Abstract
本发明公开了一种高阻隔包装材料的制备方法,所述高阻隔包装材料自内向外依次包括:阻隔层,加强层,防护层和印刷层,所述阻隔层为牛皮纸镀铝膜,加强层为PET布层,防护层为PVC膜,印刷层为BOPP膜;所述制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)牛皮纸镀铝,(2)制备PVC膜,(3)复合成型。本发明操作简单方便,原料用量少,成本低,具有优异的液体阻隔性和较高的机械强度,耐压性能好,质量轻,可根据需要制备成不同形状规格的包装盒,使用灵活,应用前景广阔。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及包装材料技术领域,特别是涉及一种高阻隔包装材料的制备方法。
背景技术
包装材料是指用于制造包装容器、包装装潢、包装印刷、包装运输等满足产品包装要求所使用的材料,它即包括金属、塑料、玻璃、陶瓷、纸、竹本、野生蘑类、天然纤维、化学纤维、复合材料等主要包装材料,又包括涂料、粘合剂、捆扎带、装潢、印刷材料等辅助材料。
目前,大多数液体产品使用玻璃容器、金属容器或铝箔卷材等作为包装材料,前两类包装材料因重量大、占用空间大等原因,不方便运输;而全铝箔包装材料使用成本较高。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种高阻隔包装材料的制备方法,能够制备出具有优异阻隔性能的包装材料,适于液体物质的运输,解决现有液体包装材料存在的缺点。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种高阻隔包装材料的制备方法,所述高阻隔包装材料自内向外依次包括:阻隔层,加强层,防护层和印刷层,所述阻隔层为牛皮纸镀铝膜,加强层为PET布层,防护层为PVC膜,印刷层为BOPP膜;所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)牛皮纸镀铝:对牛皮纸进行表面清洁和烫熨处理,然后将其直接置于真空镀铝机内镀铝,制备牛皮纸镀铝膜,所述真空镀铝工艺参数为:压力135~150Pa,真空度0.510-3~1.0×10-3Pa,送丝速度0.5~1.0m/min;
(2)制备PVC膜:将PVC配方料进行挤出吹塑,制备PVC防护膜层,所述PVC膜包括如下重量份组分:PVC树脂100份,增塑剂50~60份,稳定剂3~5份,润滑剂0.5~1份,阻燃剂15~20份,紫外线吸收剂5~10份;
(3)复合成型:将步骤(1)制备的牛皮纸镀铝膜铺放在平整的表面上,在其另一面均匀涂覆一层胶黏剂,然后在所述胶黏剂上铺上一层以上PET布层,依次进行涂覆胶黏剂、铺PVC膜,涂胶黏剂和铺BOPP膜操作,最后将复合后的各层整体置入压力机内进行热压复合成型,冷却后得到所述高阻隔包装材料。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述铝丝的直径为1~2mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤(2)中,所述挤出吹塑工艺为:温度155~175℃,吹胀比3:1。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤(3)中,所述热压复合工艺参数为:温度100~120℃,压力1.0~1.5MPa,时间10~15min。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种高阻隔包装材料的制备方法,操作简单方便,原料用量少,成本低,具有优异的液体阻隔性和较高的机械强度,耐压性能好,质量轻,可根据需要制备成不同形状规格的包装盒,使用灵活,应用前景广阔。

下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
请参阅图1,本发明实施例包括:
一种高阻隔包装材料,自内向外依次包括:阻隔层1,加强层2,防护层3和印刷层4,所述阻隔层1为牛皮纸镀铝膜,加强层2为PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯)布层,防护层3为PVC(聚氯乙烯)膜,印刷层4为BOPP(双向拉伸聚丙烯)膜;
所述高阻隔包装材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)牛皮纸镀铝:对牛皮纸进行表面清洁和烫熨处理,然后将其直接置于真空镀铝机内镀铝,制备牛皮纸镀铝膜,所述真空镀铝工艺参数为:压力135~150Pa,真空度0.5×10-3~1.0×10-3Pa,送丝速率0.5~1.0m/min,所述铝丝的直径为1~2mm;
(2)制备PVC膜:在温度155~175℃,吹胀比3:1的条件下,对PVC配方料进行挤出吹塑,制备PVC防护膜层,所述PVC膜配方包括如下重量份组分:PVC树脂100份,增塑剂50~60份,稳定剂3~5份,润滑剂0.5~1份,阻燃剂15~20份,紫外线吸收剂5~10份;
