Abstract

本发明涉及铝合金加工技术领域,具体是涉及一种铝合金表面磷化处理用处理液。由7份马来酸酐、6份钼酸铵、5份水杨酸、0.5份黄酮甙、5份硝酸胍和90份去离子水制成。本发明的磷化方法中使用的处理液,其配方设计新颖、合理,特别是添加了少量的黄酮甙,可以显著提高处理液的处理效率。可以显著提高涂装膜层与铝合金之间的结合力,并显著提高铝合金的耐腐蚀性。

技术领域
本发明涉及铝合金加工技术领域,具体是涉及一种铝合金表面磷化处理用处理液。
背景技术
铝合金在涂装等步骤前,需要对其进行磷化处理,以形成磷化膜,从而提高铝合金表面的耐腐蚀性。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种铝合金表面磷化处理用处理液,为实现上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
一种铝合金表面磷化处理用处理液,由7份马来酸酐、6份钼酸铵、5份水杨酸、0.5份黄酮甙、5份硝酸胍和90份去离子水制成。
本发明的有益效果表现在:
1)、磷化方法中使用的处理液,其配方设计新颖、合理,特别是添加了少量的黄酮甙,可以显著提高处理液的处理效率。可以显著提高涂装膜层与铝合金之间的结合力,并显著提高铝合金的耐腐蚀性。
2)、处理液的制备方法,通过逐步添加以及合理选择加料顺序,不仅能够提高各物质之间的溶解性能,还能避免颗粒团聚的可能,使处理液的磷化处理效率得到显著提升。
3)、通过合理设计处理液的配方以及处理液的制备方法,从而实现铝合金表面的磷化膜快速形成,且厚度均匀,继而提高了铝合金的重复利用度,提高铝合金产品的质量品质。
具体实施方式
以下将结合实施例,对本发明进行较为详细的说明。但是,实施例内容仅是对本发明所作的举例和说明,所属本技术领域的技术人员对所描述的具体实施例做各种各样的修改或补充或采用类似的方式替代,只要不偏离发明的构思或者超越本权利要求书所定义的范围,均应属于本发明的保护范围。
一、处理液的组成
7份马来酸酐、6份钼酸铵、5份水杨酸、0.5份黄酮甙、5份硝酸胍和90份去离子水。
二、处理液的制备方法为:
首先向容器中加入7份马来酸酐和40份去离子水,搅拌5分钟;接着缓慢加入5份水杨酸,边加边搅拌,添加完毕后搅拌5分钟;接着缓慢加入6份钼酸铵和20份去离子水,边加边搅拌,添加完毕后搅拌5分钟;然后缓慢加入0.5份黄酮甙,边加边搅拌,添加完毕后搅拌10分钟;最后快速加入5份硝酸胍和30份去离子水,搅拌10分钟。
三、铝合金表面磷化处理用处理液,步骤如下:
步骤①、擦除铝合金表面的油污,接着使用乙醇擦洗5分钟,再用清水冲洗;
步骤②、使用砂纸对铝合金表面进行打磨,接着采用0.1mol/L的氢氧化钠溶液碱蚀以除去其表面的氧化膜,碱蚀后用清水冲洗;
步骤③、将铝合金放入预先加热至45℃的处理液中浸泡5分钟;
步骤④、捞出后用水冲洗直至水的pH值恢复至中性;
步骤⑤、放入恒温炉中干燥1小时,恒温炉内温度为100℃。
