The multi-channel burning device also comprises a display screen, wherein the display screen is used for displaying burning states and states of each channel, the states of each channel comprise burning states, non-burning states, burning errors and the like, and the burning of the current channel can be started or closed through the operation on the states of the channels; the burning state can display the specific situation of each burning item of the current channel and the burning item result of each channel, and the burning item result is displayed in green within an allowed range and displayed in red when the burning item result exceeds the allowed range.

s2, sending the serial number request information containing N to the server;
s3, after receiving the serial number sent by the server, adding the serial number to N serial numbers, wherein the adding range is 0 to N-1 (both end values are included), and the N serial numbers are not repeated;
s4, distributing the N serial numbers to the number of channels to be burned;
and S5, when the channel is burned, burning the serial number corresponding to the channel as burning content.
The main body of the steps is a multi-channel burning device, the server is used for distributing mechanical numbers of all multi-channel burning devices, distributing serial numbers of products, storing the distributed mechanical numbers and serial numbers, storing burning data, inquiring serial numbers in real time and the like, the server is arranged to uniformly manage a plurality of multi-channel burning devices, large-scale production is facilitated, data to be burned can be stored in the server and distributed to all the multi-channel burning devices by the server, and the possibility of data errors is reduced. The invention can burn a plurality of electric quantity management ICs at the same time by controlling the main singlechip, thereby improving the burning efficiency, and simultaneously distributing a unique serial number to each electric quantity management IC so as to facilitate the management and tracing of products.
Further included after step S2 is:
after warning information that the serial number sent by the server fails to be stored is received, the multi-channel burning equipment circularly sends serial number request information until the serial number sent by the server is received; therefore, the inconsistency between the serial number stored by the server and the product can be prevented, and the uniqueness of the serial number is ensured.
Before step S2, the method further includes:
registering a multi-channel burning device without a mechanical number with a server to obtain the mechanical number, wherein the mechanical number is used as burning content to be burned; therefore, the equipment for producing the product can be traced, the problem can be quickly found out under the condition that the product has a problem, the problem is solved in time, and the problem is prevented from being enlarged.
The burning mode of the multi-channel burning equipment adopts a partition burning verification mode, and a plurality of bytes can be divided into one area and a plurality of areas when the partition is divided; the content to be burned can also be directly divided into a plurality of areas; the partition burning check mode is that the check is carried out after one partition is burnt, the check mode is that the number of bytes burnt is compared with the number of bytes expected to be burnt, if the number is consistent, the burning of the residual byte data is continued; if the byte check is consistent in the cycle times, the cycle is exited, and the remaining byte data burning is continued; if the byte check is not consistent, the burning of the current product is stopped, and the channel is judged to be badly burned.
The serial number is the serial number recorded in the same day after the server receives serial number request information sent by the multi-channel burning equipment, and the maximum value of the serial number is added with 1; and after the maximum value of the serial number is retrieved by the server, the maximum value and the N are added, the serial number is reversely stored on the server according to the sequence from the added value to the maximum value, after the serial number is successfully stored, the server sends the serial number (the maximum value is added by 1) to the multi-channel burning device, if the serial number is unsuccessfully stored, the warning information which is unsuccessfully stored is sent to the multi-channel burning device, and then the server waits for the serial number request information sent by the multi-channel burning device again.
When the server receives the serial number request information sent by the multi-channel burning equipment at the same time, the server distributes the serial number according to the priority level of the multi-channel burning equipment.
