Abstract

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of electronic communication and computer automation processing, in particular to a data acquisition and processing method and system based on crowdsourcing.
Background
In order to prevent and treat accident disasters, natural disasters and social security cases or develop health management, organizations such as governments, enterprises and social organizations need to monitor specific objects in real time, and therefore, a proper monitoring system is required to be established and special equipment and personnel are equipped. For example, a geological disaster area is monitored through a camera, the running condition of a long-distance passenger vehicle is monitored through a vehicle-mounted system with the functions of camera shooting/photographing, satellite positioning and speed measurement, and the health state of a human body is monitored through a medical instrument.
The prior art has defects in two links of data acquisition and data processing. In terms of data acquisition, only a specific object to which a monitoring device is previously installed can be monitored. Because the system dilatation cost is big, there are a large amount of monitoring blind areas. In terms of data processing, relying primarily on the facilities and staff of the organization itself, the amount of increase in monitoring data often exceeds the data processing capabilities of the organization.
Cloud computing can make up for some of the deficiencies of the above technologies in some ways, acquiring dynamic, easily expandable, virtualized resources through the internet (including mobile internet) to collect and process data. The cloud computing architecture of the smart city is composed of modules such as perception, transmission, storage and processing. A plurality of monitoring devices sense the field situation and transmit mass information through wired and wireless communication networks. Many organizations establish "private cloud" data acquisition and processing systems. In the intelligent terminals of the staff, such as mobile phones, tablet computers and the like, customized clients can be installed for acquiring video, audio and image data and even completing simple data processing tasks, such as medical image interpretation and remote consultation participation of doctors through the Internet. However, the resource integration capability of the private cloud which only the employees of the mechanism participate in is far weaker than that of the public cloud which the common public participates in. This also means that even if cloud computing technology is introduced in the prior art, the working efficiency and the acquisition accuracy of the prior art cannot reach ideal values.
The prior art also has drawbacks in terms of privacy protection. In the big data era, the internet releases mass data every moment. Wearable devices record health indexes, behavior habits and life preferences, and privacy protection is also greatly challenged. The data is hidden from the back of the client, and the staff of the institution often privately reveals the client information.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention provides an improvement over the prior art by crowd sourcing (crowdsouring) and removing/reloading (reloading) sensitive information. Organizations may delegate data collection and processing work that has been performed by employees to unspecified public in a free-voluntary fashion through crowdsourcing. In order to solve the privacy protection problem, the sensitive information in the original data is removed before the data is distributed, and the sensitive information in the original data is reloaded in the statistical result.

The invention collects the data of the monitored target in a crowdsourcing mode, distributes the data to a proper object for voting, and finally feeds back the voting result. On one hand, the method and the system introduce crowdsourcing thought, on the other hand, sensitive information is removed/reloaded in the data acquisition and processing process, so that the method and the system can absorb common public participating in data acquisition and interpretation, and acquire and process data by acquiring dynamic, easily-expanded and virtualized resources through the internet (mobile internet).

For a better understanding and explanation of the present invention, reference will now be made in detail to the present invention as illustrated in the accompanying drawings.
The present invention provides a data acquisition and processing method based on crowdsourcing, please refer to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flow chart of an embodiment of the data acquisition and processing method based on crowdsourcing according to the present invention, the method includes:
step S101, an acquisition terminal acquires data aiming at a monitored target to generate original acquisition data and sends the original acquisition data to a processing platform;
step S102, the processing platform receives the original acquisition data and processes the original acquisition data to generate corresponding distribution data;
step S103, the processing platform forwards the distribution data to at least one voting terminal;
step S104, the voting terminal receives the distribution data and generates voting data aiming at the distribution data;
step S105, the voting terminal transmits the voting data back to the processing platform;
step S106, the processing platform forwards the original collected data/the distributed data and a statistical result generated according to the voting data to at least one display terminal according to a preset rule;
step S107, the display terminal receives and displays the original acquisition data/the distribution data and the statistical result.
