Abstract

本发明涉及一种SCR柴油机后处理系统,包括SCR催化剂,用于将柴油机排气管中的尾气进行还原反应;尿素喷射装置,用于向柴油机排气管中喷射尿素;加热装置,设置于柴油机排气管中,用以对尿素喷射装置喷射的尿素进行加热;控制装置,根据柴油机排气管中的尾气温度以及柴油机的工作状况决定是否对加热模块进行加热,以及加热所需要的功率。本发明的SCR柴油机后处理系统在任何排气温度下都可以使尿素充分水解,使尾气中的氮氧化物能够完全反应生成无害的氮气和水,可以有效降低SCR系统的起燃点,大大缩小尾气的排放死点,从而大大改善系统的效能,满足高规格的排放标准;另外,本发明适用范围广泛,可适用于气助系统和无气助系统。

Description

一种SCR柴油机后处理系统
技术领域
本发明涉及尾气处理领域,尤其涉及一种SCR柴油机后处理系统。
背景技术
SCR柴油机后处理系统是处理柴油机尾气污染的一种重要系统,它主要用于降低尾气中的氮氧化物,具有处理效率高,不影响发动机性能和效率,对柴油中含硫量不敏感等优点。
SCR系统的基本工作原理是:根据发动机的工作状况和尾气排放管的温度,向尾气排放管中喷入适当数量的尿素水溶液,尿素溶液在尾气管内的高温作用下水解成为氨和二氧化碳,在适当催化剂的作用下氨同尾气中的氮氧化物反应生成无害的氮气和水,从而达到消除污染的目的。
现有技术中,尿素的水解在排气管内借助尾气的高温自然发生,或借助催化剂加速。由于尿素水解高度依赖于排气管的温度,当发动机处于低功率运行状态时排气温度比较低,尿素水解缓慢,甚至完全不反应,导致SCR的效能很差甚至完全无效,当尾气中没有足够的氨时氮氧化物难以消除,因而达不到足够的转化率,使得尾气的排放到不到标准而污染环境。
有鉴于上述的缺陷,本设计人,积极加以研究创新,以期创设一种新型结构的SCR柴油机后处理系统,使其更具有产业上的利用价值。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种SCR柴油机后处理系统,使得在排气温度不够高的情况下仍然有足够量的尿素水解成为氨,从而降低SCR系统的起燃点,即氮氧化物转化率达到50%所需的温度。
本发明的SCR柴油机后处理系统,包括
-SCR催化剂,用于将所述柴油机排气管中的尾气进行还原反应;
-尿素喷射装置,用于向所述柴油机排气管中喷射尿素;
-加热装置,设置于所述柴油机排气管中,用以对所述尿素喷射装置喷射的尿素进行加热;
-控制装置,根据所述柴油机排气管中的尾气温度以及所述柴油机的工作状况决定是否对所述加热模块进行加热,以及加热所需要的功率。
进一步的,所述控制装置包括与所述柴油机及所述加热装置连接的控制器,以及用于检测所述柴油机排气管中温度的温度传感器。
进一步的,所述控制器根据所述温度传感器检测的温度、所述柴油机排气的流量间歇控制所述加热装置进行加热或控制所述加热装置的加热功率。
进一步的,所述尿素喷射装置具有朝向所述加热装置的尿素喷嘴。
进一步的,所述加热装置为螺旋状的电加热管,所述电加热管的两极连接在所述柴油机排气管的管壁上;另外,本发明适用范围广泛,可适用于气助系统和无气助系统。
借由上述方案,本发明的SCR柴油机后处理系统在任何排气温度下都可以使尿素充分水解,使尾气中的氮氧化物能够完全反应生成无害的氮气和水,可以有效降低SCR系统的起燃点,大大缩小尾气的排放死点,从而大大改善系统的效能,满足高规格的排放标准。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
