本发明提供了一种编织袋装袋称量支撑机构，包括台面，台面一侧设有两根竖杆，两根竖杆之间设有一横杆，两根竖杆上分别设有一支撑臂，支撑臂与两根竖杆和一根横杆所在的平面垂直且与台面处于同一侧，两个支撑臂前端各设有一个开口夹，开口夹由两个铁片组成，一端用螺丝固定，所述螺丝配有螺母，开口夹的两个铁片以螺丝为轴转动，以螺母固定，进行打开与闭合，台面上设有台秤，开口夹的两个铁片前端为球形结构。本发明将编织袋的支撑结构和称量功能结合，通过开口夹的打开可以撑开编织袋，进而在物料装袋的过程中通过台秤起到一边装料一边称量的作用。该机构结构简单，方便实用，装货称重，一次完成，降低劳动强度，提高了工作效率。

一种编织袋装袋称量支撑机构，包括台面，其特征在于，所述台面一侧设有两根竖杆，所述两根竖杆之间设有一横杆，所述两根竖杆上分别设有一支撑臂，所述支撑臂与两根竖杆和一根横杆所在的平面垂直且与台面处于同一侧，所述两个支撑臂前端各设有一个开口夹，所述开口夹由两个铁片组成，一端用螺丝固定，所述螺丝配有螺母，所述开口夹的两个铁片以螺丝为轴转动，以螺母固定，进行打开与闭合，所述台面上设有台秤。
为避免开口夹的铁片刮坏编织袋，所述开口夹的两个铁片前端为球形结构。
本发明的有益效果和优点在于：本发明将编织袋的支撑结构和称量功能结合，通过开口夹的打开可以撑开编织袋，进而在物料装袋的过程中通过台秤起到一边装料一边称量的作用。该机构结构简单，方便实用，节约了人力资源和时间，装货称重，一次完成，降低劳动强度，提高了工作效率。

如图1所示，一种编织袋装袋称量支撑机构，包括台面1，台面1一侧设有两根竖杆2，两根竖杆2之间设有一横杆3，两根竖杆2上分别设有一支撑臂4，支撑臂4与两根竖杆2和一根横杆3所在的平面垂直且与台面1处于同一侧，两个支撑臂4前端各设有一个开口夹5，开口夹5由两个铁片组成，一端用螺丝固定，所述螺丝配有螺母，开口夹5的两个铁片以螺丝为轴转动，以螺母固定，进行打开与闭合，台面1上设有台秤6，开口夹5的两个铁片前端为球形结构。
使用时，将编织袋套在机构的开口夹5处，先打开一侧开口夹5用螺母固定，再打开另一侧开口夹5至编织袋撑开最大且不滑落，用螺母固定。往编织袋内装入物料，通过台秤6的称量功能可以实现物料的一边装袋、一边称量工作。

1.一种编织袋装袋称量支撑机构，包括台面(1)，其特征在于，所述台面(1)一侧设有两根竖杆(2)，所述两根竖杆(2)之间设有一横杆(3)，所述两根竖杆(2)上分别设有一支撑臂(4)，所述支撑臂(4)与两根竖杆(2)和一根横杆(3)所在的平面垂直且与台面(1)处于同一侧，所述两个支撑臂(4)前端各设有一个开口夹(5)，所述开口夹(5)由两个铁片组成，一端用螺丝固定，所述螺丝配有螺母，所述开口夹(5)的两个铁片以螺丝为轴转动，以螺母固定，进行打开与闭合，所述台面(1)上设有台秤(6)。
