Abstract

本发明属于地坪的制备领域,具体涉及一种可变幻影像的地坪;该地坪自下而上包括底漆层、固定层、可变幻影像层和罩光层。所述的可变幻影像层为将PET光栅材料有序排列在半干的固定层表面上,形成板状的光栅整体结构,对其表面进行电晕处理和打底上光处理;然后喷涂具有3D立体效果的图画;从而能在一个相对静止的画面里制造出有动感的图案内容,即制得可变幻影像的地坪。而且通过喷涂3D图画,灵活方便,可根据客户需求喷涂相应的图画,呈现多种多样的地坪,满足不同客户的需求,易于推广。

技术领域
本发明属于地坪的制备领域,具体涉及一种可变幻影像的地坪。
背景技术
现有的地坪一般都是以实用性为主,地坪制作时根据用途的不同,会对其性能做相应调整。如用于医院地面、食品厂车间地面、制药厂车间地面、实验楼地面、机房地面等地方的地坪,对地坪的耐污性、耐久性、耐腐蚀性要求较高;而用于地下停车场、工厂库房(过叉车区域)等地方的地坪,对地坪的抗冲压、抗腐蚀、耐磨性能要求较高。随着人们经济水平的提高,在具备实用性的前提下,人们对地坪的美观性要求越来越高。现有的地坪图案一般均是二维的,无立体效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种可变幻影像的地坪,呈现立体3D效果图。该地坪通过在光栅材料上喷涂具有3D立体效果的图画,制得变幻影像层;施工方便,灵活度高,可根据客户需求喷涂相应的图画,呈现多种多样的地坪,满足不同客户的需求,易于推广。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种可变幻影像的地坪,所述的地坪自下而上,包括底漆层、固定层、可变幻影像层和罩光层;
所述的底漆层按重量份计包括以下组分:环氧树脂E-42 50-60份、固化剂20-30份、活性稀释剂20-25份、附着力促进剂0.8-2份;
所述的固定层按重量份计包括以下组分:环氧树脂E-42 30-40份、固化剂8-10份、活性稀释剂5-8份、流平剂0.1-0.5份、润湿分散剂0.6-3.0份、消泡剂0.2-1.0份、滑石粉10-15份、二氧化硅粉10-15份、三(2,3-二溴丙基)异三聚氰酸酯7-12份;
可变幻影像层:将PET光栅材料有序排列在半干的固定层表面上,形成板状的光栅整体结构,对其表面进行电晕处理和打底上光处理;然后喷涂具有3D立体效果的图画,即形成可变幻影像层;
所述的罩光层按重量份计包括以下组分:环氧树脂E-42 50-60份、固化剂20-30份、活性稀释剂20-25份、附着力促进剂0.8-2份、NANOBYK-3650 0.04-0.1份。
底漆层、罩光层中所述的固化剂为改性脂环胺,所述的活性稀释剂为烯丙基缩水甘油醚,附着力促进剂为BYK-4511。
固定层中消泡剂为BYK-8801,润湿分散剂为BYK-9076,流平剂为BYK-354,固化剂为改性脂环胺。
所述的PET光栅材料的光栅线数为10线、20线、30线、40线、50线、60线、70线中的一种。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1)本发明将PET光栅材料有序排列在半干的固定层表面上,形成板状的光栅整体结构;然后喷涂具有3D立体效果的图画;从而能在一个相对静止的画面里制造出立体的图案内容;而且通过喷涂3D图画,灵活方便,可根据客户需求喷涂相应的图画,呈现多种多样的地坪,满足不同客户的需求,易于推广;
2)罩光层可以有效地保护变幻影像层,并较好地呈现有3D立体效果的图案,同时具有高光度、耐磨性好、耐化学性好等优点,使本发明的地坪使用寿命长。

