一种背光模组
技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种背光模组。
背景技术
在传统的TFT-LCD(Thin Film Transistor-Liquid Crystal Display,即薄膜场效应晶体管液晶显示器)中,由于TFT-LCD面板本身并不发光,需要借助外加光源才能进行显示,通常这样的光源有背光式光源和反射式光源两种,由于背光式光源的发光受环境因素的变化影响非常小,所以目前的TFT-LCD显示器中的光源几乎都为背光式光源。
在TFT-LCD背光式光源中,光源类型经历了从CCFL(Cold Cathode FluorescentLamp,即冷阴极荧光灯管)到LED(Light-Emitting Diode,即发光二极管)光源的迭代发展。由于LED具有体积小,响应时间快、寿命长、不易碎、色域高、封装体种类多等优点,目前已成为背光源的主流。
在LED背光中,目前基本可以分为侧如光式LED背光和直下式LED背光两种背光形式。侧入式背光具有功耗小、厚度薄等优点,但由于需要与导光板配合使用,重量较重,制造成本较高。而直下式背光由于使用光源数目少(带棱镜)、无导光板,因此成本相对较低,但是由于灯箱相对较高,外观上较厚。
QD(quantum dot,即量子点)荧光粉由于发光光谱FWHM(full width at halfmaximum,半峰宽)窄,仅20a~40nm,颜色色纯度极高,是目前荧光粉中可实现色彩饱和度最高的荧光粉。但QD荧光粉由于采用化学溶液方式合成,和硅胶较难分散均匀,且怕水怕氧、发光方面温度淬灭严重,如果直接封装在LED中,发光亮度低,信耐性差,目前无法实现批量生产。目前QD荧光粉可以量产应用的方法皆为采用远程荧光粉方案,其中具有代表性的一种是以3M公司为代表的量子点薄膜“QDEF”产品,即采用夹层结构,把QD封装如光学膜片中,使用时和其他光学膜片搭配使用;另一种是以QD vision公司为代表的“QD tube”产品,该产品采用把QD粉封装如玻璃管中,使用时把“QD tube”放在LED前面,并用支撑装置固定“QDtube”即可。但目前由于QD膜受到机台限制,无法做到超过超大尺寸(100inch以上)的宽幅,限制了其在超大尺寸产品上的应用。“QD tube”由于仅能用于侧入式,由于玻璃管弯曲后组装困难且极易破损,此外,在超大尺寸产品应用方面由于导光板尺寸受到限制,目前最大仅能做到98inch。基于各种原因,目前采用常规的光学设计手段很难实现QD技术在超大尺寸上的应用。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供了一种制造成本低、易于实现的背光模组。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:
一种背光模组,包括顶面开口的背板、设于所述背板底面上的第一反射片、间隔设于所述第一反射片上的多块导光板、背光源组件和设于背板顶面开口处的光学膜片组,所述背光源组件包括楔形的散热器和固定在所述散热器相邻的两个斜面上的光源,所述背光源组件设于相邻的两块所述导光板之间的间隙内。
进一步地,相邻的两个所述导光板相对的面分别与所述散热器相邻的两个斜面平行,且与所述导光板的顶面夹角均呈锐角。
进一步地,相邻的两个所述导光板与其顶面的夹角相同。
进一步地,所述光源为LED或量子管。
进一步地,所述的背光模组还包括扩散板,所述扩散板设于所述光学膜片组和所述背板之间。
进一步地,所述的背光模组还包括固定于所述导光板上的支撑柱,所述支撑柱用于支撑所述扩散板。
进一步地,所述的背光模组还包括贴付于相邻的两块所述导光板之间并覆盖所述间隙的网点扩散膜。
进一步地,所述背板的侧壁包括与所述背板底面相邻的第一部分和自所述第一部分朝外翻折的第二部分,所述第一部分和所述第二部分内表面均贴合有第二反射片。
进一步地,所述第二反射片与所述第一部分贴合的部分与所述背板底面之间的夹角不大于90°。
进一步地,所述第二反射片与所述第一部分贴合的部分相对于所述背板底面的高度大于所述导光板的厚度。
本发明的背光模组的背板底面的第一反射片上间隔布置有多块导光板,并将光源设于相邻的两块导光板的间隙处,大幅减少了背光模组的宽度和厚度,使得背光模组能够更好地应用在大尺寸的显示装置中,与QD技术结合还能实现QD技术在超大尺寸上的应用,还可以有效减少光源的数量,降低制造成本;同时,光源上方设有网点扩散膜,光学膜片组底部贴付有扩散板,背光一致性好,且有利于减小混光距离;背板上与其底面相邻的侧壁部分贴付有反射片,并通过合理设计该反射片的高度和倾斜角度,可以有效消除传统背光模组中四周出现量暗带的缺陷。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
参阅图1和图2,本发明设计了一种背光模组,包括顶面开口的背板10、设于背板10底面上的第一反射片20a、间隔设于第一反射片20a上的多块导光板30、背光源组件40和设于背板10顶面开口处的光学膜片组50,背光源组件40包括楔形的散热器41和固定在相邻的两个斜面上的光源42,背光源组件40设于相邻的两块导光板30之间的间隙G内。本实施例的背板10为喇叭形,背板的底面和侧壁分别贴合有第一反射片20a和第二反射片20b,位于外围的导光板30的侧壁紧贴在第二反射片20b内表面,且相邻的两个导光板30的端面隔开一段距离。
