本发明涉及一种电池极片输送装置,包含两条纵向平行放置的输送链;两条所述输送链之间设置有一圈间隔放置的放料盘;每条所述输送链的上下两面在两个链轮之间均设置有用于支撑放料盘的支撑杆;本发明能连续的运输电池极片,且在运输时能直接打磨电池极片表面的泡沫镍,从而提高了工作效率,减少了劳动强度。

本发明涉及电池制造领域,特指一种电池极片输送装置。
背景技术
目前电池极片表面的泡沫镍在清粉时基本采用人工搬运和手工打磨清粉,不仅劳动强度大,而且效率低,为此,我们研发了一种电池极片输送装置,能连续的运输电池极片,且在运输时能直接打磨电池极片表面的泡沫镍,从而提高了工作效率,减少了劳动强度。
发明内容
本发明目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种电池极片输送装置,能连续的运输电池极片,且在运输时能直接打磨电池极片表面的泡沫镍,从而提高了工作效率,减少了劳动强度。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种电池极片输送装置,包含两条纵向平行放置的输送链;两条所述输送链之间设置有一圈间隔放置的放料盘;每条所述输送链的上下两面在两个链轮之间均设置有用于支撑放料盘的支撑杆。
优选的,所述输送链通过电机带动凸轮分割器驱动。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明所述的电池极片输送装置能连续的运输电池极片,且在运输时能直接打磨电池极片表面的泡沫镍,从而提高了工作效率,减少了劳动强度。

附图1为本发明所述的电池极片输送装置,包含两条纵向平行放置的输送链1;两条所述输送链1之间设置有一圈间隔放置的放料盘3;每条所述输送链1的上下两面在两个链轮2之间均设置有用于支撑放料盘3的支撑杆4,使放料盘3在运输时更加平稳;所述输送链1通过电机带动凸轮分割器5驱动,能做间歇运动。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明所述的电池极片输送装置能连续的运输电池极片,且在运输时能直接打磨电池极片表面的泡沫镍,从而提高了工作效率,减少了劳动强度。