参见图1,本发明一较佳实施例所述的一种SCR柴油机后处理系统,包括SCR催化剂、尿素喷射装置、加热装置、控制装置。SCR催化剂用于将柴油机(即发动机)排气管中的尾气进行还原反应,SCR催化剂使氨同尾气中的氮氧化物反应生成无害的氮气和水;尿素喷射装置用于向柴油机排气管中喷射尿素;加热装置设置于柴油机排气管中,用以在尾气温度较低情况下对尿素喷射装置喷射的尿素进行加热;控制装置根据柴油机排气管中的尾气温度以及柴油机的工作状况决定是否对加热模块进行加热,以及加热所需要的功率。
具体的,控制装置包括与柴油机及加热装置连接的控制器,以及用于检测柴油机排气管中温度的温度传感器,控制器根据温度传感器检测的温度、柴油机排气的流量间歇控制加热装置进行加热或控制加热装置的加热功率。排气的流量可以根据发动机的转速和扭矩推算,也可由发动机直接报告给出,控制器通过CAN总线上读取发动机的相关信息即可对加热装置进行控制。
本发明中,加热装置设置在尿素喷射装置的下游,即尿素喷射装置具有朝向加热装置的尿素喷嘴。
优选的,本发明中的加热装置为连接在柴油机排气管的管壁上呈螺旋状的电加热管,成本低、安装方便。
如图2所示,作为本发明的较佳实施方式,将电加热管30设置为螺旋形状,电加热管30的两极从排气管10的管壁上伸出接电,尿素喷嘴20也从排气管10的管壁上穿入,伸到电加热管30的中间。工作时,尿素喷嘴20向四面喷射出尿素,尿素周围的电加热管30瞬间对其加热,使得刚喷射出的尿素即刻被水解成为氨和二氧化碳,在催化剂的作用下氨同尾气中的氮氧化物反应生成无害的氮气和水,从而达到消除污染的目的。
本发明通过在尿素喷嘴的下游方向加装一个加热装置,该加热装置可以受控制器的控制也可以不受控制,即控制器可以根据温度传感器的读数以及发动机的工作状况决定是否对加热装置进行加热,以及加热所需要的功率,当排气温度足够高的时候可以不必启动加热装置。当排气温度较低,开启加热装置,喷嘴喷出的尿素首先进入加热模块,加热到足够温度使得尿素得到充分水解,与尾气进行完全反应。由于加热装置仅对尿素及少部分流经的尾气加热,因而可以用比较小的功率达到足够高的温度使尿素水解,成本较低。
可见本发明在任何排气温度下都可以使尿素充分水解,使尾气中的氮氧化物能够完全反应生成无害的氮气和水,可以有效降低SCR系统的起燃点,大大缩小尾气的排放死点,从而大大改善系统的效能,满足高规格的排放标准;另外,本发明适用范围广泛,可适用于气助系统和无气助系统。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,并不用于限制本发明,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变型,这些改进和变型也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种SCR柴油机后处理系统,其特征在于:
包括SCR催化剂,用于将所述柴油机排气管中的尾气进行还原反应;尿素喷射装置,用于向所述柴油机排气管中喷射尿素;
加热装置,设置于所述柴油机排气管中,用以对所述尿素喷射装置喷射的尿素进行加热;
控制装置,根据所述柴油机排气管中的尾气温度以及所述柴油机的工作状况决定是否对所述加热模块进行加热,以及加热所需要的功率;
所述尿素喷射装置具有朝向所述加热装置的尿素喷嘴;
所述加热装置为螺旋状的电加热管,所述电加热管的两极连接在所述柴油机排气管的管壁上;所述尿素喷嘴从排气管的管壁上穿入,伸到电加热管的中间;所述尿素喷嘴朝向所述电加热管的一端成L型;
所述控制装置包括与所述柴油机及所述加热装置连接的控制器,以及用于检测所述柴油机排气管中温度的温度传感器;
所述控制器根据所述温度传感器检测的温度、所述柴油机排气的流量控制所述加热装置的加热功率。