In particular, the crowdsourcing-based data acquisition and processing method provided by the invention is suitable for various monitoring scenes which can generate a large amount of data. In step S101, the monitored target includes, but is not limited to, weather, natural disasters, accidents, people, institutions, homes, transportation vehicles, public places, and the like, and accordingly, the acquisition terminal needs to be configured to adapt to the type of the monitored target, which includes, but is not limited to, a smart phone, a tablet computer, a smart home appliance, a monitoring camera, a wearable device, a sensor device, a vehicle recorder, or a vehicle-mounted positioning device.
For example, the monitored target is a traffic vehicle such as a passenger vehicle, the factors to be monitored by the traffic vehicle include a driving route, an overload condition and the like, and the acquisition terminal may be a vehicle-mounted camera, a vehicle-mounted satellite positioning device and the like corresponding to the type of the monitored target; such as weather conditions (including weather factors such as rainfall and temperature) and fire conditions (including factors such as temperature, smoke and strong light) of a certain region, the collecting terminal can be a terminal device integrating one or more of a temperature sensor, a smoke sensor, a rain sensor and a light sensor; for example, the monitored target is road traffic condition, natural disaster, accident, public place event, and the type of monitored target is usually realized by using data carriers such as video and image, so the acquisition terminal may be a monitoring camera installed at a fixed position, or may be a vehicle data recorder or a smart phone or a tablet computer having a camera shooting function.
No matter which type of monitored target is targeted, the acquisition terminal performs data acquisition on the monitored target in step S101 to generate raw acquisition data, and sends the raw acquisition data to a processing platform. The collection terminal and the processing platform are connected through the internet (mobile internet), a local area network or a proprietary network to realize data communication, for example, the collection terminal and the processing platform are communicated through a wired/wireless network provided by a communication operator.
Based on the consideration of introducing a voting mechanism using a crowdsourcing principle to improve the monitoring universality and accuracy, in step S102, the processing platform receives the raw collected data and processes the raw collected data to generate corresponding distribution data. Typically, the raw collected data includes sensitive information related to the collecting terminal and the monitored target, some of which are used to identify the real identity of the collecting terminal and the user of the monitored target or the real equipment information of the collecting terminal, and other of which (e.g. license plate of motor vehicle) are used to identify the monitored target, and monitoring information related to the monitored target, which is data information reflecting the condition of the monitored target. For some specific monitored targets, in order to avoid privacy disclosure, consideration must be given to separate the sensitive information from the monitored information and then distribute the sensitive information. Therefore, the processing the raw collected data to generate corresponding distribution data in step S102 specifically includes: removing the sensitive information from the raw collected data and retaining the monitoring information to generate the distribution data. The monitoring information may be generated by software/hardware logic preset in the acquisition terminal, or may be generated by a user of the acquisition terminal operating the acquisition terminal.
For example, in a typical embodiment, the monitored target is a passenger vehicle, on one hand, an overload condition of the passenger vehicle needs to be monitored, and on the other hand, a driving route of the passenger vehicle needs to be monitored, in this embodiment, the acquisition terminal is an onboard camera and an onboard satellite positioning device installed on the passenger vehicle, the sensitive information is a license plate ID of a motor vehicle pre-bound by the onboard camera and the onboard satellite positioning device, and the monitoring information is a passenger load condition in a compartment recorded by the onboard camera and a driving route calculated according to the onboard satellite positioning device. In another exemplary embodiment, the monitored target is the natural disaster, such as road landslide caused by earthquake, due to the sporadic nature of the natural disaster, it is impossible to install enough cameras to monitor all sections of the road, so that the general public can participate in condition monitoring and data acquisition in a crowdsourcing manner, the acquisition terminal is a handheld smart device, such as a smart phone or a tablet computer, which is used by an acquirer and accesses to the internet (mobile internet), the monitoring information is a video or an image, the monitoring information is triggered by an application program (such as a mobile phone App) installed on the handheld smart device to be acquired, the sensitive information is an identity identifier set by the acquirer by operating the application program in advance, and the identity identifier includes a name, an organization name, a resident identification number, a name of the acquirer, an organization name of the acquirer, a name of the resident identification number, a name, The system comprises a road monitoring system, a road monitoring system and sensitive information, wherein the road monitoring system comprises any one or combination of a military certificate number, a driving license number, a social security number, a student certificate number, a bank account number, a motor vehicle license plate, a mobile phone number and a user name, and the sensitive information also comprises the geographic coordinates of the monitored road.

