本发明液晶显示模块,包括:框架,所述框架为一端开口的中空结构,在所述框架内形成腔室;LED灯条,所述LED灯条设置在所述腔室内;导光板,所述导光板伸入所述腔室内,在所述导光板上设有导光微结构;液晶玻璃,所述液晶玻璃设置在所述腔室内,所述导光板上的所述导光微结构面向所述液晶玻璃。与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下的有益效果如下:密封的结构使得透明液晶冷柜有效显示区域提高,可以把密封模组突出于现有的门铝合金,通过密封玻璃和固定支架的间隙,达到冷柜门显示区域的最大化。本发明布局合理,结构简单,把此模块内嵌到冷柜玻璃内部时适应批量化生产流程,提高了生产效率。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及半透明液晶显示技术,具体地,涉及一种半透明液晶显示模块。
背景技术
将透明液晶屏显示技术应用于冷藏柜等白色家电中,构成新型的家电及展示设备,是近年来国际上新兴的热门创意。
现行技术是在冷柜玻璃门中安装一片透明液晶屏,当给透明液晶屏输入白色信号时,液晶屏变得透明,通过冷柜门,人们能看到冷柜内展示的商品实物,当给透明液晶屏输入图像信号时,又能领略柜门上动态显示的商品信息及广告视频,有很好的展品渲染效果,给人以耳目一新的感觉。
液晶屏能显示彩色图像,但液晶屏本身并不发光,图像的完美显示有赖于背光所提供的亮度足够、均匀性好的白色光源。可是在现行的透明液晶屏冷柜中,用来显示液晶屏图像的背光仅是冷柜内的照明光线,这些照明光源安装在冷柜内的顶部及二侧面,不能为展示的商品提供有效的正面照明光,为增加透视亮度,必须增加照明功率,可是照明灯条发出的热量会使冷柜内的温度升高,致使制冷机频繁工作,增加能耗,缩短设备使用寿命。同时,冷柜内离散放置的各色商品投向透明液晶屏的反射光,犹如给透明液晶屏提供了一个亮暗不匀、色彩斑驳的背光源,这使得透明液晶屏所显示的文字不易看清,彩色图像色彩失真,液晶屏显示的质量受到很大的影响。
由于冷柜内部需放置灯条,并且透明液晶屏贴合到门的时候需要大量的对位以及排走线时间,当前的透明液晶冷柜门也无法适应大规模生产。
因此如何使得透明液晶屏冷柜门既能保持良好的保温性和透视性,又使得显示的图像质量有所提高,同时又能够适应大规模批量生产,一直以来,这是技术研发人员所面对的挑战。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的缺陷,本发明提供一种适当亮度的、具有光线均匀的白光背光源的液晶显示模块。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明液晶显示模块,包括:框架,所述框架为一端开口的中空结构,在所述框架内形成腔室;LED灯条,所述LED灯条设置在所述腔室内;导光板,所述导光板伸入所述腔室内,在所述导光板上设有导光微结构;液晶玻璃,所述液晶玻璃设置在所述腔室内,所述导光板上的所述导光微结构面向所述液晶玻璃。
优选地,所述中框包括底座及设置在所述底座上的安装部;其中所述底座设置在所述腔室的底部,所述安装部的一端与所述底座连接,所述安装部的另一端向着远离所述底座的方向延伸;所述安装部、所述底座与所述框架的一侧内壁形成第一安装空间,所述安装部与所述框架的另一侧内壁及所述框架的底面形成第二安装空间。
优选地,所述LED灯条及导光板设置在所述第一安装空间内,所述LED灯条设置在所述底座上,所述导光板位于所述LED灯条的上方。
优选地,在所述导光板与所述安装部之间设有聚光罩。
优选地,在所述LED灯条与所述底座之间设有导热垫。
优选地,所述液晶玻璃设置在所述第二安装空间内,所述液晶玻璃设置在所述安装部上。
优选地,在所述液晶玻璃与所述框架的内壁之间及所述导光板与所述框架的内壁之间分别设有密封垫。
优选地,所述液晶玻璃、所述安装部、所述框架的内壁与所述框架的底面形成一保护腔,在所述保护腔内充有惰性气体。
优选地,所述导光板与所述液晶玻璃为平行间隔设置,所述导光板与所述液晶玻璃之间的间距为1毫米~2毫米。
优选地,所述框架由通过密封胶黏合的背板及固定外框组成,所述框架为铝材。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下的有益效果如下:
1、本发明采用透明液晶屏与半透明背光源相结合的液晶显示技术,背光源中的导光板能把设置在导光板四周的LED灯条射入的超高亮度白光从二个方向反射出去,一是从导光板的正面射出,这为透明液晶屏提供了一个适当亮度的、光线均匀的白光背光源,使透明液晶屏显示的文字清晰、图像色彩鲜明,显示的质量有了很大的提升;二是从导光板的背面射出,这为冷藏柜内放置的展示品提供了正面的照明光线,提高了通过冷柜门观看冷柜内展示品的视觉亮度,并可有效减少冷柜内的照明灯功率;由于导光板的半透明性特点,所构成的半透明液晶显示冷柜门仍保持良好的透视性。
