步降低焦油含量,再通过内胆和外胆之间的气化剂区域进行进一步气化,大大降低了通入分离冷却装置的气体中焦油的含量,提高了可燃气体纯度。工作过程中,冷却机构对炉体进行降温冷却,出灰机构有电机加螺旋装置组成,能自动出灰。
优选的,所述分离冷却装置包括依次连接的分离机构、冷却机构、还原机构及缓冲连接机构,设有冷却物回流收集装置,回流收集装置包括冷却物收集罐,冷却物收集罐通过管路分别与分离机构、冷却机构、还原机构及缓冲连接机构连接,冷却物收集罐上连接有回流管及水泵,回流管另一端伸入炉体内且端口处设有绕炉体内壁一周的环形风管,环形风管上均匀分布有出气口。分离机构、冷却机构、还原机构分别对炉体内出来的混合气体进行分离、冷却及还原,并储存在缓冲连接机构中,冷却物收集罐收集分离机构、冷却机构、还原机构及缓冲连接机构中的由焦油、水等组成的冷却液,罐上有水位计,达到一定水位后,启动水泵,冷却液通过回流管打入环形风管内,受炉体内高温作用,冷却液变成蒸汽通过出气口进入炉体内参加气化反应,这样残留的一点焦油也重新回到炉体内,形成一个循环,大大减小了焦油排放。
优选的,所述回流管上设有三通,三通的第三个端口上设有止回阀并与进风机构连接。进风机构输送空气经过三通打入环形风管内,与冷却液生成的蒸汽混合后进入炉体内,提高气化反应的效果,止回阀的作用在于防止冷却液进入进风机构。
优选的,所述还原机构和缓冲连接机构之间设有引风机构。在引风机构产生的负压的作用下,可燃气体不断通入缓冲连接机构中储存。
优选的,所述气化剂上覆盖有均匀分布小孔的间隔板。在不影响气体流动的前提下,确保了气化剂的位置不发生变化。
优选的,所述底板底部设有脚轮。使得焦油气化装置能顺利的进出,方便清理维修及添加更换气化剂。
优选的,所述炉体外侧设有震动器。震动器工作时带动炉体震动,有利于原料的下落及出灰。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明设计合理,操作简单,维修方便,安全连锁系数及自动化程度高,可持续产气能力强,气体纯度高,对反应生成的焦油进行循环气化,烟气及焦油排放少,大大降低了环境尤其是空气污染。

实施方式为:如图1-6所示,气化炉内置式焦油气化循环系统,包括依次连接的送料装置1、气化装置2及分离冷却装置3,气化装置2包括炉体202,炉体202顶部设有自动开关盖机构201,炉体202外侧设有震动器206,炉体202外连接有进风机构203和冷却机构204,炉体202底部设有出灰机构205,出灰机构205上方设有焦油气化装置4,焦油气化机构4包括内胆401和外胆402,内胆401和外胆402之间区域的顶部和底部分别设有密封结构的上盖409和均匀分布有小孔的底板403,底板403底部设有脚轮408,底板403上放置有气化剂405,气化剂405上覆盖有均匀分布小孔的间隔板406,生物质气化后生成的木炭404落于出灰机构205且在内胆401中堆积,外胆402外侧设有出气管407与分离冷却装置3连接。
其中,分离冷却装置3包括依次连接的分离机构301、冷却机构302、还原机构303及缓冲连接机构304,还原机构303和缓冲连接机构304之间设有引风机构305,设有冷却物回流收集装置5,冷却物回流收集装置5包括冷却物收集罐501,冷却物收集罐501通过管路分别与分离机构301、冷却机构302、还原机构303及缓冲连接机构304连接,冷却物收集罐501上连接有回流管503及水泵502,回流管503另一端伸入炉体202内且端口处设有绕炉体202内壁一周的环形风管504,环形风管504上均匀分布有出气口;其中,回流管503上设有三通505,三通505的第三个端口上设有止回阀506并与进风机构203连接。
由上述实施方式可知,在焦油气化装置4和冷却物回流收集装置5的结合作用下,气化反应后的产物除可燃气体外的其他物质,如水、焦油等,能够在本发明的装置中不断循环运动参加反应,大大减少了烟气及焦油的排出,减轻对环境的污染。

1.气化炉内置式焦油气化循环系统,包括依次连接的送料装置(1)、气化装置(2)及分离冷却装置(3),气化装置(2)包括炉体(202),炉体(202)顶部设有自动开关盖机构(201),炉体(202)外连接有进风机构(203)和冷却机构(204),其特征在于:所述炉体(202)底部设有出灰机构(205),出灰机构(205)上方设有焦油气化装置(4),所述焦油气化机构(4)包括内胆(401)和外胆(402),内胆(401)和外胆(402)之间区域的顶部和底部分别设有密封结构的上盖(409)和均匀分布有小孔的底板(403),底板(403)上放置有气化剂(405),生物质气化后生成的木炭(404)落于出灰机构(205)且在内胆(401)中堆积,外胆(402)外侧设有出气管(407)与分离冷却装置(3)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的气化炉内置式焦油气化循环系统,其特征在于:所述分离冷却装置(3)包括依次连接的分离机构(301)、冷却机构(302)、还原机构(303)及缓冲连接机构(304),设有冷却物回流收集装置(5),冷却物回流收集装置(5)包括冷却物收集罐(501),冷却物收集罐(501)通过管路分别与分离机构(301)、冷却机构(302)、还原机构(303)及缓冲连接机构(304)连接,冷却物收集罐(501)上连接有回流管(503)及水泵(502),回流管(503)另一端伸入炉体(202)内且端口处设有绕炉体(202)内壁一周的环形风管(504),环形风管(504)上均匀分布有出气口。
3.根据权利要求2所述的气化炉内置式焦油气化循环系统,其特征在于:所述回流管(503)上设有三通(505),三通(505)的第三个端口上设有止回阀(506)并与进风机构(203)连接。
4.根据权利要求2所述的气化炉内置式焦油气化循环系统,其特征在于:所述还原机构(303)和缓冲连接机构(304)之间设有引风机构(305)。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的气化炉内置式焦油气化循环系统,其特征在于:所述气化剂(405)上覆盖有均匀分布小孔的间隔板(406)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的气化炉内置式焦油气化循环系统,其特征在于:所述底板(403)底部设有脚轮(408)。
