由于山楂营养丰富,自古以来被当作养身延年的上品,当今也常作为具有保健作用的水果,深受人们的喜爱;金银花自古被誉为清热解毒的良药,既能宣散风热,还善清解血毒,用于各种热性病,如身热、发疹、发斑、热毒疮痈、咽喉肿痛等症,均效果显著,二者都有较好的保健效果,然而在食品加工领域,并没有将山楂和金银花结合在一起的饮品,且现有山楂饮料味感单一、保健性能模糊、口感单调、不太受人们,由于山楂饮料制作方法的不当,也使得山楂的保健成分流失。

为实现上述目的,本发明提供以下的技术方案:一种金银花山楂饮料制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)秤取原料,山楂180-300克、金银花20-50克、枸杞8-20克、白砂糖200-300克、三七7-12克、决明子10-15克、菊花10-15克;
(2)将新鲜的山楂、金银花、枸杞、三七、决明子和菊花在清水下冲洗2-4次;
(3)熬制原料水,将金银花、枸杞、三七、决明子和菊花放入锅内后加入2000-4000毫升水,用大火煮至沸腾后,用小火熬制2-5h,过滤得原料水;
(4)炒制山楂,在锅内加入白砂糖后用小火翻炒,翻炒2-5min后,白砂糖微微融化加入500-800ml水,调至中火熬至沸腾后调至小火,加入山楂,均匀翻炒山楂,使每个山楂果都均匀裹上糖汁,继续小火煮10-30min;
(5)煮制金银花山楂饮料,将步骤(3)中制得的原料水加至步骤(4)的锅内,用中火煮至沸腾后,焖至3-10min,即得到金银花山楂饮料。

一种金银花山楂饮料制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)秤取原料,山楂180克、金银花20克、枸杞8-克、白砂糖200克、三七7克、决明子10克、菊花10克;

(3)熬制原料水,将金银花、枸杞、三七、决明子和菊花放入锅内后加入3000毫升水,用大火煮至沸腾后,用小火熬制4h,过滤得原料水;
(4)炒制山楂,在锅内加入白砂糖后用小火翻炒,翻炒4min后,白砂糖微微融化加入700ml水,调至中火熬至沸腾后调至小火,加入山楂,均匀翻炒山楂,使每个山楂果都均匀裹上糖汁,继续小火煮20min;
(5)煮制金银花山楂饮料,将步骤(3)中制得的原料水加至步骤(4)的锅内,用中火煮至沸腾后,焖至7min,即得到金银花山楂饮料。
优选的,所述步骤(1)中选取正圆形状的山楂,且山楂表皮上的点较小,且表面光滑的山楂。
优选的,所述步骤(2)中山楂去除果蒂和果梗,并将山楂切成两半,去除山楂籽。
优选的,所述步骤(3)中,锅采用砂锅。
优选的,所述步骤(4)中,小火煮时需用铁铲不断翻炒,每7min需翻炒一次。
优选的,所述步骤(5)后,将金银花山楂饮料冷却2h后,进行高温灭菌后装罐冷藏。
实施例3
一种金银花山楂饮料制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)秤取原料,山楂300克、金银花50克、枸杞20克、白砂糖300克、三七12克、决明子15克、菊花10-15克;
(2)将新鲜的山楂、金银花、枸杞、三七、决明子和菊花在清水下冲洗4次;
(3)熬制原料水,将金银花、枸杞、三七、决明子和菊花放入锅内后加入4000毫升水,用大火煮至沸腾后,用小火熬制5h,过滤得原料水;
(4)炒制山楂,在锅内加入白砂糖后用小火翻炒,翻炒5min后,白砂糖微微融化加入800ml水,调至中火熬至沸腾后调至小火,加入山楂,均匀翻炒山楂,使每个山楂果都均匀裹上糖汁,继续小火煮30min;
(5)煮制金银花山楂饮料,将步骤(3)中制得的原料水加至步骤(4)的锅内,用中火煮至沸腾后,焖至10min,即得到金银花山楂饮料。

本发明是结合了金银花与山楂的优点,营养丰富,而且能健脾开胃有较好的保健效果,同时增加的枸杞、三七、决明子和菊花等多种中草药,有美容养颜、延缓衰老的功效,同时有非常好的清热效果,能够平肝、降血脂血压、滋阴润肺、顺气活血功能,饮用本品后在起到消暑解渴的同时,对提高人体免疫力、降低人体血脂血压、除祛内热的效果,在保证山楂的原本的风味的基础上,增强了其口感,结合了金银花的清热解毒的功效,且克服了金银花药性寒凉,脾胃虚寒者不宜食用的缺陷,本发明饮料为浅红色澄明液体,清澈透明,略有清香,且口感清甜中带有山楂的酸味,爽口不腻。

Claims (6)
1.一种金银花山楂饮料制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)秤取原料,山楂180-300克、金银花20-50克、枸杞8-20克、白砂糖200-300克、三七7-12克、决明子10-15克、菊花10-15克;
(2)将新鲜的山楂、金银花、枸杞、三七、决明子和菊花在清水下冲洗2-4次;
(3)熬制原料水,将金银花、枸杞、三七、决明子和菊花放入锅内后加入2000-4000毫升水,用大火煮至沸腾后,用小火熬制2-5h,过滤得原料水;
(4)炒制山楂,在锅内加入白砂糖后用小火翻炒,翻炒2-5min后,白砂糖微微融化加入500-800ml水,调至中火熬至沸腾后调至小火,加入山楂,均匀翻炒山楂,使每个山楂果都均匀裹上糖汁,继续小火煮10-30min;
(5)煮制金银花山楂饮料,将步骤(3)中制得的原料水加至步骤(4)的锅内,用中火煮至沸腾后,焖至3-10min,即得到金银花山楂饮料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种金银花山楂饮料制作方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中选取正圆形状的山楂,且山楂表皮上的点较小,且表面光滑的山楂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种金银花山楂饮料制作方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中山楂去除果蒂和果梗,并将山楂切成两半,去除山楂籽。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种金银花山楂饮料制作方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中,锅采用砂锅。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种金银花山楂饮料制作方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中,小火煮时需用铁铲不断翻炒,每5-10min需翻炒一次。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种金银花山楂饮料制作方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(5)后,将金银花山楂饮料冷却1-3h后,进行高温灭菌后装罐冷藏。