The forwarding may be performed according to predetermined forwarding rules, e.g. based on the dedicated network, geographical location information, voting authority of the at least one voting terminal.
In step S104, the voting terminal receives the distribution data and generates voting data for the distribution data. Specifically, the voting data includes: the evaluation information is triggered by an operator of the voting terminal and used for reflecting the evaluation tendency of the operator for the distribution data, or the voting terminal evaluates and calculates the distribution data according to preset logic to generate evaluation result information. Referring to the emergency treatment scheme of the existing monitoring system, the display terminal may be a handheld terminal responsible for monitoring the person of the monitored target, or may be a display device of the emergency treatment system. Typically, the display terminal is an external display of a fire-fighting early warning system, or the display terminal is a handheld intelligent device of a district traffic police. It is noted that while the operations of the method of the present invention are depicted in the drawings in a particular order, this is not intended to require or imply that these operations must be performed in this particular order, or that all of the illustrated operations must be performed, to achieve desirable results. Those skilled in the art will understand that the block diagram shown in fig. 3 is only for illustrative purposes, and the crowdsourcing-based data collecting and processing system provided by the present invention may include a plurality of collecting terminals 100, a processing platform 200, a voting terminal 300 and a display terminal 400, or may be implemented such that one processing platform 200 and a plurality of collecting terminals 100, voting terminals 300 and display terminals 400 realize data communication via the internet (mobile internet).
The monitored target includes: weather, natural disasters, accidents, personnel, institutions, homes, transportation vehicles, public place events. The raw acquisition data includes: sensitive information related to the acquisition terminal and the monitored target; and monitoring information related to the monitored target. Typically, the sensitive information includes: the system comprises a monitoring terminal, a collecting terminal and a positioning terminal, wherein the monitoring terminal is used for monitoring the geographical position of the monitoring terminal, the collecting terminal is used for collecting the identification code of the equipment of the monitoring terminal, the identification code of the monitoring terminal is used for identifying the equipment of the monitoring terminal, and the positioning information generated according to the geographical position of the monitoring terminal is any one or the combination of the identification identifier of the collecting terminal and the user related. The identity identifier comprises any one or combination of a name, a mechanism name, a resident identification card number, a military personnel card number, a driving license number, a social security number, a student card number, a bank account number, a motor vehicle license plate, a mobile phone number and a user name; the positioning information comprises any one or combination of network address positioning, wifi positioning, base station positioning and satellite positioning information. The monitoring information includes: any one or combination of video, audio, image, text, numbers, characters, and sensor signals. The voting data includes: the evaluation information is triggered by an operator of the voting terminal and used for reflecting the evaluation tendency of the operator for the distribution data, or the voting terminal evaluates and calculates the distribution data according to preset logic to generate evaluation result information. The statistical result is a combination of the sensitive information and the voting data, and the statistical result is used for reflecting the real state of the monitored target.
Optionally, the processing module includes a sensitive information filtering unit 211, configured to remove the sensitive information in the raw collected data and retain the monitoring information to generate the distribution data.
Optionally, the processing platform further comprises an updating module 230 for updating the credit value of the associated user of the voting terminal 300 according to a reward rule.
Specifically, the acquisition terminal 100 includes a smart phone, a PDA, a tablet computer, a smart home appliance, a monitoring camera, a wearable device, a sensor device, a car recorder or a vehicle-mounted satellite positioning device, a handheld smart device, and a Personal Computer (PC); the voting terminal 300 and the display terminal 400 include smart phones, PDAs, tablet computers, handheld smart devices, and Personal Computers (PCs). Further, the display terminal 400 may be a handheld terminal for supervising the person of the monitored target, or may be a display device of an emergency treatment system. Typically, the display terminal is an external display of a fire-fighting early warning system, or the display terminal is a handheld intelligent device of a district traffic police. The present invention does not specifically limit the implementation manner of the display terminal, and the display devices of various emergency processing devices and emergency processing systems in the prior art can be regarded as the display terminal.
