Abstract

本发明涉及一种纺织品整理剂,特别涉及一种毛织物洗前去污处理剂。包括如下重量份的组分:纤维素酶3-5份、脂肪溶解酶3-5份、碱性蛋白溶解酶5-8份、异构脂肪醇醚10-15份、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物10-15份、聚甲基氢硅氧烷10-12份、羊毛脂醇聚氧乙烯醚5-10份、异辛醇聚氧乙稀醚磷酸酯5-8份、氢氧化钠2-4份、聚丙烯酰胺5-6份和去离子水12-42份。本发明的毛织物洗前去污处理剂使得处理后的毛衫去污能力大大的提高,只需用普通的洗涤剂就能清除毛衫上的油污,且经久耐洗,可以适用于油污大的特殊作业领域,并且经处理后的毛衫具有蓬松好、糯感强的特殊手感。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种纺织品整理剂,特别涉及一种毛织物洗前去污处理剂。
背景技术
随着毛织物销量的增多,对毛织物的保养越来越重视,尤其像毛织物的衣服长期暴露在人群密集地,难免沾染许多灰尘、油渍和细菌,所以要加强保养,才能保持毛织物的亮泽和柔软度,以防止对衣物的损伤。但目前的毛织物处理剂种类也非常多,性能不一,高效的产品往往价格也高,稳定性差,腐蚀作用比较强,有些去污效果不佳,使用后衣物手感不柔软,而且无抗静电能力,所以要改进技术来提高性能,满足使用需求。这就需要一款即能高效去除油污又能对皮肤没有伤害、无毒性、稳定性高的多功能织物洗前预处理产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种具有高效的去污力,洗后手感柔软,光泽好,具有抗静电的毛织物洗前去污处理剂。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的毛织物洗前去污处理剂,包括如下重量份的组分:纤维素酶3-5份、脂肪溶解酶3-5份、碱性蛋白溶解酶5-8份、异构脂肪醇醚10-15份、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物10-15份、聚甲基氢硅氧烷10-12份、羊毛脂醇聚氧乙烯醚5-10份、异辛醇聚氧乙稀醚磷酸酯5-8份、氢氧化钠2-4份、聚丙烯酰胺5-6份和去离子水12-42份。
作为优选,所述的毛织物洗前去污处理剂,包括如下重量份的组分:纤维素酶4份、脂肪溶解酶4份、碱性蛋白溶解酶6份、异构脂肪醇醚12份、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物12份、聚甲基氢硅氧烷11份、羊毛脂醇聚氧乙烯醚8份、异辛醇聚氧乙稀醚磷酸酯7份、氢氧化钠3份、聚丙烯酰胺5份和去离子水38份。
本发明的毛织物洗前去污处理剂使得处理后的毛衫去污能力大大的提高,只需用普通的洗涤剂就能清除毛衫上的油污,且经久耐洗,可以适用于油污大的特殊作业领域,并且经处理后的毛衫具有蓬松好、糯感强的特殊手感。

一种毛织物洗前去污处理剂,包括如下重量份的组分:纤维素酶3份、脂肪溶解酶3份、碱性蛋白溶解酶5份、异构脂肪醇醚10份、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物15份、聚甲基氢硅氧烷10份、羊毛脂醇聚氧乙烯醚5份、异辛醇聚氧乙稀醚磷酸酯8份、氢氧化钠2份、聚丙烯酰胺5份和去离子水34份。
实施例2
一种毛织物洗前去污处理剂,包括如下重量份的组分:纤维素酶5份、脂肪溶解酶5份、碱性蛋白溶解酶8份、异构脂肪醇醚15份、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物10份、聚甲基氢硅氧烷12份、羊毛脂醇聚氧乙烯醚10份、异辛醇聚氧乙稀醚磷酸酯5份、氢氧化钠4份、聚丙烯酰胺6份和去离子水20份。

1.一种毛织物洗前去污处理剂,其特征在于:包括如下重量份的组分:纤维素酶3-5份、脂肪溶解酶3-5份、碱性蛋白溶解酶5-8份、异构脂肪醇醚10-15份、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物10-15份、聚甲基氢硅氧烷10-12份、羊毛脂醇聚氧乙烯醚5-10份、异辛醇聚氧乙稀醚磷酸酯5-8份、氢氧化钠2-4份、聚丙烯酰胺5-6份和去离子水12-42份。