背光源组件40的点光源42成排布置于每两个相邻的两块导光板30之间的间隙G内,本实施例中,散热器41的截面为等腰三角形,相邻的两个导光板30的端面均为斜面,分别与散热器41相邻的两个斜面平行,且两斜面与导光板30顶面的夹角均呈45°锐角。这样,经过背光源组件40朝两侧的导光板30发出的光线一致,均匀性高。光源42为LED或者量子管,光源42发出的光可垂直射入导光板30内。本实施例的每个间隙G内的散热架41一体成型或为多个沿间隙G的长度方向间隔设置的独立的个体。
在背板10的开口处安装有一层扩散板60,扩散板60贴合于光学膜片组50的背面。导光板30的上表面固定有多根间隔设置的支撑柱70,这些支撑柱70垂直于导光板30,并延伸至背板10的开口,其端部与扩散板60隔开一定距离,用于支撑扩散板60,防止扩散板60变形。
另外,由于两块导光板30的拼接处容易出现亮度较亮、入光面边缘较厚的情况,本实施例在相邻的两块导光板30之间贴付有网点扩散膜80,该网点扩散膜80表面设有多个起到散射作用的散射网点,位于光源42上方并覆盖间隙G,光源42顶部发出的光线经过该网点扩散膜80匀光后可均匀射出,避免了导光板30之间的间隙G处亮度过高影响背光效果,从而可以缩小混光距离(导光板30到扩散板60的距离)。
实施例2
如图3所示,与实施例1不同的是,本实施例的背板10的侧壁以及与该侧壁贴合的第二反射片20b结构不同。
由于当混光距离缩小到一定程度,如小于20mm时,容易在背光模组四周出现亮、暗带,为改善光学品味,本实施例的背板10的侧壁形成为与背板10底面相邻的第一部分11和自第一部分朝外翻折的喇叭口形的第二部分12,第一部分11和第二部分12内表面均贴合有第二反射片20b,优选第二反射片20b与背板10的侧壁形状一致,且优选第二反射片20b与第一部分11贴合的部分与背板10底面之间的夹角α不大于90°,且第二反射片20b与第一部分11贴合的部分相对于背板10底面的高度大于导光板30的厚度,第二反射片20b与第一部分11贴合的部分与导光板30隔开一段距离。进一步优选地,第二反射片20b与第一部分11贴合的部分相对于背板10底面的高度比导光板30的厚度尺寸高出2mm以上。通过这样的设置,导光板30上射入到第二反射片20b与第一部分11贴合的部分后不会朝向出光面射出,避免了传统反射片引起的背光模组四周出现亮、暗带的问题。
本发明有效地减少了背光模组的宽度和厚度,有利于窄边框和超薄化设计,使得背光模组能够更好地应用在大尺寸的显示装置中,与QD技术结合还能实现QD技术在超大尺寸上的应用,还可以有效减少光源的数量,降低制造成本;同时,光源上方设有网点扩散膜,光学膜片组底部贴付有扩散板,背光一致性好,且有利于减小混光距离;背板上与其底面相邻的侧壁部分贴付有反射片,并通过合理设计该反射片的高度和倾斜角度,可以有效消除传统背光模组中四周出现量暗带的缺陷。
以上所述仅是本申请的具体实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本申请的保护范围。

Claims (6)

1.一种背光模组,其特征在于,包括顶面开口的背板(10)、设于所述背板(10)底面上的第一反射片(20a)、间隔设于所述第一反射片(20a)上的多块导光板(30)、背光源组件(40)、设于背板(10)顶面开口处的光学膜片组(50)和设于所述光学膜片组(50)和所述背板(10)之间的扩散板(60),所述背光源组件(40)包括楔形的散热器(41)和固定在所述散热器(41)相邻的两个斜面上的光源(42),所述背光源组件(40)设于相邻的两块所述导光板(30)之间的间隙(G)内;所述背板(10)的侧壁包括与所述背板(10)底面相邻的第一部分(11)和自所述第一部分朝外翻折的第二部分(12),所述第一部分(11)和所述第二部分(12)内表面均贴合有第二反射片(20b);所述第二反射片(20b)与所述第一部分(11)贴合的部分与所述背板(10)底面之间的夹角(α)不大于90°,且所述第二反射片(20b)与所述第一部分(11)贴合的部分相对于所述背板(10)底面的高度大于所述导光板(30)的厚度,所述第二反射片(20b)与所述第一部分(11)贴合的部分与所述导光板(30)隔开一段距离。
2.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,相邻的两个所述导光板(30)相对的面分别与所述散热器(41)相邻的两个斜面平行,且与所述导光板(30)的顶面夹角均呈锐角。
3.根据权利要求2所述的背光模组,其特征在于,相邻的两个所述导光板(30)与其顶面的夹角相同。
4.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述光源(42)为LED或量子管。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一所述的背光模组,其特征在于,还包括固定于所述导光板(30)上的支撑柱(70),所述支撑柱(70)用于支撑所述扩散板(60)。
6.根据权利要求1-4任一所述的背光模组,其特征在于,还包括贴付于相邻的两块所述导光板(30)之间并覆盖所述间隙(G)的网点扩散膜(80)。