Typically, the collection terminal, the voting terminal and the display terminal include, but are not limited to, smart phones, PDAs, tablet computers, handheld smart devices and Personal Computers (PCs) equipped with terminal operating systems such as iOS, Android, Symbian, Windows Mobile, Maemo, WebOS, Palm OS or Blackberry OS. In other embodiments, the collection terminal, the voting terminal and the display terminal may be intelligent household appliances equipped with an intelligent operating system, such as an intelligent television.
Typically, the processing platform 200 may be composed of a server on which a suitable software program is installed to implement the functions associated with the respective modules included in the processing platform 200 in the embodiment shown in fig. 1 or fig. 2; in other embodiments, the processing platform 200 may also be composed of a plurality of servers distributed to run on the internet (mobile internet), and each functional module of the software program runs on the plurality of servers respectively. The software program may be implemented to include a hardware portion and a software portion that is interpretable for execution by the hardware portion, the hardware portion and the software portion cooperating to implement the associated functionality.
The terms and terms appearing in this section have the same meanings as those of the terms and terms in the foregoing description, such as "raw collected data", "distributed data", "voting data", etc., and the terms and their related working principles may be referred to the description and explanation of the relevant sections in the foregoing description, and are not repeated herein for brevity.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of an intelligent terminal for implementing the collection terminal, the voting terminal and the display terminal shown in fig. 3. Fig. 4 schematically shows a common structure of the intelligent terminal, and the internal component, software and protocol structure of the common intelligent terminal is explained with reference to fig. 4.
The smart terminal has a processor 510 which is responsible for the overall operation of the mobile terminal and may be implemented using any commercially available Central Processing Unit (CPU), Digital Signal Processor (DSP), or any other electronic Programmable Logic Device (PLD). The processor 510 has associated memory 520, which memory 520 includes, but is not limited to, RAM memory, ROM memory, EEPROM memory, flash memory, or a combination thereof. The memory 520 is controlled by the processor 500 for various purposes, one of which is to store program instructions and data for various software in the intelligent terminal.
The software layer of the smart terminal includes a real-time operating system 540, drivers for a human-machine interface 560, an application handler 550, and various applications. Such as a text editor 551, a handwriting recognition application 552, and other multimedia applications 553, typically including applications such as a voice call application, a video call application, a send and receive Short Message Service (SMS) messaging application, a Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS) application or an email application, a web browser, an instant messaging application, a phone book application, a calendar application, a control panel application, a camera application, one or more video games, a notepad application, and the like. It should be noted that two or more of the above-described applications may be executed as the same application.
The smart terminal also includes one or more hardware controllers for cooperating with the driver of the human-machine interface 560 with the display device 561, physical buttons 562, microphone 563, and various I/O devices (such as speaker, vibrator, ring generator, LED indicator, etc.) to enable human-machine interaction of the smart terminal. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that a user may operate the mobile terminal through the human-machine interface 560 thus formed.
The software layer of the intelligent terminal may further include various modules, protocol stacks, drivers, etc. logic related to communication, which is summarized as a communication interface 570 as shown in fig. 3, for providing communication services (such as transmission, network and connectivity) for the wireless radio interface 571 and optionally the bluetooth interface 572 and/or the infrared interface 573, so as to implement interconnection and interworking of the intelligent terminals. The wireless radio interface 571 comprises an internal or external antenna and appropriate circuitry for establishing and maintaining a wireless link to a base station. As is well known to those skilled in the art, the circuit comprises a series of analog and digital electronic components which together form a radio receiver and transmitter. These components include, for example, band pass filters, amplifiers, mixers, local oscillators, low pass filters, AD/DA converters, and the like.
The mobile communication terminal may further comprise a card reading means 530, wherein the card reading means 530 is configured to read information of the SIM card and access a network provided by an operator according to the cooperative wireless radio interface 571.
