Abstract
本发明公开了锡箔复合纸及其复合工艺,包括一侧粘结有塑料薄膜的锡箔层跟基纸层,锡箔层另一侧与基纸层之间涂布有阻燃布,该阻燃布层孔状,通过粘结剂将锡箔层与基纸层粘结。通过上述方式,提高了锡箔复合纸的强度跟韧性,因而可以弥补锡箔纸使用时容易产生裂痕或者针孔,容易破损的缺陷,有效提高了其使用效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种锡箔复合纸的复合工艺。
背景技术
夏季如果在楼顶覆盖一层锡箔一样的反光材料基本可以解决60%的太阳直射问题。剩下的就是要考虑这层金属反射膜本身也会变得很热,而将热量继续传递到楼板上。如果将这层反射膜架空,在膜和楼板间保留150~200mm的空气流通层,效果就会很好了。另外,锡箔纸有很好的光洁度和热反射性,有了锡箔纸的保护,香烟的味道就不会受到外界的刺激而走味,更重要的是它不会受到空气和环境潮湿而变味,香烟里的烟丝不会变质,使它们的保质期时间更长!另外还有隔热、美观的因素在里面。所以烟盒子里面都有层铂金纸。烧烤时也可用用到锡箔纸。包裹于食物外层,熟得很快而且香味浓郁,不易变冷。,现有的锡箔纸使用时容易产生裂痕或者针孔,容易破损,强度不高,严重影响锡箔纸的使用效果。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有韧性及高强度的锡箔复合纸。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种锡箔复合纸,包括一侧粘结有塑料薄膜的锡箔层跟基纸层,锡箔层另一侧与基纸层之间涂布有阻燃布,该阻燃布层孔状,通过粘结剂将锡箔层与基纸层粘结。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,粘结剂包括硅铝酸盐、无机陶瓷粉及稳定剂。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,粘结剂的各组分的重量比为10:2:0.5。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,该阻燃布的目数为200目。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述塑料薄膜为保护膜。
本发明还提供一种锡箔复合纸的复合工艺,采用干法复合机复合,其工艺如下:先将锡箔层一侧与塑料薄膜复合,复合速度为20-30m/s,然后在基纸层与锡箔层另一侧之间复合阻燃布,复合时通过在基纸层与锡箔层粘结有5-8g/m2粘结剂,复合速度为60-80m/s,即得产品。
本发明的有益效果是:通过阻燃布提高了锡箔复合纸的强度跟韧性,因而可以弥补锡箔纸使用时容易产生裂痕或者针孔,容易破损的缺陷,有效提高了其使用效果。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明的锡箔复合纸,包括一侧粘结有塑料薄膜的锡箔层跟基纸层,锡箔层另一侧与基纸层之间涂布有阻燃布,该阻燃布的目数为200目,该阻燃布层孔状,通过粘结剂将锡箔层与基纸层粘结,其中,粘结剂包括硅铝酸盐、无机陶瓷粉及稳定剂,其各组分的重量比为10:2:0.5,而塑料薄膜为保护膜,待全部生产工艺完成后可将塑料薄膜撕去,该薄膜起保护作用。
本发明还锡箔复合纸的复合工艺采用干法复合机复合,其工艺如下:先将锡箔层一侧与塑料薄膜复合,复合速度为25m/s,然后在基纸层与锡箔层另一侧之间复合阻燃布,复合时通过在基纸层与锡箔层粘结有7g/m2粘结剂,复合速度为80m/s,即得产品。该产品具有高强度及可靠的韧性,无毒无害,在日常生活中可以得到广泛应用。

Claims (6)
1.一种锡箔复合纸,其特征在于,包括一侧粘结有塑料薄膜的锡箔层跟基纸层,锡箔层另一侧与基纸层之间涂布有阻燃布,该阻燃布层孔状,通过粘结剂将锡箔层与基纸层粘结。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锡箔复合纸,其特征在于粘结剂包括硅铝酸盐、无机陶瓷粉及稳定剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的锡箔复合纸,其特征在于粘结剂的各组分的重量比为10:2:0.5。
4.根据权利要求1所述的锡箔复合纸,其特征在于该阻燃布的目数为200目。
5.根据权利要求1所述的锡箔复合纸,其特征在于所述塑料薄膜为保护膜。
6.一种锡箔复合纸的复合工艺,采用干法复合机复合,其特征在于,其工艺如下:先将锡箔层一侧与塑料薄膜复合,复合速度为20-30m/s,然后在基纸层与锡箔层另一侧之间复合阻燃布,复合时通过在基纸层与锡箔层粘结有5-8g/m2粘结剂,复合速度为60-80m/s,即得产品。
