本发明属于农药技术领域,尤其是除草剂领域,涉及磺酰草吡唑与丙苯磺隆的二元复配剂。该除草剂组合物可应用于小麦田苗后除草。
背景技术
磺酰草吡唑(pyrasulfotole),化学名称:(5-羟基-1,3-二甲基吡唑-4-基)(α,α,α-三氟-2-甲磺酰基-对-甲苯基)甲酮,结构式为:磺酰草吡唑是拜耳作物科学于1999年发现的一个新型除草剂,属于苯甲酰吡唑类化合物,是HPPD抑制剂。由于对HPPD的抑制间接抑制类胡萝卜素的生物合成,结果造成植物分生组织产生白化症状,最终导致死亡。该除草剂具有广谱杀草活性,苗前、苗后均可使用,由于麦田长期使用磺酰脲类除草剂防除阔叶杂草,导致很多抗性阔叶杂草出现,并在部分地区上升为优势种群。该产品的出现将能够很好地解决麦田抗性杂草的问题。主要防除对象包括繁缕、藜、龙葵、苋、苘麻、自生油菜、苦荞麦等阔叶杂草。
丙苯磺隆(procarbazone sodium)是德国拜耳公司开发的新型磺酰脲类除草剂,化学名称:2-(4,5-二氢-4-甲基-5-酮-3-丙氧基-1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-基)甲酰氨基磺酰基苯甲酸甲酯钠盐。丙苯磺隆主要用于苗后茎叶处理,主要用于防除禾谷类作物如小麦、大麦、黑麦田里的禾本科杂草包括一年生杂草和部分多年生杂草如燕麦、看麦娘、风剪股颖、茅草、鹅观草、阿披拉草和很难除去的雀麦草以及部分阔叶杂草白荠、遏蓝菜等。
目前小麦田除草剂受作物安全性所限,杀草谱也有限,单独使用一种除草剂单剂不能完全有效地控制小麦田杂草的发生,再者有些除草剂由于水溶性大或田间持效期太短、用量过大或者施药不均匀都容易造成对当季作物或后茬作物的残留毒害。因此,本发明选用可杀草谱不同,优缺点互补的磺酰草吡唑与丙苯磺隆两种除草剂适当减量后配成合剂使用,不仅扩大了杀草谱,明显提高了除草效果,也避免了对当季作物产生药害和对后茬作物产生残留毒害的可能性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种含磺酰草吡唑与丙苯磺隆的混合除草剂。
本发明的另一目的是提供该除草剂在小麦田除草中的应用。
一种含磺酰草吡唑与丙苯磺隆的混合除草剂,该除草剂以磺酰草吡唑与丙苯磺隆为主要有效成分,磺酰草吡唑与丙苯磺隆的质量比为1~68:1~68。优选磺酰草吡唑与丙苯磺隆的质量比为1~60:1~61,进一步优选为6~59:1,最优选为6~12:1。
在混合除草剂中,磺酰草吡唑与丙苯磺隆二者在除草剂中的质量百分含量为1~85%,优选质量百分含量为10~80%,进一步优选为35~65%。
本发明的磺酰草吡唑与丙苯磺隆的二元复配制剂中,除了磺酰草吡唑与丙苯磺隆等有效成分外,还可以添加农药制剂上允许的常规表面活性剂、解毒剂、增稠剂、溶剂或固体填料等助剂配制成农药上允许的任意一种剂型。优选加工成乳油、悬浮剂、水乳剂、微乳剂、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂。
本发明所述的混合除草剂在小麦田除草中的应用,尤其是在防除小麦田中禾本科杂草和阔叶杂草的应用,具有杀草谱广、见效快、残留低、低毒、安全环保等优点,是优质的小麦作物化学除草剂。

本发明的除草剂组合,具有杀草谱广、见效快、高效、低毒、残留低、安全环保等优点,可以减少农药用药量,降低农药残留,环境相容性好、对人畜安全等优点,是优质的小麦作物化学除草剂。
1、除草活性高。本发明的除草组合物可以通过两种不同机理杀死杂草,使得杂草抗性产生速度降低了,有效成分用量降低了,但极大地提高了除草剂的杀草活性。
2、除草谱广,持效期长。磺酰草吡唑是广谱性除草剂,主要用于防除阔叶杂草,丙苯磺隆主要用于防除禾谷类作物如小麦、大麦、黑麦田里的禾本科杂草包括一年生杂草和部分多年生杂草。两者混合后,能够提高对禾本科杂草和阔叶杂草的防治效果。
3、延缓杂草抗性。本发明除草组合物通过二元复配,降低杂草对药剂的抗性,并提高对抗性杂草的防效,从而延长药剂的使用寿命。