The crowdsourcing-based data collection and processing methods provided herein can be implemented using Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), or as computer program products that cause a computer to perform the methods for demonstration. The computer program product includes a computer-readable storage medium having computer program logic or code portions embodied therein for performing the steps of the above-described method. The computer-readable storage medium may be a built-in medium installed in the computer or a removable medium detachable from the computer main body (e.g., a hot-pluggable storage device). The built-in medium includes, but is not limited to, rewritable nonvolatile memories such as RAM, ROM, and hard disk. The removable media include, but are not limited to: optical storage media (e.g., CD-ROMs and DVDs), magneto-optical storage media (e.g., MOs), magnetic storage media (e.g., magnetic tapes or removable hard disks), media with a built-in rewritable non-volatile memory (e.g., memory cards), and media with a built-in ROM (e.g., ROM cartridges).
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that any computer system having suitable programming means will be capable of executing the steps of the method of the invention as embodied in a computer program product. Although most of the specific embodiments described in this specification focus on software routines, alternative embodiments for implementing the methods provided by the present invention in hardware are also within the scope of the invention as claimed.
It will be evident to those skilled in the art that the invention is not limited to the details of the foregoing illustrative embodiments, and that the present invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential attributes thereof. The present embodiments are, therefore, to be considered as illustrative and not restrictive, the scope of the invention being indicated by the appended claims rather than by the foregoing description, and all changes which come within the meaning and range of equivalency of the claims are therefore intended to be embraced therein. Any reference sign in a claim should not be construed as limiting the claim concerned. Furthermore, it will be obvious that the term "comprising" does not exclude other elements, units or steps, and the singular does not exclude the plural. A plurality of components, units or means recited in the claims may also be implemented by one component, unit or means in software or hardware.
The invention collects the data of the monitored target in a crowdsourcing mode, distributes the data to a proper object for voting, and finally feeds back the voting result. On one hand, the method and the system introduce crowdsourcing thought, on the other hand, sensitive information is removed/reloaded (reloaded) in the data acquisition and processing process, so that the method and the system can absorb the participation of the common public in data acquisition and interpretation, and acquire and process data by acquiring dynamic, easily-expanded and virtualized resources through the Internet (mobile Internet).
While the invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
Claims (16)
1. A data acquisition and processing method based on crowdsourcing comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the steps that an acquisition terminal acquires data aiming at a monitored target to generate original acquisition data, and sends the original acquisition data to a processing platform, wherein the original acquisition data comprises sensitive information related to the acquisition terminal and the monitored target and monitoring information related to the monitored target;
the processing platform receives the original acquisition data, removes the sensitive information in the original acquisition data and retains the monitoring information to generate distribution data;
the processing platform forwards the distribution data to at least one voting terminal;
the voting terminal receives the distribution data and generates voting data aiming at the distribution data;
the voting terminal transmits the voting data back to the processing platform;
the processing platform forwards the original collected data/the distributed data and a statistical result generated according to the voting data to at least one display terminal according to a preset rule;
and the display terminal receives and displays the original acquisition data/the distribution data and the statistical result.
2. The crowd-sourced data collection and processing method of claim 1, wherein the sensitive information comprises:
the system comprises a monitoring terminal, a collecting terminal and a positioning terminal, wherein the monitoring terminal is used for monitoring the geographical position of the monitoring terminal, the collecting terminal is used for collecting the identification code of the equipment of the monitoring terminal, the identification code of the monitoring terminal is used for identifying the equipment of the monitoring terminal, and the positioning information generated according to the geographical position of the monitoring terminal is any one or the combination of the identification identifier of the collecting terminal and the user related.
3. The crowdsourcing-based data acquisition and processing method according to claim 2, wherein:
the identity identifier comprises any one or combination of a name, a mechanism name, a resident identification card number, a military personnel card number, a driving license number, a social security number, a student card number, a bank account number, a motor vehicle license plate, a mobile phone number and a user name;
the positioning information comprises any one or combination of network address positioning, wifi positioning, base station positioning and satellite positioning information.
4. The crowd-sourced data collection and processing method of claim 1, wherein the monitoring information comprises:
any one or combination of video, audio, image, text, numbers, characters, and sensor signals.
5. The crowd-sourced data collection and processing method of claim 1, wherein the monitored objective comprises:
weather, natural disasters, accidents, personnel, institutions, homes, transportation vehicles, public place events.