本发明用下列实施例来进一步说明本发明,但本发明的保护范围并不限于下列实施例。
实施例1
一种可变幻影像的地坪,所述的地坪自下而上,包括底漆层、固定层、可变幻影像层和罩光层;
所述的底漆层按重量份计包括以下组分:环氧树脂E-42 50份、固化剂30份、活性稀释剂20份、附着力促进剂2份;
所述的固定层按重量份计包括以下组分:环氧树脂E-42 30份、固化剂10份、活性稀释剂5份、流平剂0.5份、润湿分散剂0.6份、消泡剂1.0份、滑石粉10份、二氧化硅粉15份、三(2,3-二溴丙基)异三聚氰酸酯7份;
可变幻影像层:将50线的PET光栅材料有序排列在半干的固定层表面上,形成板状的光栅整体结构,对其表面进行电晕处理和打底上光处理;然后喷涂具有3D立体效果的图画,即形成可变幻影像层;
所述的罩光层按重量份计包括以下组分:环氧树脂E-42 50份、固化剂30份、活性稀释剂20份、附着力促进剂2份、NANOBYK-3650 0.04份。
实施例2
一种可变幻影像的地坪,所述的地坪自下而上,包括底漆层、固定层、可变幻影像层和罩光层;
所述的底漆层按重量份计包括以下组分:环氧树脂E-42 60份、固化剂20份、活性稀释剂25份、附着力促进剂0.8份;
所述的固定层按重量份计包括以下组分:环氧树脂E-42 40份、固化剂8份、活性稀释剂8份、流平剂0.1份、润湿分散剂3.0份、消泡剂0.2份、滑石粉15份、二氧化硅粉10份、三(2,3-二溴丙基)异三聚氰酸酯12份;
可变幻影像层:将10线的PET光栅材料有序排列在半干的固定层表面上,形成板状的光栅整体结构,对其表面进行电晕处理和打底上光处理;然后喷涂具有3D立体效果的图画,即形成可变幻影像层;
所述的罩光层按重量份计包括以下组分:环氧树脂E-42 60份、固化剂20份、活性稀释剂25份、附着力促进剂0.8份、NANOBYK-3650 0.1份。
实施例3
一种可变幻影像的地坪,所述的地坪自下而上,包括底漆层、固定层、可变幻影像层和罩光层;
所述的底漆层按重量份计包括以下组分:环氧树脂E-42 55份、固化剂25份、活性稀释剂22份、附着力促进剂1.2份;
所述的固定层按重量份计包括以下组分:环氧树脂E-42 35份、固化剂9份、活性稀释剂6份、流平剂0.3份、润湿分散剂2份、消泡剂0.8份、滑石粉12份、二氧化硅粉12份、三(2,3-二溴丙基)异三聚氰酸酯9份;
可变幻影像层:将70线的PET光栅材料有序排列在半干的固定层表面上,形成板状的光栅整体结构,对其表面进行电晕处理和打底上光处理;然后喷涂具有3D立体效果的图画,即形成可变幻影像层;
所述的罩光层按重量份计包括以下组分:环氧树脂E-42 55份、固化剂25份、活性稀释剂22份、附着力促进剂1.3份、NANOBYK-3650 0.07份。

所述的底漆层按重量份计包括以下组分:环氧树脂E-42 50-60份、固化剂20-30份、活性稀释剂20-25份、附着力促进剂0.8-2份;
所述的固定层按重量份计包括以下组分:环氧树脂E-42 30-40份、固化剂8-10份、活性稀释剂5-8份、流平剂0.1-0.5份、润湿分散剂0.6-3.0份、消泡剂0.2-1.0份、滑石粉10-15份、二氧化硅粉10-15份、三(2,3-二溴丙基)异三聚氰酸酯7-12份;消泡剂为BYK-8801,润湿分散剂为BYK-9076,流平剂为BYK-354,固化剂为改性脂环胺;
可变幻影像层:将PET光栅材料有序排列在半干的固定层表面上,形成板状的光栅整体结构,对其表面进行电晕处理和打底上光处理;然后喷涂具有3D立体效果的图画,即形成可变幻影像层;
所述的罩光层按重量份计包括以下组分:环氧树脂E-42 50-60份、固化剂20-30份、活性稀释剂20-25份、附着力促进剂0.8-2份、NANOBYK-3650 0.04-0.1份;底漆层、罩光层中所述的固化剂为改性脂环胺,所述的活性稀释剂为烯丙基缩水甘油醚,附着力促进剂为BYK-4511。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可变幻影像的地坪,其特征在于:所述的PET光栅材料的光栅线数为10线、20线、30线、40线、50线、60线、70线中的一种。
