本发明公开了一种控制型同轴复合电力电缆,从内到外包括内导体、橡胶填充层、外导体、橡胶隔离层以及外护套;所述的内导体由位于其中心的承载芯以及以承载芯为圆心围绕在加强芯外的若干根铝合金导体绞合而成;外导体由数量相同的控制线芯和铜导体间隔绞合而成;在橡胶隔离层与外护套之间设有塑料软管;所述的外护套上还设有温度感应报警器,在温度感应报警器外还设有保护套;所述的塑料软管上设有四个等距的卡槽,外护套上设有四个与卡槽相对应的等距的卡口。本发明具有强度高,抗撕裂、伸长率好,方便人工进行敷设等优点。

一种控制型同轴复合电力电缆
技术领域
本发明涉及电缆技术领域,尤其涉及一种控制型同轴复合电力电缆。
背景技术
目前,国内电力电缆和控制电缆都用具体的国家标准,在生产时分别对这两种电缆进行生产,客户使用时也需对两种电缆分别进行敷设,及增加了生产成本用增加了敷设施工成本。
现有技术采用支撑架对电缆进行支撑,通过增加支撑架的形式来保护电缆,具有一定的效果,但增加了敷设成本和时间,加之电缆本身承载性能差,施工过程中难免会因为不慎操作造成电缆的线芯损坏的问题;现有技术大部分都是采用金属抗压管来增加抗压性能,由于采用的是金属,而其他层为塑料层,互相之间融合性差,影响电缆的性能;现有的电缆外护套都是采用挤包方式挤包在最外层,这种方式时间长了,容易松弛或者脱离;另外,大部分电缆都是由温度过高,引起自燃,造成很大的损失。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有技术的问题,提供了一种控制型同轴复合电力电缆,解决了现有技术中存在的问题。
本发明所述的一种控制型同轴复合电力电缆,从内到外包括内导体、橡胶填充层、外导体、橡胶隔离层以及外护套;所述的内导体由位于其中心的承载芯以及以承载芯为圆心围绕在加强芯外的若干根铝合金导体绞合而成;外导体由数量相同的控制线芯和铜导体间隔绞合而成;在橡胶隔离层与外护套之间设有塑料软管;所述的外护套上还设有温度感应报警器,温度感应报警器的高度不大于0.3mm,宽度不大于0.8mm;在温度感应报警器外还设有保护套;所述的塑料软管上设有四个等距的卡槽,外护套上设有四个与卡槽相对应的等距的卡口。
进一步改进,所述的控制线芯由控制导体以及挤包在控制导体外的控制线芯绝缘层构成。
进一步改进,所述的承载芯为镀锌钢丝。
与现有技术相比,本发明有益效果在于:
1、本发明具有很强的自承载性能,电缆的内导体中心层有一根中心承载芯,内导体的受力点集中在中心承载芯上,电缆在收放卷绕过程中,保护了内导体,并且不易折断;
2、本发明将控制线芯设置在外导体内,不仅可以同时起到信号传递和控制作用,还能避免了控制线芯与内导体之间的信号干扰,同时也是对控制线芯的一种保护,不易使其受到破坏。
3、本发明采用塑料软管替代金属抗压管,具有更好的机械强度高、抗压性能、防潮及密封性、弯曲性能的同时也使得电缆更加的柔软,并且塑料能与其他层的融合性更好;
4、外护套采用聚氨酯材料构成,具有强度高,抗撕裂、伸长率好的优点,同时具有重量轻的优点,非常方便人工进行敷设。
5、聚氨酯材料构成的外护套,其表面极为光滑,能长期保证在盐雾环境下的使用寿命,同时自洁能力强,海生物很难附着在电缆表面,与现有技术相比,其使用寿命增加了2倍以上。
6、本发明外护套还设有温度感应报警器,能检测电缆在工作时的温度变化,若超出该电缆所承受的温度,报警器就会报警,工作人员就可以切断电源,防止电缆被烧坏,增加了安全性,避免了电缆燃烧而造成的损失,也节约了成本。
7、为了使电缆外护套不易松弛和脱离,外护套和塑料软管相应的设有卡槽和卡口,外护套通过卡口卡入软管的卡槽内,使得电缆的结构长时间得到稳固,保证电缆性能的稳定性。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种控制型同轴复合电力电缆,从内到外包括内导体、橡胶填充层3、外导体、橡胶隔离层5以及外护套7;所述的内导体由位于其中心的承载芯1以及以承载芯为圆心围绕在加强芯外的若干根铝合金导体2绞合而成;外导体由数量相同的控制线芯和铜导体4间隔绞合而成;在橡胶隔离层5与外护套7之间设有塑料软管6;所述的外护套7上还设有温度感应报警器10,温度感应报警器的高度不大于0.3mm,宽度不大于0.8mm;在温度感应报警器10外还设有保护套11;所述的塑料软管6上设有四个等距的卡槽61,外护套7上设有四个与卡槽61相对应的等距的卡口71。
其中,所述的控制线芯由控制导体8以及挤包在控制导体外的控制线芯绝缘层9构成。
所述的承载芯1为镀锌钢丝,内导体的受力点集中在中心承载芯上,电缆在收放卷绕过程中,保护了内导体,并且不易折断。
本发明将现有技术中的绝缘层改为橡胶填充层,主要是利用填充层来更好的保护内导体。
本发明具体应用途径很多,以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种控制型同轴复合电力电缆,从内到外包括内导体、橡胶填充层(3)、外导体、橡胶隔离层(5)以及外护套(7);其特征在于:所述的内导体由位于其中心的承载芯(1)以及以承载芯为圆心围绕在加强芯外的若干根铝合金导体(2)绞合而成;外导体由数量相同的控制线芯和铜导体(4)间隔绞合而成;在橡胶隔离层(5)与外护套(7)之间设有塑料软管(6);所述的外护套(7)上还设有温度感应报警器(10),温度感应报警器的高度不大于0.3mm,宽度不大于0.8mm;在温度感应报警器(10)外还设有保护套(11);所述的塑料软管(6)上设有四个等距的卡槽(61),外护套(7)上设有四个与卡槽(61)相对应的等距的卡口(71)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的控制型同轴复合电力电缆,其特征在于:所述的控制线芯由控制导体(8)以及挤包在控制导体外的控制线芯绝缘层(9)构成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的控制型同轴复合电力电缆,其特征在于:所述的承载芯(1)为镀锌钢丝。
