Abstract
本发明涉及一种具有储水功能的RO机及其工作方法,包括具有原水进口、净水出口和废水排出口的机体,所述机体上安装有RO滤芯,所述RO滤芯的进水口经前置滤芯与所述原水进口相连通,RO滤芯纯水出口经后置滤芯与所述净水出口相连通;所述机体上还安装有储水瓶,后置滤芯和RO滤芯之间的连通管道与储水瓶相连通。该具有储水功能的RO机结构新颖,使用方便,不仅解决了小流量RO机的供水流量问题,而且解决空间不足和美观上的问题,同时降低制造成本,防止储水瓶受细菌感染问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有储水功能的RO机及其工作方法。
背景技术
目前市场上所有小流量300G以下RO机由于流量小,需要另外配备储水桶才能满足龙头打开时出水流量要求,由于台下式RO机放置在橱柜下,增加储水桶占空间大,使用很不方便,而且容易受细菌感染。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的是提供一种使用方便,占用空间小的具有储水功能的RO机及其工作方法,增大龙头的出水流量。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种具有储水功能的RO机,包括具有原水进口、净水出口和废水排出口的机体,所述机体上安装有RO滤芯,所述RO滤芯的进水口经前置滤芯与所述原水进口相连通,RO滤芯纯水出口经后置滤芯与所述净水出口相连通,所述废水排出口与所述RO滤芯的废水出水口相连通,所述净水出口与出水龙头相连通;所述机体上还安装有储水瓶,后置滤芯和RO滤芯之间的连通管道与储水瓶相连通。
进一步的,所述储水瓶内设置有可伸缩内胆。
进一步的,位于RO滤芯的纯水出口还设置有单向阀,RO滤芯与前置滤芯之间的连通管道上设置有电磁阀、原水TDS探头和水泵。
进一步的,位于储水瓶与后置滤芯之间的连通管道上设置有控制所述水泵工作的高压压力开关。
进一步的,位于储水瓶与后置滤芯之间的连通管道上还设置有纯水TDS探头和流量计。
进一步的,位于前置滤芯与原水进口之间的连通管道上设置有低压压力开关。
本发明采用的另一技术方案是:一种具有储水功能的RO机的工作方法,采用如上所述的一种具有储水功能的RO机,并按以下步骤进行:(1)关闭出水龙头,水泵继续工作,水泵输出水压为70Psi,当RO滤芯与出水龙头之间压力达到40Psi时,水泵停止工作,储水瓶内胆被胀开并储存了有纯水;(2)打开出水龙头,RO滤芯与出水龙头之间的水压降低,水泵开始工作,同时储水桶的内胆由于自身弹力而收缩并将内胆中储存的纯水挤出以增大出水龙头的出水流量。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明RO机结构新颖,使用方便,不仅解决了小流量RO机的供水流量问题,而且解决空间不足和美观上的问题,同时降低制造成本,防止储水瓶受细菌感染问题。

具体实施方式
如图1~3所示,一种具有储水功能的RO机,包括具有原水进口110、净水出口120和废水排出口130的机体100,所述机体上安装有RO滤芯140,所述RO滤芯140的进水口经前置滤芯150与所述原水进口相连通,RO滤芯140纯水出口经后置滤芯160与所述净水出口相连通,所述废水排出口130与所述RO滤芯140的废水出水口相连通;所述机体100上还安装有储水瓶170,后置滤芯160和RO滤芯140之间的连通管道与储水瓶170相连通;储水瓶的形状与滤芯的形状一致,在出水龙头打开时,储水瓶170内的储存的水排出,与RO滤芯140纯水出排出的水一同供给出水龙头使用,以增大出水龙头的出水流量,储水瓶和各个滤芯一样安装在RO机的机体上,从而解决空间不足和美观上的问题,并且降低制造成本,解决储水桶细菌感染问题。
在本实施例中,所述储水瓶170内设置有可伸缩内胆171,所述内胆171采用橡皮材质。
在本实施例中,位于RO滤芯140的纯水出口还设置有单向阀,RO滤芯与前置滤芯之间的连通管道上设置有电磁阀、原水TDS探头和水泵,所述水泵的输出水压为70Psi。
在本实施例中,位于储水瓶170与后置滤芯160之间的连通管道上设置有由储水瓶内的压力控制通断的高压压力开关,所述高压压力开关的工作压力为40Psi。
在本实施例中,位于储水瓶170与后置滤芯160之间的连通管道上还设置有纯水TDS探头和流量计。
在本实施例中,位于前置滤芯150与原水进口之间的连通管道上设置有低压压力开关。
一种具有储水功能的RO机的工作方法,采用如上所述的一种具有储水功能的RO机,并按以下步骤进行:(1)关闭出水龙头,水泵继续工作,水泵输出水压为70Psi,当RO滤芯与出水龙头之间压力达到高压压力开关的工作压力40Psi时,水泵停止工作,储水瓶内胆被胀开并储存了有纯水,储水瓶内胆中的水压也是40Psi;(2)打开出水龙头,RO滤芯与出水龙头之间的水压降低,水泵开始工作,同时储水桶的内胆由于自身弹力而收缩并将内胆中储存的纯水挤出以增大出水龙头的出水流量。

Claims (7)
1.一种具有储水功能的RO机,其特征在于:包括具有原水进口、净水出口和废水排出口的机体,所述机体上安装有RO滤芯,所述RO滤芯的进水口经前置滤芯与所述原水进口相连通,RO滤芯纯水出口经后置滤芯与所述净水出口相连通;所述机体上还安装有储水瓶,后置滤芯和RO滤芯之间的连通管道与储水瓶相连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有储水功能的RO机,其特征在于:所述储水瓶内设置有可伸缩内胆。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有储水功能的RO机,其特征在于:位于RO滤芯的纯水出口还设置有单向阀,RO滤芯与前置滤芯之间的连通管道上设置有电磁阀、原水TDS探头和水泵。
4.根据权利要求3所述的具有储水功能的RO机,其特征在于:位于储水瓶与后置滤芯之间的连通管道上设置有控制所述水泵工作的高压压力开关。
5.根据权利要求4所述的具有储水功能的RO机,其特征在于:位于储水瓶与后置滤芯之间的连通管道上还设置有纯水TDS探头和流量计。
6.根据权利要求1所述的具有储水功能的RO机,其特征在于:位于前置滤芯与原水进口之间的连通管道上设置有低压压力开关。
7.一种具有储水功能的RO机的工作方法,其特征在于:采用如权利要求1~6所述的任一具有储水功能的RO机,并按以下步骤进行:(1)关闭出水龙头,水泵继续工作,水泵输出水压为70Psi,当RO滤芯与出水龙头之间压力达到40Psi时,水泵停止工作,储水瓶内胆被胀开并储存了有纯水;(2)打开出水龙头,RO滤芯与出水龙头之间的水压降低,水泵开始工作,同时储水桶的内胆由于自身弹力而收缩并将内胆中储存的纯水挤出以增大出水龙头的出水流量。
