本发明涉及一种UV内墙装饰板,属于建筑材料技术领域。该UV内墙装饰板,包括基板与饰面层,所述基板为硅酸钙板,所述饰面层包括从里到外依次涂覆的防水封闭层、渗透封闭层、2层UV腻子层、2层UV底漆层、2层UV胶层、UV转印氟碳漆层、UV色漆层、2层UV面漆层、保护膜。该发明生产的UV内墙装饰板装饰性、耐久性、防水性等性能优异,且环保健康。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种UV内墙装饰板,属于建筑材料技术领域。
背景技术
UV内墙装饰板是近几年发展起来的一种新型内墙装饰板材,适用于家庭居室、餐厅、会议室墙面作一般装饰、家具表面的装饰、室内壁画的装表以及某些需要外表作艺术装饰的产品的装饰。利用该产品做室内墙面装饰代替各种涂料,可加工性强、装修方便,可粘贴、可钉,也可根据需要锯成剪成任意形状,霍志明(CN201310143515.2)公开了一种UV氟碳装饰板,包括:基板,所述基板表面涂覆有UV腻子层,所述UV腻子层上辊涂至少2层氟碳漆层,在所述辊涂层表面涂覆有面漆层,所述基板与外墙面之间固定连接。该发明具有耐光、耐候性,操作简易,造价低,质量轻,不会给墙体带来沉重的负担,不存坠落的危险等特点。江西氟派建筑装饰板材有限公司(CN201320164196.9)公开了一种新型防火仿石纹装饰板,其特征在于:包括底板和防火板,所述底板为硅酸钙板或水泥板,所述底板正面覆盖UV底漆层,UV底漆层上设置石纹图案转印层,石纹图案转印层上设置一层保护层,所述保护层为氟碳漆或UV漆,所述底板背面与防火板复合连接在一起。该实用新型的优点是:装饰性好,图案持久稳定,阻燃、防火效果好。本发明在此基础上,对内墙装饰板材的结构和原料进行了显著的改进,使生产的UV内墙装饰板装饰性、耐久性、防水性等性能优异,且环保健康。
发明内容
本发明提供一种UV内墙装饰板,使生产的UV内墙装饰板装饰性、耐久性、防水性等性能优异,且环保健康。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种UV内墙装饰板,包括基板与饰面层,所述基板为硅酸钙板,其中,所述饰面层包括从里到外依次涂覆的防水封闭层、渗透封闭层、2层UV腻子层、2层UV底漆层、2层UV胶层、UV转印氟碳漆层、UV色漆层、2层UV面漆层、保护膜。
上述的一种UV内墙装饰板,其中,所述的UV腻子层、UV底漆层、UV胶层、UV色漆层均采用辊涂机均匀涂布,所述的UV面漆层采用淋涂机淋涂。
上述的一种UV内墙装饰板,其中,所述的防水封闭层由防水漆涂覆于基板而成,所述的防水漆的各组份及其重量百分比为:丙烯酸乳液80%、助剂4%、去离子水16%。
上述的一种UV内墙装饰板,其中,所述的渗透封闭层由防渗漆涂覆而成,所述防渗漆的各组份及其重量百分比为:丙烯酸乳液80%、助剂4%、去离子水16%。
上述的一种UV内墙装饰板,其中,所述的UV底漆层由UV底漆涂覆而成,所述的UV底漆的各组份及其重量百分比为:树脂30-50%、三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯25-55%、滑石粉15-35%、1-羟基环已基苯基甲酮1-5%、助剂0.5-3%。
上述的一种UV内墙装饰板,其中,所述的UV胶层由UV胶涂覆而成,所述的UV胶的各组份及其重量百分比为:树脂30-50%、三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯25-45%、滑石粉1-10%、1-羟基环已基苯基甲酮1-5%,助剂0.5-3%。
上述的一种UV内墙装饰板,其中,所述的UV色漆层由UV色漆涂覆而成,其为水性多彩色漆或水性真石色漆;所述的水性多彩色漆的各组份及其重量百分比为:硅丙乳液70%、助剂10%、二氧化钛2%、去离子水18%;所述的水性真石色漆的各组份及其重量百分比为:彩砂70%,硅丙乳液18%,助剂2%,去离子水10%。
上述的一种UV内墙装饰板,其中,所述的UV面漆层由UV面漆涂覆而成,所述的UV面漆的各组份及其重量百分比为:树脂30-45%、三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯25-55%、1-羟基环已基苯基甲酮1-5%、助剂0.5-3%。
上述技术方案具有如下优点或者有益效果:
(1)采用硅酸钙板为基板,不含放射性物质,并采用环保的UV底漆、UV胶、UV氟碳漆、UV色漆、UV面漆作为涂装原料,生产过程不使用溶剂,不含苯、甲醛等对人体有害的物质,环保健康。
(2)防水封闭层和渗透封闭层双重封闭,极大地提高了板材的防水性能;2层UV腻子层和2层UV底漆层,使板面更加平整光洁,丰满度好;UV转印氟碳漆层、UV色漆层及2层UV面漆层使得板材仿真度高、色泽鲜艳、光泽度好,装饰性更强。
(3)经过多道UV固化工艺形成的UV涂层结构致密、硬度高、耐刮擦。
(4)保护膜能防止UV内墙装饰板被刮伤、磨花。

