本发明提供了一种高强度电缆,所述电缆包括缆芯和护套层,所述缆芯包括位于中部的导体以及包覆在导体外部的绝缘层,所述护套层设在缆芯外,护套层包括内护套层和外护套层,所述内护套层位于外内护套层与绝缘层之间,所述内护套层采用纤维材料制成,所述外护套层采用改性天然橡胶材料制作而成。所述改性天然橡胶材料具有优异的抗裂纹生长性能、拉伸强度和撕裂强度,将其用于制作电缆外护套,能够提高电缆的强度,延长电缆的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆设备技术领域,具体的说是一种高强度电缆。
背景技术
目前,电缆广泛用于电力、通信及相关传输工程中,通常是由几根或几组导线每组至少两根绞合而成的类似绳索的电缆,每组导线之间相互绝缘,并常围绕着一根中心扭成,整个外面包有高度绝缘的覆盖层,普通的电缆的耐用性较差,强度上需要加强。而现有的改进材料制备的电缆虽然在强度上大有提升,但是其成本又较高。因而有必要设计一种高强度、低成本的电缆。
发明内容
本发明为解决现有技术存在的不足,提供了一种高强度电缆,所述电缆包括缆芯和护套层,所述缆芯包括位于中部的导体以及包覆在导体外部的绝缘层,所述护套层设在缆芯外,护套层包括内护套层和外护套层,所述内护套层位于外内护套层与绝缘层之间,所述内护套层采用纤维材料制成,所述外护套层采用改性天然橡胶材料制作而成。
进一步地,所述改性天然橡胶材料的原料按重量份包括以下组分:天然橡胶89份、环氧树脂6份、氟微粉4份、白炭黑18份、尼龙短纤维7.6份、改性碳酸钙晶须16份、改性纳米二氧化钛17份、纳米氧化铝4份、硬脂酸3份、氧化锌2.3份、硫磺3份、N,N’-间苯撑双马来酰亚胺1份、过氧化二异丙苯0.85份、4,4′-二氨基二苯甲烷1.6份、环丁烯砜0.58份、促进剂TETD1.6份、促进剂MZ0.69份、促进剂NS0.57份、防老剂RD1.4份、增塑剂7.6份、硅烷偶联剂3.6份。
优选地,所述外护套层的厚度与电缆直径的比值为1∶25至1∶30。
