本发明提供一种炭化料滚压、搅拌双辊混合机,包括:双辊混合机壳体,双辊混合机壳体内横向设置有双辊搅拌轴,在双辊搅拌轴上设置有双辊搅拌叶片,有双辊搅拌轴通过设置在双辊混合机壳体外的驱动电机驱动其转动。本发明提供的炭化料滚压、搅拌双辊混合机,结构简单、生产效率高、搅拌均匀,生产的经济成本低、炭颗粒品质高、工业应用广泛。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械技术领域,尤其涉及一种炭化料滚压、搅拌双辊混合机。
背景技术
传统生物质成型炭的方法是将废弃生物质碎屑用螺旋机高温、高压挤压成型后,再炭化制成生物质成型炭,但该方法生产过程复杂,生产的成型炭品质差、炭化率低、燃烧质量差。另一种生物质成型炭的工艺,先将生物质颗粒炭化、再将炭化料挤压成型。炭化料粘性差,而普通的混合挤压机,存在挤压效果差、混合不均匀等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种结构简单、生产效率高、搅拌均匀的炭化料滚压、搅拌双辊混合机。
一种炭化料滚压、搅拌双辊混合机,包括:双辊混合机壳体,双辊混合机壳体内横向设置有双辊搅拌轴,在双辊搅拌轴上设置有双辊搅拌叶片,有双辊搅拌轴通过设置在双辊混合机壳体外的驱动电机驱动其转动。
进一步地,如上所述的炭化料滚压、搅拌双辊混合机,在双辊混合机壳体一端的顶部设置有炭化料进料口,另一端的底部设置有出料口。
进一步地,如上所述的炭化料滚压、搅拌双辊混合机,在双辊搅拌轴与驱动电机之间安装有减速机。
进一步地,如上所述的炭化料滚压、搅拌双辊混合机,所述双辊搅拌轴的端部与传动齿轮连接。
进一步地,如上所述的炭化料滚压、搅拌双辊混合机,双辊混合机壳体设置在双辊混合机底座上。
本发明提供的炭化料滚压、搅拌双辊混合机,结构简单、生产效率高、搅拌均匀,生产的经济成本低、炭颗粒品质高、工业应用广泛。

图1为本发明炭化料滚压、搅拌双辊混合机结构示意图,图2为图1的俯视图,如图1、图2所示,本发明提供的炭化料滚压、搅拌双辊混合机,包括:双辊混合机壳体2,双辊混合机壳体2内横向设置有双辊搅拌轴,在双辊搅拌轴上设置有双辊搅拌叶片3,有双辊搅拌轴通过设置在双辊混合机壳体2外的驱动电机4驱动其转动。在双辊混合机壳体2一端的顶部设置有炭化料进料口1,另一端的底部设置有出料口6。在双辊搅拌轴与驱动电机4之间安装有减速机5。所述双辊搅拌轴的端部与传动齿轮8连接。双辊混合机壳体2设置在双辊混合机底座7上。
生物质炭化料经由进料口1,双辊混合机壳体2,经过双辊搅拌叶片3按图2所示转向进行滚压、搅拌后进入出料口6。
本发明公开的炭化料滚压、搅拌双辊混合机,它主要由炭化料进料口、双辊混合机壳体、双辊搅拌叶片、驱动电机等组成。生物质炭化料与一定比例的粘合剂进入双辊混合机滚压、搅拌后制成的炭颗粒具有较高密度、高温化学活性好、燃烧无烟、无味等品质。本公布的炭化料滚压、搅拌双辊混合机结构简单,生产效率高,在炭颗粒的工业生产中得到广泛的应用。
本发明公开的炭化料滚压、搅拌双辊混合机,将生物质炭化料与一定比例的粘合剂滚压、搅拌后制成的炭颗粒具有较高密度、燃烧无烟、无味等品质。本发明公布的炭化料滚压、搅拌双辊混合机结构简单、生产效率高、搅拌均匀,生产的经济成本低、炭颗粒品质高、工业应用广泛。

1.一种炭化料滚压、搅拌双辊混合机,其特征在于,包括:双辊混合机壳体(2),双辊混合机壳体(2)内横向设置有双辊搅拌轴,在双辊搅拌轴上设置有双辊搅拌叶片(3),有双辊搅拌轴通过设置在双辊混合机壳体(2)外的驱动电机(4)驱动其转动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的炭化料滚压、搅拌双辊混合机,其特征在于,在双辊混合机壳体(2)一端的顶部设置有炭化料进料口(1),另一端的底部设置有出料口(6)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的炭化料滚压、搅拌双辊混合机,其特征在于,在双辊搅拌轴与驱动电机(4)之间安装有减速机(5)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的炭化料滚压、搅拌双辊混合机,其特征在于,所述双辊搅拌轴的端部与传动齿轮(8)连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的炭化料滚压、搅拌双辊混合机,其特征在于,双辊混合机壳体(2)设置在双辊混合机底座(7)上。