6. The crowdsourcing-based data acquisition and processing method according to claim 1, wherein:
the voting data comprise evaluation information which is triggered by an operator of the voting terminal and used for reflecting the evaluation tendency of the operator for the distribution data, or evaluation result information which is generated after the voting terminal evaluates and calculates the distribution data according to preset logic;
the statistical result comprises the sensitive information and the voting data, and the statistical result is used for reflecting the real state of the monitored target.
7. The crowd-sourced data collection and processing method of claim 1 or 6, wherein:
the acquisition terminal comprises a smart phone, a tablet personal computer, smart household electrical appliance equipment, a monitoring camera, wearable equipment, sensor equipment, a vehicle event data recorder or vehicle-mounted positioning equipment;
the voting terminal and the display terminal comprise a smart phone, a tablet computer, a personal computer or a server.
8. The crowd-sourced data collection and processing method of claim 1, wherein after the voting termination passes the voting data back to the processing platform, the method further comprises:
the processing platform updates the credit values of the associated users of the voting terminal according to reward rules.
9. The utility model provides a data acquisition and processing system based on crowdsourcing, this system includes collection terminal, processing platform, voting terminal and display terminal, wherein:
the acquisition terminal is used for acquiring data aiming at a monitored target to generate original acquisition data and sending the original acquisition data to the processing platform, wherein the original acquisition data comprises sensitive information related to the acquisition terminal and the monitored target; and monitoring information related to the monitored target;
the voting terminal is used for receiving the distribution data, generating voting data aiming at the distribution data and transmitting the voting data back to the processing platform;
the processing platform comprises a processing module and a forwarding module;
the processing module is used for receiving the original acquisition data, and further comprises a sensitive information filtering unit which is used for removing the sensitive information in the original acquisition data and reserving the monitoring information to generate the distribution data;
the forwarding module is used for forwarding the distribution data to at least one voting terminal, and is also used for forwarding the original collected data/the distribution data and a statistical result generated according to the voting data to at least one display terminal according to a preset rule;
and the display terminal is used for receiving and displaying the original acquisition data/the distribution data and the statistical result.
10. The system of claim 9, wherein the sensitive information comprises:
the system comprises a monitoring terminal, a collecting terminal and a positioning terminal, wherein the monitoring terminal is used for monitoring the geographical position of the monitoring terminal, the collecting terminal is used for collecting the identification code of the equipment of the monitoring terminal, the identification code of the monitoring terminal is used for identifying the equipment of the monitoring terminal, and the positioning information generated according to the geographical position of the monitoring terminal is any one or the combination of the identification identifier of the collecting terminal and the user related.
11. The system of claim 10, wherein:
the identity identifier comprises any one or combination of a name, a mechanism name, a resident identification card number, a military personnel card number, a driving license number, a social security number, a student card number, a bank account number, a motor vehicle license plate, a mobile phone number and a user name;
the positioning information comprises any one or combination of network address positioning, wifi positioning, base station positioning and satellite positioning information.
12. The system of claim 9, wherein the monitoring information comprises:
any one or combination of video, audio, image, text, numbers, characters, and sensor signals.
13. The system of claim 9, wherein the monitored target comprises:
weather, natural disasters, accidents, personnel, institutions, homes, transportation vehicles, public place events.
14. The system of claim 9, wherein:
the voting data comprise evaluation information which is triggered by an operator of the voting terminal and used for reflecting the evaluation tendency of the operator for the distribution data, or evaluation result information which is generated after the voting terminal evaluates and calculates the distribution data according to preset logic;
the statistical result comprises the sensitive information and the voting data, and the statistical result is used for reflecting the real state of the monitored target.
15. The system of claim 9 or 14, wherein:
the acquisition terminal comprises a smart phone, a tablet personal computer, smart household electrical appliance equipment, a monitoring camera, wearable equipment, sensor equipment, a vehicle event data recorder or vehicle-mounted positioning equipment;
the voting terminal and the display terminal comprise a smart phone, a tablet computer, a personal computer or a server.
16. The system of claim 9, wherein the processing platform further comprises:
and the updating module is used for updating the credit value of the associated user of the voting terminal according to the reward rule.
