本发明公开了一种多层粘接复合材料，包括PU合成革层、中间层、灭菌层和涤纶布层；中间层的一侧与PU合成革层进行粘接，中间层的另一侧与灭菌层的一侧进行粘接，灭菌层的另一侧与涤纶布层进行粘接。本发明的优点在于：本发明在潜水料的外表面粘接有PU合成革层，具有光泽柔和、自然，手感柔软，真皮感强的外观特性，将PU合成革层粘接到由潜水料制成的中间层的外表面可提高潜水料的外观以及耐磨、耐挠曲、抗老化、抗霉菌性等优异性能，其保留了潜水料的优势，同时解决了因潜水料特性而导致的易磨损和挠曲以及表面易滋生霉菌的技术问题。本发明在中间层和涤纶布层间，增加了灭菌层，能够有效避免复合材料出现霉变，滋生细菌等问题。

一种多层粘接复合材料
技术领域
本发明涉及复合材料技术领域，具体涉及一种多层粘接复合材料。
背景技术
Neoprene(SBRCR潜水料)材料的概述Neoprene，俗称潜水料，中文名称是氯丁橡胶。潜水料是一种合成橡胶发泡体，手感细腻，柔软，富有弹性，具有防震，保温，弹性，不透水，不透气等特点。化学组成：由氯丁二烯作单体、乳酸聚合而成的聚合体。特性及适用范围：耐候性好，耐臭氧老化，有自熄性，耐油性良好，拉伸强度、伸张率优良，但电绝缘性、贮藏稳定性较差，使用温度-35℃-130℃。目前潜水料用于制作电脑内胆包、IPAD包、电脑包、水杯包、冰包、便当包等生活用品包。但是由于潜水料的特性导致上述生活用品包易磨损和挠曲，表面易滋生霉菌，这一系列都会影响产品的品质。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足，现提供一种能够有
效避免细菌的滋生，增加其耐磨性的多层粘接复合材料。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案为：一种多层粘接复合材料，其创新点在于：包括PU合成革层、中间层、灭菌层和涤纶布层；所述中间层的一侧与PU合成革层进行粘接，所述中间层的另一侧与灭菌层的一侧进行粘接，所述灭菌层的另一侧与涤纶布层进行粘接。
进一步的，所述中间层为潜水料材质，所述中间层的厚度为0.01-0.2mm。
进一步的，所述灭菌层为改性铜离子面料，所述灭菌层的厚度为0.05-0.2mm。
本发明的有益效果如下：
（1）本发明在潜水料的外表面粘接有PU合成革层，PU合成革为现有材料，其化学成分为聚氨酯.具有光泽柔和、自然，手感柔软，真皮感强的外观特性，还具有与基材粘接性能优异、抗磨损、耐挠曲、抗老化、抗霉菌性好等物理特性，PU合成革还具备耐寒性好、透气、可洗涤、加工方便、成本低、防水、高弹性等优点，将PU合成革层粘接到由潜水料制成的中间层的外表面可提高潜水料的外观以及耐磨、耐挠曲、抗老化、抗霉菌性等优异性能，其保留了潜水料的优势，同时解决了因潜水料特性而导致的易磨损和挠曲以及表面易滋生霉菌的技术问题。
（2）本发明在中间层和涤纶布层间，增加了灭菌层，能够有效避免复合材料出现霉变，滋生细菌等问题。

以下由特定的具体实施例说明本发明的实施方式，熟悉此技术的人士可由本说明书所揭露的内容轻易地了解本发明的其他优点及功效。
如图1所示为本发明的结构示意图，一种多层粘接复合材料，包括PU合成革层1、中间层2、灭菌层3和涤纶布层4；中间层2的一侧与PU合成革层1进行粘接，中间层2的另一侧与灭菌层3的一侧进行粘接，灭菌层3的另一侧与涤纶布层4进行粘接。
中间层2为潜水料材质，中间层2的厚度为0.01-0.2mm；灭菌层3为改性铜离子面料，灭菌层3的厚度为0.05-0.2mm，本发明在中间层2和涤纶布层4间，增加了灭菌层3，能够有效避免复合材料出现霉变，滋生细菌等问题。
本发明在潜水料的外表面粘接有PU合成革层1，PU合成革为现有材料，其化学成分为聚氨酯.具有光泽柔和、自然，手感柔软，真皮感强的外观特性，还具有与基材粘接性能优异、抗磨损、耐挠曲、抗老化、抗霉菌性好等物理特性，PU合成革还具备耐寒性好、透气、可洗涤、加工方便、成本低、防水、高弹性等优点，将PU合成革层1粘接到由潜水料制成的中间层2的外表面可提高潜水料的外观以及耐磨、耐挠曲、抗老化、抗霉菌性等优异性能，其保留了潜水料的优势，同时解决了因潜水料特性而导致的易磨损和挠曲以及表面易滋生霉菌的技术问题。

1.一种多层粘接复合材料，其特征在于：包括PU合成革层、中间层、灭菌层和涤纶布层；所述中间层的一侧与PU合成革层进行粘接，所述中间层的另一侧与灭菌层的一侧进行粘接，所述灭菌层的另一侧与涤纶布层进行粘接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多层粘接复合材料，其特征在于：所述中间层为潜水料材质，所述中间层的厚度为0.01-0.2mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多层粘接复合材料，其特征在于：所述灭菌层为改性铜离子面料，所述灭菌层的厚度为0.05-0.2mm。