图1是本发明实施例1提供的一种UV内墙装饰板的结构示意图;如图1所示,本发明实施例1提供的一种UV内墙装饰板,包括基板1、饰面层2、防水封闭层3、渗透封闭层4、2层UV腻子层5、2层UV底漆层6、2层UV胶层7、UV转印氟碳漆层8、UV色漆层9、2层UV面漆层10、保护膜11。其中:构成防水封闭层的防水漆各组份及其重量百分比为:丙烯酸乳液80%、助剂4%、去离子水16%;构成渗透封闭层的防渗漆的各组份及其重量百分比为:丙烯酸乳液80%、助剂4%、去离子水16%;构成UV底漆层的UV底漆各组份及其重量百分比为:树脂30%、三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯50%、滑石粉15%、1-羟基环已基苯基甲酮2%、助剂3%;构成UV胶层的UV胶的各组份及其重量百分比为:树脂50%、三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯45%、滑石粉1%、1-羟基环已基苯基甲酮1%,助剂3%;构成UV色漆层的水性多彩色漆的各组份及其重量百分比为:硅丙乳液70%、助剂10%、二氧化钛2%、去离子水18%;构成UV面漆层的UV面漆各组份及其重量百分比为:树脂40%、三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯55%、1-羟基环已基苯基甲酮2%、助剂3%。
实施例2:
图1是本发明实施例2提供的一种UV内墙装饰板的结构示意图;如图1所示,本发明实施例2提供的一种UV内墙装饰板,包括基板1、饰面层2、防水封闭层3、渗透封闭层4、2层UV腻子层5、2层UV底漆层6、2层UV胶层7、UV转印氟碳漆层8、UV色漆层9、2层UV面漆层10、保护膜11。其中:构成防水封闭层的防水漆各组份及其重量百分比为:丙烯酸乳液80%、助剂4%、去离子水16%;构成渗透封闭层的防渗漆的各组份及其重量百分比为:丙烯酸乳液80%、助剂4%、去离子水16%;构成UV底漆层的UV底漆各组份及其重量百分比为:树脂50%、三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯25%、滑石粉22%、1-羟基环已基苯基甲酮1%、助剂2%;构成UV胶层的UV胶的各组份及其重量百分比为:树脂45%、三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯40%、滑石粉10%、1-羟基环已基苯基甲酮2%,助剂3%;构成UV色漆层的水性真石色漆的各组份及其重量百分比为:彩砂70%,硅丙乳液18%,助剂2%,去离子水10%;构成UV面漆层的UV面漆各组份及其重量百分比为:树脂45%、三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯50%、1-羟基环已基苯基甲酮3%、助剂2%。
Claims (10)
1.一种UV内墙装饰板,包括基板与饰面层,其特征在于,所述基板为硅酸钙板,所述饰面层包括从里到外依次涂覆的防水封闭层、渗透封闭层、2层UV腻子层、2层UV底漆层、2层UV胶层、UV转印氟碳漆层、UV色漆层、2层UV面漆层、保护膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种UV内墙装饰板,其特征在于,所述的UV腻子层、UV底漆层、UV胶层、UV色漆层均采用辊涂机均匀涂布,所述的UV面漆层采用淋涂机淋涂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种UV内墙装饰板,其特征在于,所述的防水封闭层由防水漆涂覆于基板而成,所述的防水漆的各组份及其重量百分比为:丙烯酸乳液80%、助剂4%、去离子水16%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种UV内墙装饰板,其特征在于,所述的渗透封闭层由防渗漆涂覆而成,所述防渗漆的各组份及其重量百分比为:丙烯酸乳液80%、助剂4%、去离子水16%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种UV内墙装饰板,其特征在于,所述的UV底漆层由UV底漆涂覆而成,所述的UV底漆的各组份及其重量百分比为:树脂30-50%、三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯25-55%、滑石粉15-35%、1-羟基环已基苯基甲酮1-5%、助剂0.5-3%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种UV内墙装饰板,其特征在于,所述的UV胶层由UV胶涂覆而成,所述的UV胶的各组份及其重量百分比为:树脂30-50%、三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯25-45%、滑石粉1-10%、1-羟基环已基苯基甲酮1-5%,助剂0.5-3%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种UV内墙装饰板,其特征在于,所述的UV色漆层由UV色漆涂覆而成,其为水性多彩色漆或水性真石色漆。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种UV内墙装饰板,其特征在于,所述的水性多彩色漆的各组份及其重量百分比为:硅丙乳液70%、助剂10%、二氧化钛2%、去离子水18%。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种UV内墙装饰板,其特征在于,所述的水性真石色漆的各组份及其重量百分比为:彩砂70%、硅丙乳液18%、助剂2%、去离子水10%。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种UV内墙装饰板,其特征在于,所述的UV面漆层由UV面漆涂覆而成,所述的UV面漆的各组份及其重量百分比为:树脂30-45%、三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯25-55%、1-羟基环已基苯基甲酮1-5%、助剂0.5-3%。