2、本发明中的LED灯条通过导热垫安装在中框上,实际应用中,中框会通过导热胶带固定在冷柜门的内侧玻璃上,把LED灯条所产生的高热量通过金属材质的固定直接散发到内侧玻璃,有效地提高了半透液晶模组的散热功能。
3、密封的结构使得透明液晶冷柜有效显示区域提高,可以把密封模组突出于现有的门铝合金,通过密封玻璃和固定支架的间隙,达到冷柜门显示区域的最大化。
4、本发明布局合理,结构简单,把此模块内嵌到冷柜玻璃内部时适应批量化生产流程,提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。以下实施例将有助于本领域的技术人员进一步理解本发明,但不以任何形式限制本发明。应当指出的是,对本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变化和改进。这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
如图1所示,本发明液晶显示模块,包括一端开口的中空结构的框架,框架由通过密封胶13黏合的背板1及固定外框2组成,而且背板1及固定外框2为铝材,在保证强度的情况,方便散热。
中框安装在框架内的腔室里,具体的,中框的底座7设置在腔室的底部,中框的安装部8的一端与底座7连接,安装部8的另一端垂直于底座7、并向着远离底座7的方向延伸。同时,安装部8、底座7与框架的一侧内壁(背板1的内壁)形成第一安装空间,安装部8与框架的另一侧内壁(固定外框2的内壁)及框架的底面(固定外框2的底面)形成第二安装空间。
安装时,将LED灯条3放置在底座7上,也就是第一安装空间内,LED灯条3与底座7之间通过导热垫10连接,在本实施例中,导热垫10是选取3M的导热胶带,导热胶带在遇热的情况下,温度越高、黏性就越大,正是利用这种黏性与温度在一定范围内呈正比的特性,能对LED灯条3起到很好的固定作用。导光板4的部分伸入第一安装空间内,设置于LED灯条3的上方,导光板4与框架的一侧内壁(背板1的内壁)之间设置密封垫11。LED灯条3作为光源将光线从导光板4的侧面射入,再借由导光板4上的导光微结构5将光线打到与导光板4间隔设置的液晶玻璃6上。同时,在导光板4与安装部8之间设有聚光罩9,起到聚光的作用,降低光的散射,提高光线的效率。
另外一边,液晶玻璃6设置在第二安装空间内,与框架的另一侧内壁(固定外框2的内壁)之间设置密封垫11。液晶玻璃6垂直设置在安装部8上部的安装平台上,保持与导光板4的平行状态,两者之间的间隙保持在1毫米~2毫米,当间隙过大,例如:大于5毫米时,就会导致组装的体积过大,直接影响整个模块的装配。
由于液晶玻璃6垂直设置在安装部8上部的安装平台上,也就是说液晶玻璃6没有深站入到框架的最深处。这样,液晶玻璃6、安装部8、框架的内壁(固定外框2的内壁)与框架的底面(固定外框2的底面)形成一个保护腔12,并在保护腔12内充有惰性气体,起到保护的作用。
如图2所示,信号线14以及LED灯光的电源线15穿过框架结构与液晶显示模块连接。

1.液晶显示模块,其特征在于,包括:
框架,所述框架为一端开口的中空结构,在所述框架内形成腔室;
LED灯条,所述LED灯条设置在所述腔室内;
导光板,所述导光板伸入所述腔室内,在所述导光板上设有导光微结构;
液晶玻璃,所述液晶玻璃设置在所述腔室内,所述导光板上的所述导光微结构面向所述液晶玻璃。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液晶显示模块,其特征在于,在所述腔室内设有中框,所述中框包括底座及设置在所述底座上的安装部;其中所述底座设置在所述腔室的底部,所述安装部的一端与所述底座连接,所述安装部的另一端向着远离所述底座的方向延伸;所述安装部、所述底座与所述框架的一侧内壁形成第一安装空间,所述安装部与所述框架的另一侧内壁及所述框架的底面形成第二安装空间。
3.根据权利要求2所述的液晶显示模块,其特征在于,所述LED灯条及导光板设置在所述第一安装空间内,所述LED灯条设置在所述底座上,所述导光板位于所述LED灯条的上方。
4.根据权利要求3所述的液晶显示模块,其特征在于,在所述导光板与所述安装部之间设有聚光罩。
5.根据权利要求3所述的液晶显示模块,其特征在于,在所述LED灯条与所述底座之间设有导热垫。
6.根据权利要求2所述的液晶显示模块,其特征在于,所述液晶玻璃设置在所述第二安装空间内,所述液晶玻璃设置在所述安装部上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的液晶显示模块,其特征在于,在所述液晶玻璃与所述框架的内壁之间及所述导光板与所述框架的内壁之间分别设有密封垫。
8.根据权利要求2所述的液晶显示模块,其特征在于,所述液晶玻璃、所述安装部、所述框架的内壁与所述框架的底面形成一保护腔,在所述保护腔内充有惰性气体。
9.根据权利要求1所述的液晶显示模块,其特征在于,所述导光板与所述液晶玻璃为平行间隔设置,所述导光板与所述液晶玻璃之间的间距为1毫米~2毫米。