磺酰草吡唑30%,丙苯磺隆5%,甲基萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物6%,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚3%,硅酸镁铝0.5%、乙二醇5%,磷酸三丁酯2%,硅油0.2%,加水至100%,按照常规的制剂方法配制成质量百分含量为35%的悬浮剂。
实施例5
磺酰草吡唑3%,丙苯磺隆12%,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚3%,甲基萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物6%,硅酸镁铝0.5%,磷酸三丁酯2%,乙二醇5%,200#溶剂油20%,水至100%,按照常规的制剂方法配制成质量百分含量为15%的水乳剂。
实施例6
磺酰草吡唑1%,丙苯磺隆9%,甲基萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物6%、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚3%、硅酸镁铝0.5%,乙二醇7%,磷酸三丁酯2%,水至100%,按照常规的制剂方法配制成质量百分含量为10%的微乳剂。

磺酰草吡唑10%,丙苯磺隆50%,NNO(亚甲基双荼磺酸钠)6%,木质碘酸钠4%,高岭土至100%,按照常规的制剂方法配制成质量百分含量为60%的可湿性粉剂。

磺酰草吡唑19%,丙苯磺隆61%,NNO(亚甲基双荼磺酸钠)5%、硫酸铵3%,聚乙烯醇2%,高岭土至100%,按照常规的制剂方法配制成质量百分含量为80%的水分散颗粒剂。

磺酰草吡唑1%,丙苯磺隆80%,NNO(亚甲基双荼磺酸钠)10%、硫酸铵4%,聚乙烯醇1%,高岭土至100%,按照常规的制剂方法配制成质量百分含量为81%的水分散颗粒剂。
实施例9
1)室内活性测定试验
利用实施例1~4中的磺酰草吡唑(A)与丙苯磺隆(B)制剂,测定其对马齿苋的共毒系数。
试验方法:将定量的马齿苋的种子分别播种于9cm的一次性纸杯中,每杯中播种10~15粒种子,在光照培养箱中培养,待马齿苋3~6叶期时,在履带式作物喷雾剂上进行喷雾处理。处理后温室内继续培养,定期观察各处理对杂草的防除效果,30d后称量各处理后的杂草鲜重,按孙云沛等1960年提出的方法,计算其毒力回归曲线和共毒系数。共毒系数大于120,表明两种有效物质具有增效作用,共毒系数在80-120之间,表明两种有效物质为相加作用,共毒系数小于80,表明两种有效物质具有拮抗作用。测定结果如表1所示。

从上表可以看出,两种有效物质复配后的共毒系数大于120,说明本发明具有明显的增效作用。

2)田间药效试验。
供试药剂:
实施例1~4中的4种二元复配除草剂。
对照药剂:
30%磺酰草吡唑水分散粒剂(市售),70%丙苯磺隆水分散粒剂(市售)。
供试作物:小麦
小麦苗长势良好,植株健壮,无其他病虫害
防除对象:
繁缕、马齿苋、马唐、野燕麦、狗尾草、稗草。
试验方法:
按照试验小区的面积,准确称量好各种药剂,兑水稀释后,利用背负式喷雾器,进行均匀喷雾,喷雾选用除草剂专用的扇形喷头。喷雾时,要注意将药液均匀喷施到试验小区中,防治多喷、漏喷现象。
试验后分别在药后20d,40d观察杂草死亡情况,并比较各种药剂的除草活性。此外,还要在药后1-15天内观察作物的生长情况(用量均为每亩有效成分的用量),以考察药剂对作物是否有药害。
本发明的实施例制剂除草试验效果见下表2(药后20d)和表3(药后40d)

由表2,表3可知,本发明除草组合物具有扩大除草谱,提高除草活性,并具有速效性和持效性。

由表4可知,各处理小区内的小麦长势良好,未见任何药斑,说明各种药剂对小麦均安全。
Claims (8)
1.一种含磺酰草吡唑与丙苯磺隆的混合除草剂,其特征在于该除草剂以磺酰草吡唑与丙苯磺隆为主要有效成分,磺酰草吡唑与丙苯磺隆的质量比为6~59:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的磺酰草吡唑与丙苯磺隆混合除草剂,其特征在于磺酰草吡唑与丙苯磺隆二者在除草剂中的质量百分含量为1~85%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的混合除草剂,其特征在于磺酰草吡唑与丙苯磺隆二者在除草剂中的质量百分含量为10~80%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的含磺酰草吡唑与丙苯磺隆的混合除草剂,其特征在于磺酰草吡唑与丙苯磺隆二者在除草剂中的质量百分含量为35~65%。
5.根据权利要求1-4任意一项中所述的混合除草剂,其特征在于它以磺酰草吡唑与丙苯磺隆为主要有效成分和农药上允许的助剂配制成任意一种剂型。
6.根据权利要求5中所述的混合除草剂,其特征在于所述的剂型为乳油、悬浮剂、水乳剂、微乳剂、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂。
7.权利要求1所述的混合除草剂在小麦田除草中的应用。
8.权利要求1所述的混合除草剂在防除小麦田中禾本科杂草和阔叶杂草的应用。
