本发明提供一种拉珠外遮阳一体化窗，其特征是：在一体化遮阳窗的内封板上连接有主动轮2，所述主动轮上连接有拉珠链3，主动轮2的轴与蜗杆4同轴，蜗轮蜗杆减速器的壳体6是另一个支座；所述主动轮的轴上有密封圈7、密封壳8，密封壳安装在驱动支座上。本发明的有益效果是：解决了传统手拉珠不能用于一体化窗的问题；主动轮的轴上可安装密封装置，它不仅能传递动力，还能保证一体化外遮阳窗有良好的气密性和水密性；结构简单、成本低廉、操作便捷。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑节能领域，具体是一种拉珠外遮阳一体化窗。
背景技术
目前，外遮阳一体化窗的驱动方式有两种，一种是采用管状电机带动旋转卷管使遮阳帘布伸展、收回，其缺点是成本高；另一种是采用手摇杆通过减速器带动旋转卷管使遮阳帘布伸展、收回，其缺点是人必须两只手操作，操控性能不好。
目前，公知的窗帘驱动有手拉带盒、摇柄、曲柄、手拉珠等，其中手拉珠以其成本低、可单手操作、操控性好、结构简单、安装方便而得到广泛应用。但传统的手拉珠驱动有一缺陷：拉珠链的一半在卷帘帘布的一侧、拉珠链的另一半在卷帘帘布的另一侧，拉珠链必须通过帘布的两侧外构成回路。
一体化外遮阳窗的外遮阳帘布在窗外，窗关闭状态下拉珠链无法构成回路，另外整窗还有气密性、水密性要求，因此，传统的手拉珠驱动无法应用于防风窗帘和防风外遮阳卷帘。
发明内容
本发明的目的是：针对现有技术的不足，推出一种拉珠外遮阳一体化窗。
本发明的技术方案如下：
一种拉珠外遮阳一体化窗，其特征是：在一体化遮阳窗的内封板上连接有主动轮，所述主动轮上连接有拉珠链，主动轮的轴与蜗杆同轴，蜗轮蜗杆减速器的壳体是另一个支座。
所述主动轮的轴插入蜗杆轴的孔内，它们采用的是方轴与方孔配合。
所述主动轮的轴插入蜗杆轴的孔内，它们采用的是六边轴与六边孔配合。
所述主动轮的轴上有密封圈、密封壳，密封壳安装在一体化遮阳窗的内封板上。
本发明的有益效果是：
1、解决了传统手拉珠不能用于一体化窗的问题；
2、主动轮的轴上可安装密封装置，它不仅能传递动力，还能保证一体化外遮阳窗有良好的气密性和水密性；
3、结构简单、成本低廉、操作便捷。

具体实施方式
对照图1，对本发明的结构及工作原理描述如下：
拉动拉珠链3，主动轮2旋转，带动蜗杆4旋转，与蜗杆4相配合的蜗轮5旋转带动卷布筒9旋转，卷在卷布筒上的、放出部分边部在导轨11内的帘布10随着卷布筒9的旋转收起或放下。停止拉珠链，由于涡轮蜗杆的作用，帘布10会立即停止而不会下滑。
安装在一体化遮阳窗的内封板1上的密封圈7、密封壳8能使整个驱动装置不仅能传递动力，还能具有良好的密封性能，从而保证了一体化外遮阳窗的气密性和水密性能达到要求。

1.一种拉珠外遮阳一体化窗，其特征是：在一体化遮阳窗的内封板（1）上连接有主动轮（2），所述主动轮上连接有拉珠链（3），主动轮（2）的轴与蜗杆（4）同轴，蜗轮蜗杆减速器的壳体（6）是另一个支座。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种拉珠外遮阳一体化窗，其特征是：所述主动轮（2）的轴插入蜗杆（4）轴的孔内，它们采用的是方轴与方孔配合。