(3)复合成型:将步骤(1)制备的牛皮纸镀铝膜铺放在平整的表面上,在其另一面均匀涂覆一层胶黏剂,然后在所述胶黏剂上铺上一层以上PET布层,依次进行涂覆胶黏剂、铺PVC膜,涂胶黏剂和铺BOPP膜操作,最后将复合后的各层整体置入压力机内,在温度为100~120℃,压力1.0~1.5MPa下,热压10~15min,冷却后得到所述高阻隔包装材料。
实施例1
裁取20cm×50cm的牛皮纸,将其表面去尘处理,并在60℃下熨烫,使其表面平整,然后将其直接送入真空镀铝机内,用直径为1mm的铝丝进行真空镀铝操作,所述镀铝工艺参数为:压力135Pa,真空度0.5×10-3Pa,送丝速率0.5m/min;上述方法制备的牛皮纸镀铝膜具有优异的阻隔性能,且铝材使用量少,成本低;
准确称取如下配方组分(重量份):PVC树脂100份,增塑剂50份,稳定剂3份,润滑剂0.5份,阻燃剂15份,紫外线吸收剂5份;然后将上述物料用高混机混合后,采用挤出吹塑法,在温度155~175℃,吹胀比3:1的条件下制备成PVC膜,所述PVC膜在高阻隔液体包装材料中具有优异的阻燃、抗紫外线辐射等性能;
以市售BOPP膜、PET布和丙烯酸树脂为原料;将上述牛皮纸镀铝膜铺放在平整的表面上,在其另一面均匀涂覆一层丙烯酸树脂胶黏剂,然后在所述胶黏剂上铺上2层PET布层,依次进行涂覆胶黏剂、铺PVC膜,涂胶黏剂和铺BOPP膜操作,最后将复合后的各层整体置入压力机内,在温度为100℃,压力1.5MPa下,热压10min,冷却后得到所述高阻隔包装材料。
实施例2
裁取20cm×50cm的牛皮纸,将其表面去尘处理,并在70℃下熨烫,使其表面平整,然后将其直接送入真空镀铝机内,用直径为2mm的铝丝进行真空镀铝操作,所述镀铝工艺参数为:压力150Pa,真空度1.0×10-3Pa,送丝速率1.0m/min;上述方法制备的牛皮纸镀铝膜具有优异的阻隔性能,且铝材使用量少,成本低;
准确称取如下配方组分(重量份):PVC树脂100份,增塑剂60份,稳定剂5份,润滑剂1份,阻燃剂20份,紫外线吸收剂10份;然后将上述物料用高混机混合后,采用挤出吹塑法,在温度155~175℃,吹胀比3:1的条件下制备成PVC膜,所述PVC膜在高阻隔液体包装材料中具有优异的阻燃、抗紫外线辐射等性能;
以市售BOPP膜、PET布和有机硅树脂为原料;将上述牛皮纸镀铝膜铺放在平整的表面上,在其另一面均匀涂覆一层有机硅树脂胶黏剂,然后在所述胶黏剂上铺上3层PET布层,依次进行涂覆胶黏剂、铺PVC膜,涂胶黏剂和铺BOPP膜操作,最后将复合后的各层整体置入压力机内,在温度为120℃,压力1.0MPa下,热压15min,冷却后得到所述高阻隔包装材料。

Claims (4)
1.一种高阻隔包装材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述高阻隔包装材料自内向外依次包括:阻隔层,加强层,防护层和印刷层,所述阻隔层为牛皮纸镀铝膜,加强层为PET布层,防护层为PVC膜,印刷层为BOPP膜;所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)牛皮纸镀铝:对牛皮纸进行表面清洁和烫熨处理,然后将其直接置于真空镀铝机内镀铝,制备牛皮纸镀铝膜,所述真空镀铝工艺参数为:压力135~150Pa,真空度0.510-3~1.0×10-3Pa,送丝速度0.5~1.0m/min;
(2)制备PVC膜:将PVC配方料进行挤出吹塑,制备PVC防护膜层,所述PVC膜包括如下重量份组分:PVC树脂100份,增塑剂50~60份,稳定剂3~5份,润滑剂0.5~1份,阻燃剂15~20份,紫外线吸收剂5~10份;
(3)复合成型:将步骤(1)制备的牛皮纸镀铝膜铺放在平整的表面上,在其另一面均匀涂覆一层胶黏剂,然后在所述胶黏剂上铺上一层以上PET布层,依次进行涂覆胶黏剂、铺PVC膜,涂胶黏剂和铺BOPP膜操作,最后将复合后的各层整体置入压力机内进行热压复合成型,冷却后得到所述高阻隔包装材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高阻隔包装材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述铝丝的直径为1~2mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高阻隔包装材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中,所述挤出吹塑工艺为:温度155~175℃,吹胀比3:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高阻隔包装材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中,所述热压复合工艺参数为:温度100~120℃,压力1.0~1.5MPa,时间10~15min。
