单侧平挡圈单列满装调心滚子轴承,其特征在于:包括外圈、内圈、滚子、平挡圈;平挡圈设置于轴承一侧方向,平挡圈与内圈挡边紧密配合,平挡圈外侧边缘与内圈端面齐平,平挡圈内侧与滚子之间设有间隙。该轴承滚子相对长圆弧球面轴承滚子短,刚性强,满装设计轴承承载能力高,平挡圈的设计避免平挡圈内侧面与滚子端面相接触增大轴承摩擦产生过多热量;平挡圈外侧倒角设计成圆形倒角,可以钝化锐角,防止划伤滚道,去除应力还可以更精确的控制摆动角度,能够满足机翼上摆动角度的精度要求。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及飞机机翼控制机翼摆动角度用轴承,具体是涉及单侧平挡圈单列满装调心滚子轴承。
背景技术
我国航空领域的发展相比美国、俄国等发达国家要落后,他们已经有几十年的研发和使用经验,技术和生产工艺成熟、稳定。而我们国家近几年才刚刚起步。
机翼对于飞机来说是非常重要的部分,机翼摆动部分的摆动角度对飞机飞行状态的改变起着决定性的作用。他决定着飞机在空中改变飞机的飞行方向及飞行角度具有很重要的控制作用,调节机身上抬下俯,以及转弯时机身的倾斜,尾翼上有方向舵,机翼上摆动部分的摆动角度的精确度主要靠其使用的摆动轴承来控制。国内航空发展形势来看,飞机配套轴承的研制和规模化生产势在必行。
发明内容
为了飞机飞行能够起到很好的承载、转向、传动作用,本发明的目的是提供一种飞行控制系统单侧平挡圈单列满装调心滚子轴承,该轴承滚子相对长圆弧球面轴承滚子短,刚性强,满装设计轴承承载能力高,能够满足机翼上摆动角度的精度要求。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:单侧平挡圈单列满装调心滚子轴承,其特征在于:包括外圈、内圈、滚子、平挡圈;平挡圈设置于轴承一侧方向,平挡圈与内圈挡边紧密配合,平挡圈外侧边缘与内圈端面齐平,平挡圈内侧与滚子之间设有间隙。
所述平挡圈宽度小于内圈挡边宽度。
所述的轴承为满装轴承,无保持架结构。
本发明的有益效果是:该轴承滚子相对长圆弧球面轴承滚子短,刚性强,满装设计轴承承载能力高,平挡圈的设计避免平挡圈内侧面与滚子端面相接触增大轴承摩擦产生过多热量;平挡圈外侧倒角设计成圆形倒角,可以钝化锐角,防止划伤滚道,去除应力还可以更精确的控制摆动角度,能够满足机翼上摆动角度的精度要求。

下面结合附图对本发明进行详细说明。
单侧平挡圈单列满装调心滚子轴承,其特征在于:包括外圈1、内圈2、滚子3、平挡圈4;平挡圈4设置于轴承一侧方向,平挡圈4与内圈挡边紧密配合,平挡圈外侧5边缘与内圈端面7齐平,平挡圈内侧6与滚子3之间设有间隙。
所述平挡圈4宽度小于内圈挡边宽度,保证平挡圈内侧面与滚子端面之间留有一定空间,防止平挡圈内侧面与滚子端面相接触增大轴承摩擦产生过多热量。平挡圈外侧倒角设计成圆形倒角,可以钝化锐角,防止划伤滚道,去除应力还可以更精确的控制摆动角度。无保持架结构增大了内部空间,提高了轴承的承载能力。

1.单侧平挡圈单列满装调心滚子轴承,其特征在于:包括外圈、内圈、滚子、平挡圈;平挡圈设置于轴承一侧方向,平挡圈与内圈挡边紧密配合,平挡圈外侧边缘与内圈端面齐平,平挡圈内侧与滚子之间设有间隙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的单侧平挡圈单列满装调心滚子轴承,其特征在于所述平挡圈宽度小于内圈挡边宽度。
